HERE'S WHY YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO ME:
I have had many, many "professional" moves (military for 10 yrs). My husband has had even more "professional" moves (he was in the military even longer!) We've also both self-moved numerous times and bribed our friends with pizza and beer to help us move other times. My point is that we have moved a lot.
Irelocation System is, without question, the best moving company that either of us has ever dealt with. When working with a company, you always hope that everything will go perfectly - and there are many reviews in google praising Irelocation System for just such an experience. I, however, feel I learn even more about a company when things DON'T go perfectly. That's when you get to see whether the claims of excellent customer service are true, and whether you really did make a good decision to work with that company.
We have actually moved again with Irelocation System, and that second move WAS as perfect as a first one. The guys were done with their previous job a bit early, so they contacted us to see if we wanted them to come earlier than scheduled. They were professional, lightning fast, fun and engaging. (This could also be said about the crew from our first move, whom we also loved!)
My bottom line is this - I would never even consider using another moving company. Irelocation System is the ONLY company I will ever use as long as I'm in the military. Why risk your stuff and your home by going with anyone else? Chances are, that your move with Irelocation System will go perfectly well, but if it doesn't, you will be made whole. Alex (owner/manager) seems to sincerely care about his customers, which I wasn't really expecting in a moving company.
Magic experiense.
I was VERY hesitant to go with this company because of some of the reviews. The move could not have gone better though..Tom and Jason (and two others) were really great, efficient, and careful. Everything you want for a move! They came in under their quoted amount and took less time than they stated. Above all else, I REALLY appreciated that these guys seemed exceptionally honest and NICE. They even told me they stopped for gas for 15 minutes so they didn't charge me for that time! In addition, they helped unpack and one of the guys (can't remember his name :( ) took the time to put all of my tools away--MUCH better than they had been! This wasn't adding to the time because I was already in the process of paying for the move. On top of that--when I tipped them (which is customary anyway), they were all genuinely appreciative and grateful. The original quotes I received from every other major mover in Orlando were above what these guys originally quoted me which is why I went with them (and they still came in under!). I am also certain though that they did a better job than anyone else could have done. So even if they're not the absolute lowest quote you receive, I would highly recommend going with them regardless! It will make moving (SURELY, one of life's more pleasurable and effortless activities) a LOT easier.
Moving from Philadelphia.
The move was flawless as was the contact and communication process. We hired this company to move us from Philadelphia to Miami on the 27th of February.
Prior to the move: We contacted them well in advance (about 1.5 months prior) and slotted the time. We contacted them one or two more times to update some things and the communication was flawless. We had a scare about 3 days before the move when they called and asked us to verify we still wanted to use the moving service. But fears allayed, it was a call to make sure we hadn't contracted elsewhere. They also made sure to contact us to make sure our box counts or any other materials listed hadn't changed. 5 stars for communication and ease of contracting.
Move day: Three guys show up right about the time that we were promised (Johnny K, Johnny R and Darren (sp?).. Right out of the box the fellas were friendly, fresh and ready to start the day. They ran up the stairs of our three floor walk up, assessed the load, made a plan and started the moving train. They humped the small stuff down and loaded it in no time. The couch that we had is a monster and they handled it in no time. We loaded up, and went to Miami and they loaded all the stuff into our new flat in no time whatsoever. Since I'm limited to 5 stars, they get them all and a dozen more for good measure.
I would highly recommend these guys for your move. They charge me a little over the estimate, but that is to be expected with traffic, additional boxes and garage stuff unknowns and the like. But it was within $800, so that is pretty darn good in my personal experience. Treat these guys well with lunch, water and a nice tip as for the cost of repairing things that the other guys will break, these guys are a bargain and super nice to boot. Thanks a ton!
Do Not Use.
This is the worst company ever, quoted me $1300.00 to move @1pm, manager Arthur called at 12pm, said I have to pay an additional $200.00 because he just went over my inventory. I agreed out of desperation.
They didn't show up until 9pm and then told me the price was $5,600.00. I absolutely did not have that kind of money, my move didn't happen, FYI, I had my 90yr old mother packed up and waiting to move for 8 hrs without a bed.. THEY SCAM FOR DEPOSIT.
Smoth move.
I used Irelocation System February 2016 to ship some furniture, pictures/mirrors and boxes from Florida to Illinois. The company was easy to deal with throughout, good communication with Peter over the internet before hand, and everything panned out exactly as promised.
At one point Peter asked if they could move the date but when I explained that wasn't possible, it was no problem sticking to our original date. The price compared fine to other prices I'd been quoted, neither high nor low. I had the situation that I was not able to confirm exactly how much stuff I'd have beforehand, as I had to fly back from the Illionois to Florida to pack and wouldn't be totally sure beforehand how much I'd ship. This was not a problem, Irelocation System gave me a refund when the final weight came in under the estimate. We packed our own boxes leaving them open so the guys who came to the house on moving day could confirm they were properly packed, for insurance purposes. They were happy with what we'd done (much bubble wrap) and they then sealed the boxes.
They wrapped the furniture and pictures/mirrors with great speed but great care. Everything arrived in th Chicago in perfect condition, no nicks scratches breaks or water damage, nothing missing.The guys from Irelocation were friendly and courteous but business like, brought all goods into the house and put them down where I asked them to. All in all I was completely satisfied and would recommend Irelocation System.
Awesome move.
I had iRelocation system help move me out of my one-bedroom apartment in Houston a couple weeks ago. My movers Carlos, Luis, and Ipolito were all very professional and handled the job quickly. Eran, the customer support rep was extremely responsive and consistently made sure that I was satisfied with the whole process.
I've used other movers in the past, and I have to say that iRelocation system was not only better, it was less expensive. They not only charged me less than competitors, they've also stored my belongings for free for one month. Highly recommended!

I researched Irelocation System online through moverreviews and some other consumer review type websites and picked them. They helped set up a date that was acceptable to me with a backup date if they couldn’t make that. I've moved with them twice. The first time they accommodated us in trying to have a more dedicated truck rather than a big semi ‘cause I lived out of the country and had a very long driveway that was about 700-foot. I was afraid that since the move was in January, it might be difficult to get the semi up if we had a lot of snow. We did not know what the weather would be when we scheduled it a couple months ahead of time. But they worked to try to get me a smaller truck, which was nice.I then had interactions with the person who was also dealing with the insurance and found out what my options were. And although I had an idea of the date they were going to come, they called a day in advance to let me know that they would be there the next day and gave me an approximate time they would show up. We had several pieces of furniture that we bought brand new up in Minnesota ‘cause they were cheaper to move down, and unfortunately, they got damaged and that wasn’t very nice. We weren’t very happy with the damage upfront, which if they had taken a little more time to wrap it slightly differently, we wouldn’t have had that issue.But they tried to do a good job, though. On most of the stuff, they wrapped them pretty well. But it was five rooms of furniture and I wasn't able to watch everything they did. Irelocation System subcontracted out to other people and I wasn’t really quite clear of that when we first went with them. But I liked them enough that we went with them the second time. We moved three rooms because we had moved our son also down here. I measured and weighed everything for them ahead of time, so they had a good idea what they were going to get. Good tip for everybody moving companies have this window when they’re going to deliver and they give you a window that can be a couple days. Waiting for 2 days for your furniture could be irksome even though that is within the limit of what their contract allows. In both my cases, they didn't push the limit stated in the contract and they tried to be within a day or two or what they thought could be a reasonable date to deliver on, which was nice.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I received from the Irelocation System. The movers asked me to point out all of my fragile boxes – they loaded them one by one into the truck, carefully keeping them apart from everything else in the attic of the truck. That was the biggest concern I had with hiring any moving companies that no one cares fragile materials, but they did. They were also very concerned about damaging my furniture, walls. In addition to being careful with my things they showed up on time, the movers were clean, fun to converse with, worked very hard, and didn't stop the whole time they were there. We were also impressed with the team of movers who took such good care of our belongings. They took great care to make sure everything was protected and accounted for – and they were a delight to be around. They were always on time and over delivered on our expectations and timeline. This team worked flawlessly to meet our deadlines. On delivery another team was great and all my stuff was unloaded from the truck carefully and very fast. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a company. The quote I received was great. It was a not to exceed price, so I wasn't charged extra at the last minute. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone making a move based on the performance of a great team of professionals.
Reliable company with low prices.
I moved from Miami ,FL to Chicago,IL. I hate moving cause I do not like
change places. I hesitated calling moving companies since so many of them
quote one rate and you end up paying much more.From the moment I began
speaking with Arthur , my stress seem to have disappeared. He gave me all
the step by step details and sent me a quote while on the phone with him.
Although at the time of my call, I wasn't sure where exactly we were moving
to or the exact date, he told me that they will make our move happen. When
movers came - every piece of furniture was arranged in the room they
belonged and my move was easy and stress free because of this company. What
Arthur had quoted never changed. He even checked up to make sure everything
was going well.
The worst of the worst.
Don't use these people they are the worst in prices and in time of delivery of your things. They broke my bed and scratched my TV. And they never call you back when you call them. One upset customer. They charged me double on what I was quoted.,.
Positive move.
I moved with this company cause I liked their coordinator Jacob. Guys did their work great. When they finished I gave them tips but feel it is not enough and decided to leave a positive review. Hope it will be helpful for another customers.
