I would use them again!
The American Moving Solutions LLC did a great job and really pulled together as a team to get my move done. The overall cost was reasonable and their workers were always kind and helpful. I appreciated how neatly they organized everything during the loading process. Will be recommending them to anyone looking for a mover!

Still Waiting
9/15/2021:Here is my frustration. Starting at the beginning Casey was my go to to set up this cross country move from California to Oklahoma. She was very sweet and very helpful answering all my questions. This is a huge move for me so I was happy she kept my mind at ease. 5 STARS for her!!! Well this moving company ( Moving Express & Storage) I can only assume they contracted for my move, is completely unresponsive. They have a 1.9 Google Star Review!!! I am surprised anyone would even use them. All mailboxes full, no responses to emails to even try to find out where my items are. Mind you they picked up my "life" on a truck on August 24th. First off I wasn’t too happy that my dates for pick up kept getting moved sooner and sooner from when I originally asked for by about a week total at the end. So, I have been calling American Moving Customer Service speaking to Janet every time. She places me on hold, talks to this company with my items in easily 1-2 min. Last Friday(9/10/21) Janet told me that they would be "delivering my items to my house this week , I could contact her Monday to get more details but the company should call me 24 hours in advance." So its Wednesday now, I call again talk to Janet, again I'm on hold for 1-2 min to be told that " they will be delivering to my home next week!!" Another week out.... when I asked why as she told me this last week she stated "well your items/truck got IN this week and will be delivered next week, I can't give you a date thats why they call you 24 hours before!" REALLY... once that upset me she was not consoling to my frustrating it was more like she was trying to put me in my place or in her words" I'm correcting you!" I asked for a supervisor and of course "HE IS NOT HERE BUT I AM THE SUPERVISOR". If she can contact the same company I am trying to talk to for the past 2 weeks in 1-2 min why could she not just ask them to contact me as the customer immediately and directly so this could all be settled and taken care of????? So again I am still waiting with and empty new place for another week. For the money we are paying for this "Moving Solution" we could have rented a U-haul, done all this ourselves and been moved in 10 days ago. Ridiculous if you ask me.
UPDATE 9/22/2021: Well since I complained Daniel (one of the owners for American Moving Solutions) has been calling on my behalf to their contracted moving company (Moving Express). It even took him a few days to reach the OWNER to try and find out what is going on…….finally got some info from Daniel that they will be delivering my items 9/22/2021 and I would be getting a call on Tuesday 9/21 to confirm the time……NEVER GOT ANY CALLS. No show, no call, emailed and left a message for Daniel @ American Moving, talked to a person finally at Moving Express (Stacy)……Guess what?! I won’t get my stuff for another week, they cant tell me when and of course the only person who can “stepped out” OH and she said that the scheduler (Mosis) had been calling me multiple times???? No calls no messages…Yeah I’m sure your calling. I am so upset! I was told a date even asked my husband to stay home from work to help me with unpacking so now hes loosing money while we have to pay this ridiculous amount to sit around with an empty place.

The crew members are so strong and yet gentle, and they are absolutely professional and go out of their ways to protect your belongings. American Moving Solutions is a company that I trust and will call on whenever I need to move.

Not the actual mover
Unfortunately fell victim to the broker rip off game . Be sure your asking what company is actually servicing my move . Thanks for the headache and extra 1500$ wasted what a joke

They were quite Good!
My stuffs were all neatly packed by the men and then they loaded everything. I didn’t have to move a finger, they did pretty much everything. I hired American Moving Solutions in such a rush but they proved why they have such a good reputation. They really deserve a name of moving solutions company!
TBH hard workers!
I don’t think moving gets any easier when you have American Moving Solutions taking care of you. I hired them while I was relocating for a higher paying job. They quoted low and seemed friendly on the phone. The movers arrived on time. They work very continuously and I am happy with them!

The delivery men were professional, friendly, and helpful. The delivery was on time and very good value for money. A great team that is worth every penny. Great service. Will be using this service again! 5 stars.

Honest movers
