Horrible Company
I regret using this company. Tried to change rate on arrival. Wouldnt take certain items or said it would 'cost extra'. (A dresser!!) Charged $1130 for 4 hours and wouldnt unload until I paid AND asked for 'a good tip'. Ignorant. Kicked boxes, stood around A LOT wasting time. I ended up sending them on their way and finished the move myself with my mother!! We could have moved everything faster than these lazy movers. Didnt wear masks or anything on their shoes. These guys are crooks. The owner of the company should be ashamed to have individuals like this representing their business.
Very Unprofessional
They showed up late when the elevator had been booked and demanded payment before starting, over what was quoted. Then they moved so slowly delaying the move. I was in fear that it would be held up another day because the elevator was booked and had no choice but to be out that day. I worked hard to move boxes myself to keep on schedule and gave up trying to get to my destination which was long distance. I booked a storage facility costing more money and another move. But this was a better option then having to continue with these abusive men. When we got to the storage facility they held my property ransom in the truck until I paid them more money. Once they got the money the truck was unloaded fast. I could not see what was left in the truck because I was not allowed. In the end many of my things were missing and damaged. I regret not getting the police involved. When I called the manager to try to get this sorted out he said the extra charges were for moving a sofa. I had no sofa. Beware of this company.
A.K. and Aero are great movers
A.K. and Aero helped me move a couch, a mattress and an ottoman within a very short notice. They arrived early for my time and the task was completed within one hour. Awesome job!
No Showed
Confirmed our booking day off and when it came time to move they no showed. Never picked up the phone or even texted back. Do not use them

Please read carefully! Unless you can request the 2 men mentioned above, I do not recommend this moving company. On my scheduled moving day the movers that were assigned to me refused to move me on my moving date. They were absolute [EDIT]! They just decided on their own that my move was too much for them to handle. I was devastated and had no where to turn. I was unable to get another company to move me on such short notice, so I had to accept that this company would move me the day after. I tried to talk to the manager but he was no where to be found. I ended up talking to his counterpart who was sympathetic to my situation. He promised me that the men he would send the next day would certainly take care of my move.[NAME EDIT] and [NAME EDIT] showed up and performed flawlessly. They were great from beginning to the end. Thanks for a great attitude and hard work. Too bad the first two guys were as lazy as they get. Again if you can't get the two men that I mentioned above, your using this company at your own peril! Hope this helps you as you make an important choice on who you trust to be there when you need them. Enough said.
Irresponsible and Rude
I took their service and had a bad experience where they damaged 3 of my furnitures and refused to take responsibility.
The moving guys who came for the move were very rude. They just wanted to take as long as they can and increase the hours of work. They said they will bring the bubble wrap but didn't and used an old cloth to cover the glass of my furniture which was cracked and they didn't accept.
Get a professional moving service and be in peace.

Hi!! I hired this company for the first time and they are amazing. They know the value of stuff. They wrap every single thing and put them in blankets which I like the most. So overall this moving company is excellent. I recommend this company to everyone..

Personally, I had a great experience with Asr movers. I agree with a fellow commenter that it really depends on the movers that arrive at the job and how well they work. Fortunately, we were able to get efficient workers who moved our belongings within the time frame suggested. We were recommended to try their services by a family member, and it ended up being a pleasant experience for us.
Super LAZY - Super SLOW. Very stressful & horrible service. STAY AWAY!
BEWARE!!!! Worst moving company ever. They wasted lots of our time and billed doubled the amount than quoted. Our car was right behind them from Brampton to Burlington. They took 2 detours and wasted a lot of time on the road. Demanded extra money for services not quoted before. Very unpleasant, stressful and horrible service. STAY away !!!

Not Impressed.
My husband and I moved out of a basement into another basement (both regular style homes) about 20 minutes in distance. The movers asked to come one hour earlier to the time we booked them for because they had somewhere else to go (clearly in a rush) They damaged our dresser/chipped it, didn't disassemble or assemble any of our items, they dropped all of our stuff and left. They charged us $350 but took $384 and taxed us when we paid cash. Also, they completed the "three" hour job in two hours and still charged us $384. We moved most of the stuff on our OWN in our own two vehicles (3 hours) and only had them move the big stuff . The movers were also on the phone and having their own conversation while they were supposed to be working (talking to friends)
The only thing we had them move was a tv, small tv stand, mattress, bed box, 6 walmart size tubs with light weight clothes, two suit cases filled with clothes, a small Ikea coffee table, a small computer desk and chair (very light weight) and that's all.
VERY DISAPPOINTING certainly will NOT be moving with them again way too overpriced for half the job done.

I have moved from toronto to Montreal. I have good experience with them. Nick gave me good quote for my move and cheaper than others. Their workers are hard worker and take care of everything and take thing easily. I have will refer you guys to my friends and family members

Excellent moving crew.
We hired Asr movers to move our Two bedroom apartment from Toronto to Oakville . The Crew was great - hard working - never complained - well mannered and easy to deal with. There was never a hesitation when I asked them to do something. They were very efficient (Harry and Guri). (no damages) really pleased and glad we chose Asr moving system for our move.
Nick -- who refused to offer us any payment re damage to our furniture.
We moved on July 10 and the movers were pleasant. However when I called Nick he refused to deal with me. My husband sent him pictures of the dining table that has scratches and a nice dent in the middle -- can't cover it with a runner because it is located beside the runner. I dining chair also has a dent in the arm. The couch has a nick on the corner -- as does the loveseat. These are leather! The chair has 2 lovely rips on the back. None of this damage existed before the move. He lied and said he offered insurance for $300 -- he never mentioned needing extra insurance. He paperwork shows Insured and Bonded.
After several phonecalls he said he would send us his insurance liability form. Never did. Claims that his insurance will cover 60 cents per pound -- Not One Penny has been offered or Received.
0 stars for Nick -- we will never use them and I will post photos of the damage to all our lovely furniture -- which is no longer loverly -- on facebook.
