Night mare
Their estimate was full of lies. Actual price was double than first estimate. The communication with customer and moving company was horrible. The supervisor couldn't do anything then upset and hung up my phone. I asked the staff to send me email of detail, but he never do. They arrange you horrible moving company.A few of staffs of customer service were nice, but they didn't know their jobs. I don't recommend anybody, and the worst experience of my life using this company.

The team showed up on time, was courteous, conscientious, and fast with my move. Wrapped and packed things with care. I will highly be recommending them to others. They took all of the stress out of a move. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish this company was excellent. Booking was easy. Everyone I interacted with was accommodating and polite. Same for delivery men speedy but careful collection and delivery. Well done. First time using the company, and I would use it again and recommend it.

Happy to work with American Moving Solutions - they were very accommodating with my schedule, got me my bins a week before the move, showed up early on move day, and were out of my old place and into the new one in record time. Particularly impressed by their ability to dismantle and reconstruct Ikea furniture without instruction!
