Terrible Experience.
Cost was increased on site by over 2.5 times of estimate. Had some added items but was told not to be concerned. Movers arrived late and basically did not allow any alternative but to pay.
Had three destroyed items, one damaged and two lost items. The claim system is terrible. Lots of documentation required.
I'm going to chalk off situation to experience. Please be aware First National City was terrible for my move.

After the recent death of my parents, we sold their condo in Destin, Florida and enlisted the help of First National Moving and Storage in Hollywood with the relocation of their furniture and personal items to my home in Marietta, GA. I could not have been happier with the results. My initial contact with Lisa was a very pleasant experience. She was polite, professional and had a clear understanding of my situation. She followed up very quickly, I was very appreciative of her attentiveness to the entire situation. Her professionalism was very impressive as was her dedication to her job and her thoroughness in explaining the entire process to me. The packers/movers (the ones who do all the “dirty work!”) were nothing short of superb. They took great care with all of our belongings from the largest piece of furniture to the smallest knick-knack. This was greatly appreciated, especially as this was a very emotional time for me. They were very pleasant, very professional and really a joy to be around. It meant a lot to me to have someone who had been involved in the packing and loading in Destin follow through on the move to Marietta. Everything arrived safely with nothing damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend First National Moving and Storage, Lisa, and their entire crew to anyone who is looking for a good…a great…moving company. In the future, if I need the help of a mover in their area, I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them. Thanks to everyone there for making this move a very pleasant experience!

Professional approach.
I would like to share my experience with people who are planning to use First National for their future move. I've been using moving companies for all my life and every time I'm expecting surprises because that just the way it is. Same expectations I had for my future move to Florida. This time everything was completely differnt . After long research I dialed First national and a gentleman with name Fred picked up the phone . Very polite ,intelligent ,smart man. It was a pleasure talking to him. He answered all my questions , gave me a few good advises and did his best to find availability because company was overbooked.We set up day and pick up time and the next call I received from company was couple days prior to move. Their quality control department went over inventory with me to make adjustments if needed , I added a few items , which was ok with everyone. The best part was pick up date . Those guys were very organized , fast ,they protected my belongings I a very professional manner . I choose full packing option and that was good decision .I have bad back and I didn't have to do anything . They did everything for me and I would never do it that fast and professional. My antiques , glass, electronics , sentimental stuff were handled very safely .They loaded everything nicely on their truck and I bought them lunch and gave them tip because it was an awesome job. Next day I received another call from their quality department. They were asking if everything went well on the pick up date and I gave them my positive feedback. Their customer support team was very polite and helpful . The only thing I didn't like was 15 minute hold , but they apologized in a very professional manner and I realized that it's now their pick season time and they probably get huge call volume. Next a few days I was getting updates from their dispatch team which made me feel comfortable and gave me peace of mind. In about 24 hours they gave me a call to make sure that my community has access for big truck , I told them they should be fine and they were when they got to my new place. Delivery guys were strong and well build and handled everything easy with no damages or scratches to my new house. They responded to all my requests and placed all the items where I asked them to. They cleaned everything and left my place nice and set up. Overall very good experience . You guys changed my opinion about moving industry. Keep your service at the same level and you will be allways successful. Good luck everyone and thank you guys. Keep it up!

Last time I've been moved by First National Moving and Storage and it was one of my greatest experiences. The team was so fast and nice. All my boxes were packed with care and the furniture is in great condition, no scratches and cracks. The Foreman and customers service was so helpful and they explained to me how to save the space and the money. I'm not going to change my moving guys and I'll suggest them to all my friends. Thanks for an easy move.

We had a very bad experience with First National. Poor service by First Nations storage and movers.
Poor service and delivery delayed nearly by a month and keep changing the delivery dates . Not yet delivered.

Legit company. Cant complain.
Good people. Very nice management. What I liked the most is the fact that crew that came to pick up my staff had this one guy in charge who was very helpful and knew his business. Everything I threw at him was handled in a very professional manner.
They were clean ( I saw my neighbors moving a while ago and I was shocked how dirty and messy those movers were, I mean they showed up like that, not like they got dirty while moving their staff) to me it is quite important.
Price was decent and timing didn't fail neither. Over all ll im very satisfied and highly recommend this guys.

What a relief!
I ended up having to use a moving company,due to my back surgery. Even as a previous mover for 15 yrs, I was skeptical to think anybody or any company would take care of me and my household goods as good as I could, or keep there word as genuine and sincere from my relocation specialist Luis, to the quality assurance, customer service department, driver and movers maintained. At the end of it all, I express my gratitude and Thanks to you guys. Keep it up!!
My Move.
First National Moving & Storage was very efficient during my move. I couldn't have done it without them. They Moved us from Florida to Colorado. Great Movers.
I recently graduated from Georgia Tech and got a job offer in Connecticut, I was excited and nervous all at the same time and needed to find a way to get my stuff moved. I looked into doing it myself and renting a truck after careful consideration I realized It would cost me the same to hire professional movers as it would doing it myself and paying for help unloading. So I put my request online and got inundated with calls. I was hearing numbers all over the place. I did not have a lot of stuff to move. I got quoted for 500 cf from Jim at First National Moving he told me they have a minimum load and that I don't have that much but my price would not increase. So I spent more than some of the low quotes I got but I felt a lot more comfortable knowing that my price is guaranteed. The day of the move the guys showed up on time and very professional. They got everything loaded on the truck in just few hours and told me to expect my stuff before the end of the week. I drove up to CT to take the keys to my new apartment. The truck showed up in Sunday just like they said nothing was damaged or missing and my price did not go up at all. I was very pleased with the overall service I revived and would definitely recommend First National Moving to anyone!!

I want to thank First National Moving for their superb job in transporting my belongings to California. The crew was amazing was amazing in every sense of the word. I have relocated to California and I just have received my furniture this morning. The crew did an excellent job in placing all of the furniture pieces and the appropriate rooms and they even help me place the boxes where I wanted to them to go. Overall I had a pretty good experience with this company and I would highly recommend. Thanks again!
Stressless moving!
This may I got a job offer I couldn't refuse for many reasons. The only negative aspect of the proposition was that I had to move from Chicago to North Carolina, and moving is always a stressing process for me. I collect stuff, everything from books, records, coins, to old statues that are really fragile and expensive. I lived in a house that had two floors, and three bedrooms, and moving by myself wasn't really an option, so I decided to do my research in order to find a reliable moving company. To my surprise I found tons of them, and didn't knew where to start. After digging a little deeper I stumbled on First national moving and storage company, and gave them a call. theirs sales rep Donny went through all my stuff room by room, and gave me an estimate that was cheaper then most companies I called before, assuring me that they will take care of me from the beginning to the end. And he didn't lie!
They sent me 4 guys with a truck, and let me tell you they really know their business! They wrapped all the furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and all my collectibles were cearfully wrapped in paper and bubble wrap, and packed in boxes. Nothing was damaged and we even had a fun conversation with the guys! No surprises on delivery either. They offered me free storage for a month, but I was in NC in two weeks, so is my stuff! Everything was there and spotless! So I really want to thank First national moving and storage company for their outstanding service, and without a doubt will use them next time, and advice them to all my friends! So no stress people.

I moved from San Diego to Miami because of my job. I didn't have a lot of time to prepare for my move because the decision to send me here was unexpected. I was concerned about everything especially what moving company should I choose. I've never moved before so I was stressed out. My friend recommended me First National Moving and Storage because her parents were satisfied with their recent move with them. And I can tell you that this company is great! I could not have been more pleased with EVERYTHING dealing with my move to Colorado from Florida through First National Moving & Storage. From beginning to end, everyone was so efficient. They had some very fragile glass items to pack & everything came through without a scratch or break. I would definitely recommend First National Moving . Great job!!
