Corrupt and rude.
Kept asking for a bottles of water, swore at my father and I in another language, took them 3 hours to move out my 1.5 bedroom apartment, so I had to start bringing down boxes to load the truck myself (20 yr old female), would not start moving my things into my new place without the last $20 (tip), would not move the things to wear I asked them and their boss told me off because I complained about the terrible service.
Slow, very rude, and threatening.
I can verify the other one star reviews as totally accurate. We hired them to move a two bedroom apartment. They showed up 1.5 hours late; short one mover (they were supposed to provide three movers and only sent two); did not provide the wardrobe boxes as agreed; and basically did nothing other than drive the truck from our old address to our new one. They were soooo slow we ended up moving pretty much everything out of our old place ourselves. They tried to scam us for extra fees to boot after arriving at our new address. When I told the two movers that I was unhappy with their service one of the movers threatened me. We then unloaded their truck, sent them on their way and carried everything into our new place ourselves. Total scam and definitely not professional!!

If you want to be scammed this is the company for you. Very slow workers who were more interested in sitting on their trucks rather than actually move things in order to inflate costs. They took 3 hours to move the stuff out and 1 hour to move it in, because I was here to watch them, tell them how to handle and transport items as they have no equipment or training for professional moving. They broke many items, damaged furniture, damaged our front lawn by driving their truck on it!! They left without taking everything. We asked them if they were coming back for the rest, they said yes and took off with the truck leaving items that will not fit in a car. The truck arrived basically empty, plenty of room for much more. They refused to provide us with a receipt, which is illegal. As with other reviewers I found they were weak, rude, unprofessional and unlawful. Beware because small claims court will cost you more than hiring professionals. Professionals may cost more but they move faster are more efficient and will end up costing the same or less than these incompetent con artists. Two guys and a Truck are AMAZING! I recommend them.

Moving from one city to another.
Today, Guri and Binny not only moved our antique furniture very carefully; they moved our hearts because both were very polite, humble, honest and professional. Wish I had extra money to tip them, but since their credit card machine was taking a long time to process, I just decided to pay them cash, leaving me just a little to tip them. Hope the next People they help are richer than me ? Good job guys! And thanks Nick for being available right away.
Move from brampton to hamilton.
Hi!! I hired this company for the first time and they are amazing. They know the value of stuff. They wrap every single thing and put them in blankets which I like the most. So overall this moving company is excellent. I recommend this company to everyone..

This the second time I’ve used ASR movers in a little over a month ( my parents home and my own) and as a Real Estate Agent I will recommend them without hesitation to any client ( or friend )who asks..thoroughly responsible, pleasant and tireless. And the best part was ( even after adding the tip I had to insist they take) it only cost me half what the next highest quote wanted.

Best moving service ever.
My friend recommend me Asr Movers. They are very professional and experienced movers in GTA.They packed and unpacked all the stuff very carefully. They listened all my instructions. All the crew was very polite. Highly recommend to all the people who are looking for professional and experienced moving service.
Horrible and Rude.
NEVER USE THEM.. I had to move 1 king bed, futon and sofa. they took 5 hours for a barely 3 hour job(including travel). arrived 4 hours late, had over the top attitude and just concentrated on increasing time to get more money.. Inexperienced staff and needed supervision. They just want your money nothing else, No service No Professionalism. Took money while the stuff was in truck and blackmailed to move stuff if not agreeing on the cost. My whole day was just ruined because of them.
Moving.
There seems to be mixed reviews on ASR movers, with half saying they were terrible and the other half saying they were amazing. This is likely because of the different workers different people had. If you are moving with ASR, ask for these three workers:

These three were amazing, professional, careful workers that did their jobs in a shorter amount of time than we expected. They were very careful with our stuff and made sure not to break anything. I highly recommend them and the ASR moving company because of how they represented it.

We moved 3 weeks ago and used ASR Movers.
The movers were late over 1 hour and because they were double-booked in the afternoon, the last 30 minutes was a rush-job to get paid and get to their next destination. I found that behavior unprofessional
The movers were friendly and helpful and made sure to limit any damages to the furniture however they lacked the professional attire and approach to handle this move.
Overall, the movers were helpful, however I would not recommend ASR Movers. For the price they charge, I would use another company for my next move.

Moving my house.
I hired the ASR Moving Systems to move my house on 23 October . They send two movers with a big truck . They give me genuine price. Both movers are very hard working and gentle. They do the job in less time than I expected . They really take care of my stuff wrap everything put blankets between delicate things. They were really professionals and good in their job . Therefore I highly recommend ASR Movers .

Even though I have contacted ASR MOVERS with a last minute move request, they made sure to let me know all the details necessary for the move and have secured the booking for the earliest date available. I was impressed by the efficiency of both the customer service and movers as well. Great job, five stars from me!
