Impressive Service.
From the very first phone call to the very last box being delivered finest movers really lived up to their name. The rep Collin was very helpful as well putting together the quote and advising me on ways to save money on my move. I also received a very generous military discount because my husband served. I really felt like we were in good hands so I reccomend these guys to anyone looking to use a mover.
Good set of movers.
These guys were great. Moving is hardwork and I couldn't do it myself this time because I am too old. I hired Finest Movers off the reccomendation of a friend and I am glad I did. They did an outstanding job and I didn't go broke using them. Also the office support was very accomodating with me changing my dates and I appreciate that.
Super Service.
I am blown away with Finest Movers and their staff. I will admit I am not an easy one to please and when stressed I tend to turn into a monster and become very difficult to deal with however finest Movers was proactive in attending to my needs and very patient with me as well I am thrilled with their service and professionalism. I had artwork I was concerned about and they professionally crated it all and t arrived in pristine condition.

These guys really saved the day. I had hired another mover originally that gave me a very low estimate. Well move day came and guess what. No mover. So in a panic I scrambled to find someone to come out and move us and Finest Movers made it happen. Not only did they get out to me that night but they did it at a great price and provided stellar service. I am very happy and just wanted to say thanks a million.

Ok well the good news was that I found a job but the bad news is I am a single mom on a limited tight budget and I had to move very very far. moving myself was not an option so I shopped for movers. I found I could not afford any of the big name movers but then I spoke to Finest movers and Cliff was able to put together a quote that made sense. well I was very worried on move day but the guys came and were very professional. They handled my stuff with care and had great big smiles on their faces. They got me moved and within my budget so I am very happy.

I am so greatful for the wonderful job done by Finest movers this last mont. They not only did a great job wrapping all my stuff up and packing my china but they also put the stuff in storage for me at no cost till I was ready to get delievry and when I called them ready with a place I got my stuff shortly thereafter. I really appreciate the service and the value provided by them.
Good cheap movers.
Well I was happy I was moving but worried about how I could afford to move all the stuff I had. Selling my stuff was not an option I needed my things and I was moving over a 1000 miles away and no way I could handle it as a single mom so I shopped around and found Finest Movers. They gave me a great deal and I hired them. I saw some of the horror stories online about some movers but my crew was great and their were no hidden charges and I got everything in the window they said I would I am very thirlled with Finest Movers and so happy to leave Maine and now be a miami beach resident woohoo.
Got me to Cali for under $1500.
When I finally got a job offer I was thrilled and so relieved but the offer was in California and did not include relocation cost so I had to figure out how to make the move happen on limited resources. Being a single mom with a dead beat baby daddy money is scarce so I am very thankful to Finest Movers especially Greg for putting togetehr a quote that worked for me and sticking to it. They did a great job and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Thanks for making it happen Guys!
Great Price and even better service.
Looking for a mover can be overwheleming. After I requested a quote online I was bombarded by phone calls. I got several estimates but ti seemed that the more movers I spoke with the more confused I became. They all charged differently and the prices were all over the place. I choose Finest Movers because of the good relationship I built with the manager Cliff and that translated to a great service from a great bunch of freindly guys.
Made huge move look easy.
These guys moved my entire office in a corporate move cross country and it went without a hitch. They were informative and helpful and handled the logistics of the move like they have moved a thousand offices. I really appreciate their organization because they a great job setting up on the delivery end which negated our down time. Thanks Finest Movers for living up to your name.
Fine Job with my move.
These guys were wonderful handling my mother in laws move for me and my wife. She was looking to downsize and move out to stay with us and Finest Movers not only gave her a good price for moving the items they also took the unwanted furniture items to Good will for us at no additional cost. Great job and great hearts thank Finest Movers!
Totally Unprofessional, Careless, Unresponsive.
My move of estate items from Florida to New Jersey was a disaster. While the salesman & I went over in detail all items to be shipped(including detailed list of itees with dimensions), and I received a very resonable "Binding Moving Estimate", the driver who showed up 2 hours late insisted on an additional 45% price increase, or he would not move all the items. I was in NJ with a personal friend in FLA to supervise the pick-up. After a heated telephonic shouting match with the rudest driver possible, I told him to leave. His supervisor called me back, and I settled on a 33% increase to $2,000, provided all the listed items be moved. Nonetheless, when the driver finished, he pressured my friend to sign the shipping manifest, but left behind a good number of the items which were clearly listed on the Quote. Calls to the office the next monday resulted in their insisting I pay an additional $250 for them to return for the other items, which I declined to accept. I was not allowed to speak to anyone of authority, or more accurately, no one of authority was willing to get on the phone.
The delivery was suppose to take 5 to 7 days, but took 12 days. The delivery driver and helper were polite, careful and professional. However, 2 boxes were totally unaccounted for, and some other items were badly broken. A number of delicate antique lamps were assumed to be in the boxes--totally missing---and the legs were fully broken off an antique table. The driver acknowledged the issues in writing, and I paid the balance, being told to file a claim as the move was covered by basic insurance. The claim process was a burden..pictures, valuations etc..missing and broken items were valued over $4,000. Again no body of authority would get on the phone to discuss or even to go over the process of finding the missing boxes. The claim process took about 2 months and I was offered $37 in full settlement, provided I had the agreement notarized.
The lessons I learned---don't accept a moving quote without a visit from a company rep. Be cautioned that the basic insurance is worthless. My wife would be much more emotional..as the items had sentimental value as well. I found that FINEST MOVERS were anything but FINEST in their interest in customer service once the order is taken. Somewhere, someone has some VERY nice antique lamps.

I can't say enough about these guys. They were on time and on task and treated my stuff and my family like their own. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move cross country. For the money they were a bargain and I would use them again. They saved my back and my wallet. Thanks Finest Movers.
Great job for cheap.
I was shopping for a mover for over a month and I was about to give up on it and just start over because I didn't think I could afford a mover. But then I got a call from Finest movers and Kevin told me they had a truck going on my route that had space on it. So they gave me a real good rate and the move worked out well for me. They were very friendly and helpful and for the money and I was thrilled with the service. They even put my bed together on delivery, making unpacking a breeze.
Good at their craft.
Well I must say I was suprised at the levl of professionalism showed by these movers. They were very , courteous , well spoken and cleanly. After loading up they removed all trash and swept behind themselves leaving me hardly anything to do but hand over my keys to the landlord. At the delivery they took my direction and put everything exactly where I requested maing my move a breeze.
