Wow!! Amazing moving company!! Irelocation system came ready and prepared to move our 3 bedroom house. We only moved a couple of miles away but the 3 movers took great care of all my stuff. I was very pleased they really wrapped my 60 inch Samsung TV really well. A+ for that. Overall what I paid for this move was totally worth it. Movers you want to stay away from.
Extorted money, held our belongings hostage, damaged floors, damaged furniture, including an expensive baby grand piano.
They intentionally gave us a low estimate for the job to get our business ($2200).
They badly scratched our hardwood floors while moving a piece of furniture. Once our stuff was in the moving truck (1 am! because they started around 5 pm and not because we had too much stuff), the estimate increased by 5K. They drove away with our belongings and started extorting money from us the following week. We were giving instructions to wire additional money to 2 bank accounts -- we did. Those were fraudulent accounts, the wires were flagged and did not go through. We were getting calls from Jamaica instructing us to send MoneyGram to another set of accounts. When my husband told them he will settle the account in full in cash once they deliver our belongings, they would hang up. They would not answer their phones. Their mailboxes would be full.
They did not delivery our belongings on the day they were supposed to and as a result we were stuck in an empty house with 2 small children and an elderly lady. We had to buy bare essentials to provide some semblance of conform for the family. They never called to apologize that the stuff was delayed, they were unreachable. This went on for about 10 days.
We did not start hearing back from them until we filed 3 police reports about stolen property: one in Oklahoma, one in Florida and one in Georgia and filed a complaint with FMCSA and moverescue.org. They did eventually show up about 10 days later in a completely different truck (meaning that our stuff was repackaged) and brought most of the belongings but not all.
Many things were damaged, our expensive baby grand piano got most of the beating even though we paid extra money to bubble wrap it.
They then proceeded to force us to withdraw our complaints in exchange for delivering the rest of the furniture. They did not delivery the rest of the furniture until they were pressured by Georgia investigators and there was a warrant pending for their manager's arrest.
You still want to trust them with your belongings? Stay a mile away. Oh and did I mention that they are all either from Russia, Ukraine or Jamaica? That's the level of service you are going to get. STAY AWAY.

Irelocation system is highly reliable, easy, and good at what they do. This moving company is the best in town. This is the moving company to go to. The movers not only loaded and moved my things, but they have my recommendations. Movers were very professional. Just ask the movers a question and they'll answer it. Good prices, no hidden fees, and no over charges. Again, this is the company to go with.
Magnificent move.
When I hit 5 stars for rating Irelocation Syste, it says "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and that is the honest truth! We have never used a moving company before, we always enticed friends with a bbq of thanks got a truck and spent an entire day schlepping out items down the stairs out of the house then when we made it to the new place, schlepped everything back up the stairs. OMGosh! We were all exhausted, the bbq was brutal because we were just baked by the time we were finished.
This time, we decided to get movers. I went here to google and scrolled down until I saw 5 stars, oddly enough they were not at the top but should have been, and were today when I looked them up! Yay! 3 tall strapping men show up at our door clean, presentable, and ready to work. We had taken apart most of the furniture because we wanted to save time, but they went to town picking and packing everything up we had for them, then we put the beds back together. It was the hottest day of the year, 111 to be exact, but they didn't slow down, they didn't miss a beat.
These guys were kind, courteous, respectful and patient around our children and when the girls weren't around. Not a swear word was heard, just complete professionalism. I was stunned. We had them take all the big items which was a lot, 4 bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room, appliances, etc.
They were respectful of both homes, damaged nothing, not one item or wall. They worked with speed and moved us from a 2500 sqft home to another similar sized home, close in proximity. We ended up using 4.5 hours! 4.5 hours!! Not 12 or 16 like it would have been, no conning friends to help us. IT was FANTASTIC! Worth every penny!!
I would highly recommend them and use them if we ever move again. I just cannot sing enough praises!! AWESOME!!

Five-star moving company!! I love these guys. These guys came to my two bedroom apartment and moved all our stuff. They offered two strong movers. They wrapped all my stuff from TV to even my bed with shrink wrap. They are very hardworking professionals. I am very pleased to have Irelocation System move me!! Two thumbs up guys.

Can also attest to how awesome & wonderful the movers were. It was easy and simple to make a reservation & modify the time. They showed up the early day of and made the move efficiently without damaging any walls or furniture..Also did some really heaving lifting going up 3 flights of stairs! We were beyond amazed & impressed by their professionalism and will use them again for all of our moving needs!

We had a move that was a little unusual. We moved into a brand new building that is still under construction in some places. Because of this we didn't even get to see the apartment before move day and had no idea that it was 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!
Peter was really nice and professional when booking our reservation. No deposit was required and he reassured us that the movers would be on time and professional (we had had a very VERY bad experience with movers in the past, so we were a little gun shy). Lesson there was, don't go with the cheapest company, they WILL rip you off. A fair wage for hard work, is the way to look at it.
The guys showed up 5 minutes early so we could do the paper work while they got their equipment all ready. They gave me a "not to exceed" time limit, which was a relief. All the paper work explained everything and our rights very clearly. They gave me a time of 3-5 hours to pick up, but thought it would be 3-4 based on the move being a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment only 2 hours away.
Nick and Andrew, were super friendly, nice, young men. They didn't make us feel weird about strangers touching our stuff. They also worked incredibly fast even while making pleasant conversation. They wrapped all of our furnishings with care, using ample plastic wrap and blankets for everything (no charge). The door jams always had protectors and the floors were protected as well.
Here's where Andrew and Nick went above and beyond. Although both guys are slim, they are amazingly strong. They pretty much RAN our stuff up 4 flights of stairs without any trouble whatsoever. The way I saw them handling those stairs with some really heavy, awkward stuff was beyond impressive. We offered them water and soda at both locations which they politely refused initially because they didn't want to slow down. Eventually they had to take some, after ascending and descending 4 flights of stair 20 or 30 times.
I have great respect for these two gentlemen who are VERY good at their jobs! They deserve a raise for sure!
The only thing I would have changed is, the wardrobe boxes were old and beaten down. One collapsed and we had to replace it (they had plenty). It wasn't a big deal for us, but it made it difficult for the guys to transport and why make it harder?

This is our third moving in less than 10 years. On the recommendation of friends, we decided to use the services of "iRelocation System". When we moved on our own, it was not just stress, but horror. Okay, my husband and I can be patient, but most importantly - for the child, this process of moving is unbearable. So it was the negative experience of previous moves that forced us to succumb to friends and allow other people to do everything for us. . Firstly, when we called, we were sent a manager in advance, who came, calculated everything for us, said how long it would take, how many people needed and the packages and boxes we needed for our quantity of things and the furniture that we took with us From the old address. I was a little worried that on the appointed day something will go wrong and according to the manager's plan we will not be able to move, but already in the morning it became clear that everything would be fine. Half a hour before the arrival, the senior specialist called us and warned about the timely arrival .. At the appointed time, we opened the door and five fighters in a clean neat uniform and in the shoes were absolutely polite, adequately passed and silently with knowledge began to pack our goods :)) They quickly packed everything, the furniture was dismantled, quietly, without shouting, harmoniously. We could only sit and watch. And for lunch we loaded our things into the car. I note that there were no problems with packaging - it was enough. As a result, the dishes and lacquered furniture are all intact, all !! Boxes they mark with special signs, which then focus on the new address. I did not have to tell them where that lies. They assembled furniture, attached accessories, all planted .. Thanks to my friends who recommended this and persuaded us to apply to the "iRelocation System". My husband is also delighted.

Great movers!!I like that they brought all the necessary moving materials to keep my things dent free. They were diligent and kept going until the job was done. Because we had all our things boxed up and most furniture wrapped ahead of time, they were able to move me from a 2 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom house within without damaging anything. I would definitely use them again.

NICK from Irelocation System and his crew were, without a doubt, the absolute best I have EVER worked with. They were superb in the loading. The unloading was unbelievable. The quality, caring, professionalism and respect were GREAT. By the end of the week, I felt like I was friends with all of them. I have recently had severe neck surgery and the gentlemen would bring the box to me (sitting on the sofa) on where it should go. Upstairs, shop or main floor? I never had to get up and go to them. This may sound insignificant to you, but when suffering terrible pain, it was the best thing in the world for me. My husband was not here yet from Colorado, so it was just me home. I cannot say enough good about this team, especially Nick! If there was a 10 star rating, I would give them a 20 star review. Your home office staff are equally wonderful. With the personal phone calls and e-mails added quality to your wonderful.

Does the thought of moving your own stuff from one place to another excite and enthrall you? Do you prefer to spend your time taking boxes upon boxes from your old place into your car and then drive it over to your new place only to unload there -- rinse, repeat? If so, then Irelocation System is not for you. Also, you may need some professional help because moving totally s..ks
From quote to every last box into our storage unit, my experience with Irelocation System was top notch. After providing an inventory of what needed to be moved, Arthur (moving manager) provided me with a reasonable quote for 3 guys and a 26' truck. I paid my $500 deposit over the phone and on the morning of my move, the movers were there with the truck within 5 minutes of the expected time.
Upon arrival, Arthur went over the hourly rate and set the expectations. You get charged from the minute they leave their warehouse until they return with the truck. No problem. We walked the crew around the house to let them know what needed to be loaded and what could be left. And then they set off to work.
The entire truck was loaded within5 hours - with a couple short breaks for the guys. They moved like machines! I think a major part of what helped them move so efficiently was the fact that we had clear paths from each room to the door - and all our stuff was pretty organized. All furniture was disassembled and bagged (mattresses) or quilted (dining room tables) without incident.
Once loaded, we received our stuff next day in the storage in Tennessee. They were finished unloading in less than an hour. We'd been quoted for $3500 of moving and the crew finished it up with no extra charge.
The guys were polite, super fast and overall really great. They all seemed to enjoy each others' company - so it made the whole experience that much better. I can't say that their job seems fun, but they all were pretty upbeat and seemed to not being having the worst time.
All in all, this was an amazing experience. And we will for sure be using Irelocation System again once we find our next place!
Move my home.
I used iRelocation System to move my home and they were excellent. I highly recommend them. The team that came up were professional, the estimate was reasonable and the service was excellent. Arthur was very careful with my things and used lots of packing materials. I was especially grateful about how they packed all my pictures and wall art. Thanks you so much. iRelocation System is 5 star company for me.

On pickup they were a day late and arrived the next day at 7 PM, this was after they were to arrive (per Nicole) between 12 and 2 PM….than between 3 PM and 5 PM wrapped goods until 10 PM. They returned the following day at 11 AM, were to be there at 9 AM and and loaded a rented U-haul truck when they were done 2PM the wanted a tip. I had packaged and boxed all of the household goods, they just had to load the truck.
Nicole, she is the company scheduler and then some. She has stated I was contacted by her by email and phone about fraud. I have checked my email archives and there is nothing from her or iRelocation systems. It may have gone to spam but I never saw it. I have no reelection of her calling as well regarding fraud.
You cam believe me or Nicole. However a cascade of a fraud event occurred when she (NICOLE) called on 28 June and requested a one day delay to deliver my household goods, from 29 June 2017 to 30 June 2017. It was over that weekend that I fell for the fraud in the amount of 1900.00. I was desperate; this shipment represented my and my wife's entire life. Of course there was no answer at any of the company numbers, and the individual had all the correct information and referred to himself as a Peter; a name listed on my shipping contract. I had little reason to doubt. It is now clear to me that iRelocation Systems either did not protect my information or it was sold by somebody in the know. And I strongly feel that they are in collusion with the provocateurs of the fraud.
On to the delivery:
Nicole, when after dialing her number (10 to 25 times) it would go directly to voice mail, she finally answered and stated the to me the goods would be delivered 3 July. It was not She lied.
Unable to contact Nicole until 6 July, and yes I spent much of my day trying to call her or anybody at iRelocation Systems, it always went directly to voice mail. Finally On 6 July I got a hold of Nicole she stated she had checked with dispatch and the shipment would be delivered on 7 July and that she would call me back by 9 AM 7 July to confirm. She did not call back, and no shipment was not delivered.
On 7 July she called me very distraught that I had filed a BBB complaint. She was rude vulgar and yelling. But promised a Saturday or Sunday delivery and a call back to confirm; of course that did not happen.
10 July I again spent most of the day trying to contact her, phone went directly to voice mail. When, and I think by accident she answered her phone, she stated that she would have to sort 'this mess out with her dispatcher and she would call me back. I informed her that I had hired and attorney, to which she stated they had 21 days to get my stuff delivered, and hung up. She never returned my call. After almost 60 attempts to contact Nicole and get a straight story, the story changed every time I managed to speak with her. I decided that it was in my best interest to seek legal help, but come to find out legal action must be filed in Broward County Florida.
Now the matter for me was in my attorneys hands and we would wait out the 21 day delay than sue for breach of contract. My intent is to still seek civil action.
Miraculously arrived, out of the blue, on 17 July, I was contacted by the iRelocation driver and he stated he would arrive at 7 PM. The truck arrived at about 8 PM. The goods were off loaded in a less that organized manner, some boxes were crushed. We are still accessing the amount of damage. One couch had been sprayed with cat urine, and is ruined. The items were not stored securely if a cat could get in and spray a wrapped couch.
This is a horrible company to do business with. At no time would they tell me where my goods were being stored. They held my goods hostage, and upped the bill by 200 dollars, additional storage I was told. They did not protect my personal information. They have absolutely no customer service. They are deceptive, they are dishonest (countless lies) and very unprofessional. Although they have some glowing reviews, I strongly suspect, through syntax annalist and yes I am an expert in that field, that they are written by no more then three people; all of whom may work for the company and of course a random review. They can say what they like. My statement is based on truth and records. To conclude you should NEVER DO BUSINESS with IRELOCATION SYTEMS. I am just one of many who have fallen victim.

The other day I had a moving. I found a moving company on the Internet. It is called "iRelocation System". I called there to order a move. Discussed all that I need to transport, then they gave me a price, the price suited me. The next day, exactly the appointed time, without delay, the loaders arrived, physically strong, all sorted out delicately packed and began to load. They worked for me for 5 hours and that I noticed, they worked without smoke. Then when they transported me they collected everything, arranged the apartment, the furniture was all right, not a single scratch, they coped with the work, qualitatively, quickly. They came to business responsibly. In fact, I did not expect that everything would turn out that way. The guys are really good fellows, their work was done qualitatively, for which many thanks to you.
