  1. Worst service I can say its not at all good.

    The pick up people are not good. they don't provide good service.. I ll never recommend my friends for this company.
    They ll create problem and make people life horrible.
    Even I don't want to give one ratting also. so sorry.
    But this is learning for me..to choose the best company before relocation.

  2. Worst Moving experience.

    The logistic manager whose name alters between Frank and Richard has been stringing us along. He promised one week delivery, but our stuff did not show up after a month. Every time we called, he said our stuff was on the way.

    We were charged extra on our queen mattress that they lost. After our payment, which doubled from the quoted price, Frank stopped answering phone calls or emails. To date, our mattress is still missing.

    Frank's biggest selling point is that they do not subcontract, but ironically the actual delivery was from a different company. Unless you are looking for hassle, make sure you avoid this company at all cost.

  4. Horrible Experience.

    These people are crooks. They do not communicate throughout the company to make the move smooth for their customers. Hey do not work with you. The customer is not right with these people. They speak over you and do not listen to you. Frank in logistics has horrible customer service and professional skills. He would not tell me who I could speak with above him and told me it's irrelevant. I will be getting a lawyer to get my deposit back!! I would not recommend them to anyone!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

  5. Terrible- Horrible- Unprofessional-beware.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst service, they don't care about you or your stuff. They will over charge you for things that were never communicated before reserving them. They advertise a professional service and they have unprofessionals working for them. The pick up team would not be people I would trust for any delivery if I had known them before. They LOST MY ITEMS! I LOST AN ENTIRE BOX! I received other people's things, they will use a different delivery company in a different state without you knowing. They will show you how they will start ignoring your calls- overall the worst moving company ever. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. we ended up paying almost $3,000 from a $1200 initial quote!! they are sloppy and unorganized, everyone tells you a different story.
    They dig you in a whole in which you are screwed up for later. They will have the nerves to tell you to go pick up your own things in a random storage if you missed first delivery, which they will tell you from before (to sell you) that you have 30 days of free storage but never tell you that the storage is in Houston only, which doesn't make sense, and it is no where in the paper work. and so basically, because they don't even tell you when they arrive, they only tell you when they leave and expect it in however many days depending on your distance and not give you a specific day for delivery until they are there, and then if you can't make it, screwed. If you didn't understand their terms before and they clearly known that you didn't understand, they will not correct you before, they will wait for the delivery to slam you with all the extra costs.
    We plan on disputing their services and if they contest, we have paperwork ready to have them pay me back and REPLACE ALL MY LOST BELONGINGS
    BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE TRAP AND SPARE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

  6. Excellent experience from booking to arrival of items.

    I was able to work with Darrin to secure a move for my daughter. They worked with me to ensure all of her items were moved with care and consideration. The entire moving crew was very professional and positive in every aspect of the move from packing the truck to unloading the last item. Thank you very much to all of you for your support in making it such a positive experience for her.

  7. On-time and Positive Experience.

    After receiving calls and getting quotes from about 6 moving companies, we settled on Best Moving. Their price wasn't the lowest but I really trusted Larry the salesman and they were able to promise me delivery within the time frame we needed it. The crew that loaded up our home in Houston was very impressive - polite and professional. They told us they would arrive on their the 27th or 28th and they got there in Indianapolis on the morning of the 28th, right on time. They had us unloaded in two hours, not a thing was broken and the price only went up about 5% from the original estimate because we had quite a few more boxes than we originally guessed. Excellent job and we highly recommend this company.

  8. Moving experience.

    There must be new management by the time I used Best Moving because my experience was a 10/10. My move from Raleigh to Austin was quick, easy, efficient, and affordable. I called many companies to try and get a quote and everyone was charging me thru the roof. I finally spoke to Best Moving and the quote just seemed honest - I knew I didn't have that much and just felt uncomfortable paying what other companies were charging. They stuck to the quote, moved my belongings quickly, and most importantly - kept them in the condition they were in. Couldn't recommend this place more.

    I would gladly recommend Best Moving’s services to anyone who needs to move. I had moved around a lot and never had a good moving experience, not once. Best Moving experience was overall a great experience - they were fast and efficient. I needed a local move in the Dallas area to an apartment closer to my office. I have an extremely busy work schedule that does not give me very much flexibility or time out of the office; these guys worked really hard to make the estimated time, not go over and work around my schedule for both pickup and delivery of my furniture.  Nothing was damaged and they were polite enough to help me move everything around the new apartment until I was satisfied with how it looked.

  10. Best Moving.

    Best Moving did a great job moving my apartment this month. They made my move from Dallas to Austin an awesome experience by making it simple by being helpful, and friendly throughout the whole process. They were efficient in the packing and wrapping of my furniture and listened to all the special requests I had about my furniture- there was a lot of heavy furniture and they didn’t scratch one piece of it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know, I was very satisfied with this company.

  11. Horrible! Untrustworthy.

    This is the worst experience I've had moving and we've done it 10 times, 5 states. We were quoted a price to move and when the actual movers, Joseph and crew, showed up at my doorstep the price went up 33%. I felt bullied by him. Within 30 seconds, he said there was more furniture than quoted. He talked through the contract rapidly, rushing me to sign, telling me he had another load to pick up. I didn't get a chance to read the contract. We didn't add anything to the move and the salesperson, Tracy, said we probably had room to add a few small boxes. I felt this move was processed by con artists. Please review their website before hiring this company and you will find lots of negative reviews.

  12. Would never recommend.

    Really very disappointed in Best. They will say anything to get your business. We were told that our furniture would be kept in climate controlled storage - melted candles tell a different story though.

    The crew that came to load the truck was conscientious enough. We were told that they would disassemble our furniture and then reassemble in the new house. The unload team had no idea how to reassemble any of our stuff! As a result we ended up with things broken, not reassembled correctly, and no apologies. To this day we are still finding things that were not put back together correctly and, worse yet, with hardware missing! Sat down at the patio table outside today only to find it was propped on one leg - but the hardware never installed! We are fortunate nobody was hurt!

    We thought we would save money with this company. Sadly it went thousands over budget with mediocre service and significant damage to our belongings. Would not use this company again nor would I recommend it to you.

    Hire someone else to do your move!  This company is an absolute disaster to work with.  They say whatever you want to hear to get the job and then you are totally without assistance, answers, or assurance after they pick your stuff up.   The pick up was late and we were told our items would be delivered from Texas to Illinois within 7 business days.  Well, that didn't happen.  You cannot reach the salesperson who sold you the job and said he would be the single point of contact throughout the moving process.  Our items were taken from Dallas back to Houston and put in storage.  We cannot get any concrete answers as to when they will be loaded on a truck and head toward Illinois.  We have no idea when or if we will ever get our things.
    Can't list damages, stolen items or dirty/wet items - BECAUSE WE DON"T HAVE ANY ITEMS DELIVERED YET!

  14. The Worst Company Ever!!

    I had the ABSOLUTE worst experience with this company!! I guess that's what happens when you pick the cheapest quote. Things SEEMED to start off smoothly but soon got worse. When the first set of guys came to pack my house, they were nice and courteous. The young man told me it would be 5-7 days before I would receive my stuff. I moved from New Orleans, LA to Albany, NY. I tried to pay them all at once but they wouldn't except the total payment. They wanted me to pay in thirds. (Didn't like that). My family and I drove to Albany, taking our time, because we were told that it would be there in 5-7 days. Well, needless to say that didn't happen. When I called the company to find out some information, I was met with a lady who didn't seem to care that my furniture was late and that I was sleeping on the floor with my 5 yr old son for a whole week. No blankets, pillows or anything, because everything was on the truck. She had an attitude with me and hung up on me. When I called back, she wouldn't answer my call. I didn't receive my things until 10 days later at 1:30am!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

  15. Do Not Use This Company!!

    RUN AWAY,  FAST!!    BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED FOR ANYTHING!!1!When I first contacted this company, the sales team was fantastic.  On the ball and very helpful.   The estimate was slightly lower than others that I got but they also gave me a "discount" for booking before high moving season.    This was my first time moving from one state to another. No one came to the apartment to estimate the move, They questioned me about the contents on the phone and emailed me an estimate.  We set a pick up date and the furniture was to go into their free storage for us to one month.     The pick up went smooth with the exception of the price.  I put 1/3 down when I booked and had to give the movers 1/3 more at pickup.    When the movers prices it out, my bill was over $800.00 higher because the estimator didn't count in things he should have. Things that I told him we had.   What started out as a $1,200.00 move turned into a $2,200.00 bill.   This was for a 1 bedroom apartment with no appliances.  Just a bedroom set, small couch/table and a kitchen table and chairs plus 9 boxes. I had flown to NOLA to help my daughter pack and we were driving north so I had no choice but to go ahead anyway.   The nightmare started when I called to set up my delivery.  Trying to get in touch with them for any reason was impossible.  They use moving subcontractors that aren't even named and probably illegal.  We were constantly put off on the delivery date which took over a month to finally get.    We were told delivery would be a certain day and they never showed up.   That happened a few times.  My daughter and I spend 2 nights on an air mattress in an empty apartment because of it.   We were even told by the driver that he couldn't drive because it was raining at one point.  Then the driver stopped answering his phone.   Best Moving employees were rude and totally unhelpful. They said they have no control once the driver has the furniture.   I had only a drivers first name and phone number.  No one would give me a last name or address of the movers.  Do yourself a favor and use a legitimate company!!   These people are nothing but brokers that lie and give you prices they don't stand by and the definitely use illegal workers.   Oh, yes, they also lost my entertainment stand and queen bed frame which we will never be reimbursed for because, surprise.. we can't get any answer from them. .
