  1. They have had Moving Truck Stolen more than 5 times!

Warning!! I lost all my life possessions working this Executive Movers and Storage. The moving truck with the belongings of 3 families was stolen on Thanksgiving. I was told the day after and told I had to file my own police report!! I asked if it had happened before and the company said no. I later found out that it happened more than 5 times!! I am still waiting for my small settlement because I checked the box for weight versus items. If you checked items it would have cost thousands of dollars.

The company has been unresponsive with an absentee owner. High employee turnover especially after each incident. I was the one who told the Broker, Atlas Movers that my truck was stolen. When the truck was found, mostly empty, I was told by the detective not by Executive Movers and Storage. Horrible communications. Unprofessional customer service. They could not give me an inventory of the recovered items so I flew to Vegas, rented my own truck to drive my few recovered items home. Their place is a dump in a bad neighborhood. The security camera " was not working and the truck was out of sight" All my recovered boxes were smashed. I am still fighting them for my small claim. I am helping the detective working the investigate why over and over again entire moving trucks are stolen from their unprotected parking lot.

Regarding the moving process itself. Warning!
The Penske truck they used was unmarked, and had no GPS. They said they were picking up my goods at noon, and arrived at 8PM and held me hostage threatening to cancel the move if I would not pay the up charge. I didn't accept the increased changes, and I should have cancelled the move!! The movers were on there cell phones all night, doing what? One was asleep in the truck in the end. There was no time or energy and we argued over the bill and their labeling of things. eg. Large sofa for my small lounge. They repacked some of my real valuables for Free! All the people associated with the move are no longer working with the company. I feel violated and treated with no respect. My husband and I had to fly out to Vegas to drive home a few of the items recovered. When I opened a few of the smashed boxes, I saw they were retapped and other people things were in my box. Not all the stickers were on the boxes. I spent thousands of dollars flying, driving and renting a truck to recover my personal items that were not useful to the robbers. All my valuable life possessions are gone. I am trying to find all the other victims. Please don't become a victim. Ask your broker who your movers are and ask them if they have ever had all the goods stollen, truck and all!. Do your homework. Check on your home owners insurance. Mine kicked in some, but who ever expects to lose everything. Who ever expects to be treated the way I have been treated. Watch out if you use this company.

  2. Low Quality Crooks.

Please please please do not use JJ Moore Moving moving services or Executive Moving and Storage. They are unprofessional, terribly rude and more importantly, they are scammers. I was particularly pleased with the estimate I was given and I told them I would get back to them with a decision. The salesman, John C, kept calling me trying to convince me any way he could to choose them. 2 days later I told them I would use their service but I hadn’t paid yet.
I got a call from another service who wanted me to pay a little more, but I felt pretty sketchy about j&j so I was going to switch. I call John to let him know but he kept pushing and pushing, so I finally agreed - I just couldn’t deal with the stress anymore and I told him this and that I was very unhappy with the service. I pretty much knew my things were at risk but I didn’t care so much because of the stress (I had a limited time to move out of my dorm and I didn’t have a lot of stuff). My move was for Saturday/Sunday and they gave me no information about who was picking my things up or when. I had to relentlessly call and email to get the information.(which I didn't get by Friday) They had Executive Moving & Storage to transport my things because turns out J&J is a broker. The guys who came to pick up my things were really nice and came on time but that was the first and last decent service I received. Until 2 weeks after, Exec didn’t offer me any information about when my things would arrive.
I called them 2 Wednesdays later and they said my things would be in transit by Friday (4 more days) and the driver would give me a call; it would take 2-5 days from then. By next Monday, I gave them a call because I still didn’t hear from the driver, and Ashley of Exec Movers told me he should reach me Friday to deliver. Great, I cleared my Friday and had my dad time work off to help out. Then, I get a call from the driver on Wednesday that he would be arriving tomorrow 12-2; I told him that time definitely would not work because I had a really important appointment but I could do the morning or afternoon of that same day but 11:30-3 just couldn't work. He replied, “I did my job to call you I’m coming” “I don’t have to make no plans”, etc. The entire encounter was very rude. I called the office and explained the situation and they were also incredibly rude, I told them they could look into phone records and they would hear the customer service rep Ashley tell me Friday delivery; a manager even tried to tell me they emailed me to confirm (which they didn’t) so I asked her when and she said I was right and they did not. They just kept trying to get more money out of me. No apologies or sympathy, they were so rude as if I had done something wrong and I was a belligerent customer; I was nothing but kind and was sure to not be threatening. I had to cancel my meeting and then, the driver ended up coming over 3 hours after the delivery window. Basically, everyone at Executive Moving is incredibly rude, heartless, and so so dumb. I was lucky enough to get all my things but things listed fragile were not handled with care and many things were damaged. I never heard from J&J after I paid them their deposit. It is so worth it to use another company and I will be filing complains against both of these companies.
Also, Executive Moving has admitted they have had a problem with inside jobs stealing trucks and such - they "lose" your things and you only get 60 cents/lb without insurance so think about that. Please don't put yourself through the stress.

  3. Don’t be a fool.

That’s what you will be if you use this company “ a fool”. They are the worst in the business! I used them, fought for a year to get some money back and still have many undelivered items, many broken items and costs to repai broken furniture. DO NOT EVER use this company! THE WORST!!

  4. Not Recommended.

    Low quality, not recommended.

    The main problems:
-Their contract to work with them is sketchy. I had the person who I worked with to make my contract amend my contract to include,
“deposit amount is refundable if needed to cancel except for 10% of the deposit amount for processing. The pick up date of 10/21/2018 is guaranteed”.
I recommend guaranteeing the same if you sign a contract to work with them.

-I was told that on the day the truck would arrive to drop off and deliver my goods, I would receive a phone call about 24 hours ahead of time with an estimated time of arrival. I never received this phone call. I only got 1 phone call from the movers when the movers were 30 minutes away from my drop off location.

-The drivers who delivered my goods seemed possibly drunk? Talking with them on the phone and in person was strange.

-The man who delivered my goods told me that I had to pay him extra money under the table in cash for him to empty his truck or that I’d pay a few hundred dollars more. That due to the location and truck restrictions in my area, he couldn’t unload the truck. So he would half to unload it elsewhere and I’d pay for a shuttle service to bring my goods from the truck to my drop off location. So I paid the man the extra few hundred dollars to unload the truck at my house.

-Several of my boxes arrived crunched in and broken.

-A metal sculpture arrived completely broken and in several pieces.

-I tried calling the company to file an insurance claim multiple times. I’d leave voice messages and no one would return my call. The last time I called a woman answered the phone and gave me the web address of where to go and file a claim.

    Positives,
    -Cheap price
-They used their own packing and shipping materials
-2 guys picked up my goods. A man named Allan Jr Sanchez was 1 of the 2 who picked up my goods. He was really kind and did a great job and carefully packing and moving my items around.

  5. Cheats and crooks.

Do not ever use this company they took advantage of my husband who is a veteran who suffers from TBI and PTSD, They intentionally put the wrong dates down on the contract to hold our goods so they would not have to pay any money after the 60 day delivery window. I will give the full account of what happened.

They picked up on September the 9th and wrote October when they were confronted about this they said to bad to my husband who suffers from memory problems that it was our problem and offered to drop 100$ off the payment price when they would have to drop excess of 750$. Although the payment made by check cleared 9/12/18.

They tried to use the excuse that we requested them to hold it for 30 days when told they were wrong is when they said to bad. So not only does this company take advantage of our disabled veterans the booking company out of Florida lies to its patrons as well when 100% guaranteed that it will be traveling VIA boat they do not do this they ship it thru Canada so do not let either company lie to you they also told me it would cost ruffly 3800$ it more than doubled in cost when legally it states it can't go up more than 10%.

My husband had been on the phone several times with this company and they never mentioned the date issue until he got very verbal about it. So in short do not use this company for anything they are crooks and deserve to be out of business for cheating their customers out of money and time.

  6. SCAM ripoff lies cheats immoral thieves.

First Priority Van Lines in Florida..brokers out to Excutive movers in Las Vegas .They never stated this I have in writing the price for deposit pick up and delivery that all changed on the day of Pickup a day early with no warning the price tripled and it went from a next day promised to up to 30 days this is day 20 they don't answer the phone or return emails BOTH Companies are a COMPLETE scam liers cheats immoral thieves
I have tried daily to get some information all I got back was an email from First Priority Van Lines threatening me saying they did nothing wrong and not to contact them again. Breach of contract both in writing and verbally .I am disabled and have sleeping on the floor with no blanket none of my clothes my apnea machine and medications because I was told repeatedly that a next day delivery would not be a problem I suffer from PTSD and anxiety disorder this has caused much pain and suffering and emotional stress PLEASE DONT USE EITHER OF THESE CO.they will not return call email they will take NO responsibility they will not help you in any way First Priority Van took almost 1600 for doing nothing but make a call and tell me lies and Excutive movers we have no idea if o when we will get our belongings and pay 1400.00 to 2000.00 more.

  7. Awful Moving Company - Arrow Moving Las Veg.

The worst moving company I have ever encountered. They were contracted to pick up 6/20 or 6/21. NO SHOW on both days .. finally showing up on 6/22 after my daughters family had flown to Alabama. Then they came with a too small truck. The moving supervisor Breen, told us that if all the goods would not fit (and he doubted it would) they had the right to adjust the charges. EXTORTION! Of course they wanted more money and they promised to pick up the overage within 48 hours! Never happened!! Their "Binding Estimate" was very accurate (Provided by Charter Van Lines who we assume is their partner) so they had good & accurate information to prepare for our move. These people are CROOKS .. never use them!

  8. Move from Utah to Maryland.

Recovering from a hysterectomy was easier than dealing with these amateurs. They didn’t show up when they were supposed to, they took my furniture from Eastern Utah 500 miles west to Las Vegas where it sat for three weeks and then when my stuff finally did come, I’ve found three boxes of broken dishes. I’ve only unpacked six boxes. These people are liars and cheats. When you try to call customer service, they put you on hold for upwards of 10 minutes and then hang up on the call when you hit the 10 minute mark. They don’t return phone calls and tell you what they think you want to hear. Not the truth, but whatever gets you off the phone. And then to have my belongings treated like garbage is just the icing on the cake. You know the first scene in Ace Ventura when he’s “delivering” the package? That’s how my stuff got treated.
If you like being treated like garbage and like being lied to, by all means, go with these guys. They excel at really bad customer service.

  9. Terrible Move Experience. Worst Ever.

Have moved 3 time prior and this 4th move ranks the worst. I thought the estimate and company that was to move me was Liberty Movers. Come to find out they are a broker. After getting my deposit the prices start to climb well over the original quoted amount. we were to have the better insurance coverage, no fuel surcharges and we went over twice what we had going. Well come moving day the truck is a day late and the allotted space on the truck is not enough for what was to be moved. We had to leave stuff in storage to be moved by me at a later date. The items were transferred to a regular tractor trailer rig in NV. When our belongings arrive in TX I find 1 JBL speaker cabinet missing the matching one damaged and two black KLM speaker cabinets missing. We also have 3 glass table tops that don't belong to me and they tried to give me a 60 inch flat screen that didn't belong to me till I pointed the fact out to them that it wasn't mine. I questioned to the whereabouts of the speakers, the driver and helper responded that everything loaded for NV is what they were delivering. If you find you have claims you contact Liberty. We did and they told us everything for claims is with CSIpros. This is a third party and a JOKE at best. They have no power over overcharging and telling me that they only pay $.60 per pound insurance value regardless of what insurance I was told I had. My JBL's were valued at $1595.00 and the KLM's at $550.00 and we had a broken tote and they want me to settle for $4.80. And to top it off they regret that we were not satisfied with our move. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy.

  10. Do Not Use These Scammers!

I moved from California to North Carolina, My Belongings Were picked up on Apr 5 all ready a day late for pick up. I had a binding contract for $2,083 . I made three payments of $400,$ 381 and as the truck arrived $800. I would call and send emails with no response. They would avoid me and call my daughter! I was sent a email with how long it would take! It said 21 to 25 business days! Well 35 business days later and 47 calendar days after two weeks of trying to get someone in the office [ ie] Chris and the rest of the bunch from pushing us around. The truck shows up in the rain on a Sunday afternoon! The driver opened the door of the truck and my Sofa wasn't there surfboards were missing my flat screen TV was just thrown on top of the pile and some other poor guys stuff was mixed in with mine! I took my paddle board off and it was crushed on the back end the foot pad was ripped up with big scrapes all over it! Then the driver hands me a bill for $2,338 additional charges!! So the whole move would cost me $4,400 over double the signed estimate! Plus they were 10 business days late! So it took them over 6 weeks to move me. Then I talked with a woman who had total attitude and said that since I wasn't going to pay the price that was over double the estimate price that she was sending the truck to storage and I would have to pay them also! I said I was contacting a Lawyer and she said go ahead! So in the long run half my stuff was not delivered and what stuff that I did see and get was damaged 7 weeks to receive my stuff than only to have some bozo which her phone number is (503) 432-5045! Tell me to go to a lawyer! So that's what I am going to do to get my stuff back and place a lawsuit against this company so they will not do this to anyone else!! I will keep this page posted on what's going on! An if you have any questions I will be glad to answer them!! I have plenty of pictures and the contract as proof if you need to see!

  11. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Thieves, scammers, con artists.

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life, by far. They are thieves, scammers, and con artists. How are they still in business?? Complete nightmare experience.

I booked via another company (North American Relocation Services), who I did not realize was just a broker. They hid that from me. I was initially given a two day window for movers to show up, told that I would soon hear which day it was going to be. At the last possible minute they inform me that Executive Moving and Storage are showing up on the 2nd day. On that day I get a call, late in the day, and they said they are not going to make it. I had to reschedule all sorts of things (when you move from one state to another, selling your house, there's a lot going on!). Then they showed up late on that day, whine and complain the whole time about how tired they are, and they tried to leave before the move was finished! I couldn't rearrange my schedule again, I was supposed to leave in a couple days to move myself. So I told them they had to finish. They started slamming things into boxes.. I called it out and told them to be careful. I actually watched them "pack" my stuff the whole time. They just threw half the things in boxes without even wrapping them. I knew at this moment things were going to be bad, but man.. it was way worse than I thought! I should have sent them home, but I was supposed to leave in a couple days and they had half my belongings in their truck.

I get a call the next day after they supposedly weighed just my contents. I was a single guy moving a single bedroom, a small dining room, only half of my living room contents, and almost nothing from my kitchen. My garage had a bunch of stuff in it, but this was not a big move. I was scammed with an initial low ball quote, then called back two different times for them to re-quote me higher prices. This was a full pack move and when the movers showed up, they were surprised that they were supposed to pack. Really?? After they weighed my meager belongings, they charged me an absurd amount of money. Three times my initial quote. I should have thrown everything out and bought all new stuff. I would have been better off!

So now the worst part. I gave them the date I was going to be at my new location. I.e. the earliest day for them to deliver my stuff. It was a week from when they picked up. They didn't deliver my stuff for THREE MONTHS and offered NO EXPLANATION as to why it took so long! I called them countless times, and was given the runaround every time. "Oh sorry, we'll talk to the dispatcher and get back to you." They would never, ever call me back. The original broker company was worthless too. They'd promise to contact Executive and get back to me and never did. THREE MONTHS without my belongings. Can you imagine!?

So the day finally comes that they deliver my stuff. Again, no explanation. The driver works for yet another company and has no idea what's going on. As he unloads my stuff I see a destroyed dresser, a bunch of missing things, more damaged stuff. They put my bed together wrong and it explodes when I sit on it. He gives me cash for that because he doesn't want to get in trouble. Thank goodness I took his money, because Executive pays 60 CENTS per POUND for your lost/damaged stuff! What a scam!!

This is petty, but needs to be called out. The movers selectively stole my PS4 controllers. I had all my controllers and cables for my various consoles together. They put all of these things in a single box. That box had everything.. except my two PS4 controllers. These are $50 each. Stolen. No other explanation.

So I file a clam, Executive hands this off to yet another company. CSIpros.org. They find a way to get out of paying for just about everything, and I have no recourse. I end up getting offered about $100 bucks for hundreds and hundreds of dollars of damaged and lost/stolen items. They won't pay me for a missing desk that the delivery driver said was destroyed at the warehouse (it's in the notes). They don't pay for my PS4 controllers because box contents (that they packed) are not itemized. Oh and it's now almost a year later and I'm still dealing with this. This company doesn't respond to emails either. I have to keep sending them. Then they claim they send me something, but never did. All for them to give me $100 for probably a thousand bucks of stuff. Seems not worth the effort, but I am so angry they are getting away with this. I've spoken to a couple lawyers, and they basically said it's not worth getting into. How can we let them get away with stuff like this?

Please, stay away and tell everyone that Executive Moving and Storage employees are criminals.

  12. Fraud, Criminals, Thieves.

These people are flat out criminals. Nothing but fraud, and if you hire them, you will be screwed out of thousands of dollars- both in damaged/STOLEN/destroyed items and the additional charges they surprise you with AFTER they've loaded your items and have them held hostage. I hired a move with BAM Express. They told us they have their own trucks, own movers, own storage, and that they would show up on the day and time I specify and deliver on the day and time I specify. ALL LIES!! Come to pick-up day, and these guys show up, 8 hrs late, in an Enterprise rental truck. They provide no paperwork or anything, and just start loading. Then once the truck is loaded, they finally hand over paperwork, which to our surprise is a contract with Executive Moving and Storage. NOT the people we hired. They also charged us an additional $300 from our guaranteed cost that was given to us with a BAM Express Representative. At this point, they were holding all of my belongings hostage and it was almost 11pm at night. Angelo And Johnny are the names of the lead guys that moved us- both total crooks. Then cut to delivery, we were assured by BAM Express that we only needed to give a few days heads up (I gave several weeks heads up) to have our belongings delivered at the date and time of our choosing. This is when the real fun began. I was lied to nearly every day for 6 weeks that my belongings were on the next truck out and would be there in a few days. This went on for 6 weeks. 6 weeks I waited for my belongings, and 6 weeks I was lied to over and over. Jessica, Erica, Tiffany, Brittany, Kayla, and Karen- just to name a few- are horrible people who do nothing but lie to you and say all of the right things to make you think they care. Kayla outright refused all of my calls, Karen called me a b!tch, and the others are all just as useless and deceitful. Finally, these losers come to deliver my belonging. They called me at 8pm Saturday night and said they would be there the following Sunday and would only accept cash or money order. Ummmm, no. Not ok, fools. I called the awful women in customer support yet again, told them I would only pay with a credit card, they finally agreed. I was required to pay before these guys would even open the truck to let me see if my things were there. They unloaded carelessly, throwing my belongings, dropping them off the truck, bashing them into doors and walls. All boxes looked like they had been drop kicked down a mountain, boxes labeled "liquids: this side up" or "fragile" were beaten up and upside down. At least 30% of my belongings were missing, including dozen or more boxes and many pieces of furniture. Of the furniture that did arrive, all of it was damaged or completely destroyed to the point that I am needing to replace everything. I had thousands of dollars of personal belongings stolen or destroyed by these criminals. The next day, I noticed that my credit card was charged by Konami Moving and Storage- the company apparently owned by Angelo and Johnny- another company that I DID NOT hire! After everything these crooks did, I challenged the charge with my credit card company and after two attempts to challenge and explaining all of the fraud these criminals are practicing, I was finally credited back for half the cost of the move. I am waiting for my claim for the thousands of dollars of stolen and destroyed items, but expect to get next to nothing based on what others have experienced and based on their ridiculous and fraudulent contracts. If you want to be screwed over and be left with months upon months of negativity and dealing with slimy criminals, then go ahead and hire these crooks.

  13. Positive experience with Eli, driver, Executive Moving.

We recently contracted to have a large household items moved from Florida to Arizona with Moving Mania. Our experience with Moving Mania was at best a one star and that is being generous. Moving Mania subcontracted with Executive Moving. Eli from Executive Moving called to arrange delivery a day ahead of schedule. He did a fantastic job of getting the item to us timely, unloaded safely and set where we needed it. He was courteous, friendly, professional, skilled and went above and beyond to ensure it was done safely and correctly. We would recommend him personally.

  14. Ditto- carbon copy everything everyone has said here.

Angelo Perez and friends loaded up my household into an Enterprise rental truck..
Money order was to Konami Moving and Storage, LLC
    DOT #2914575
    MC# 982482
    600 S Dayton St, Bldg 4, #301
    Denver, CO 80247

Customer Svc. Tiffany: 855-330-6683 ext 1502

His receipt was from Revolution Moving Systems, which has a typed DOT# that does not exist: 2455655 and fake MC#8488008

Has ignored all of my attempts to have my belongings delivered at my new address until this week. He Was supposed to deliver today and was No-show.

The police reports are filed (in the pick up and drop off cities) and they recommend filing a complaint with the Attorney General against the three moving companies associated with Angelo Perez. Will do.

  15. Do Not Even Consider - no Matter What!

Our furniture was scheduled to be picked up on Dec. 24, but was picked up on Dec 28 - after numerous calls. The furniture was supposed to be delivered no later than January 5. Our furniture was finally delivered - most of it BROKEN and DAMAGED - late evening on January 15, 2018, however, none of it was reassembled and set up as Coastal Moving and Storage, (the company that hired Executive) promised it would all be in the binding agreement. The driver, Lorenzo, said he was "not contracted to set up, but only to deliver." He then demanded we sign and pay at least $250 extra. We had already been charged an extra $900+ after pickup or else they "would hold our furniture and we could rack up more fee." NUMEROUS THREATS. They finally adjusted the fee back down closer to the agreed price.

Numerous items are broken and damaged, and we have documented and taken pictures of everything.
This is all brand new furniture, just a few months old, and we have receipts.
We have filed a claim with the BBB, as well as directly with the company, both electronically, and by US mail.

Late pickups and deliveries - Extra charges - Broken & Damaged items - Numerous threats - Truly Scammers and Dishonest people!

Apparently they used to operate under West Coast Movers, then were shut down, but reopened under this name. We are not even sure they have a valid license to transport furniture at this point!

Just DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
