  1. They stole my ladder.

I've moved a half dozen times:  from OK to HI to CA to FL to AZ to CO to VA to FL.  We've always had a few things broken and once a box dissappeared, but I've never had a mover deny they lost (or stole) something as obvious as a 6 foot yellow ladder. The moving companies always have admitted their flaws and paid the minor fees, until I met Liberty.  Their crew took the liberty of "checking off" items themselves, so we didn't know the item was for a few days.  I contacted them 3 times in the following week asking for them to find my ladder .. but no response.  I contacted the broker who promised to have them look .. for cyring out loud, its big and it's yellow!  Of course, again, no response.  The broker said to file the insurance claim .. I did .. 2 months later they denied the claim because Liberty said I didn't report it on the day of delivery.  These people did break a few things, but I didn't bother filing a claim for the breakages because I figured they were minor, although I just had the glass replaced on a picture and it cost me $50.  Add in a few other breakages and they probably really owed me $200.  Unethical is the worst characteristic in a mover and that's what we have here.  If they'd just admitted they'd lost it .. not a problem, reimburse me.  But to behave this way??  I can't tolerate liars.

  2. Worst Moving Company.

I think -  I was not in right mind when I chose Liberty Relocation. Do not believe in what sales person says.. For getting business, sales person can trick you by offering lowest quote., They do quote less during initial negotiation, but once your stuff is in there hand, Liberty relocation comes with new amount. I wish, review site has -ve rating option. Liberty relocation is not even worth for rating 1. I would have not spend time to write review, but I do not want anyone to suffer from worst moving company so called Liberty Relocation..

  3. Disaster----DO NOT USE.

Pickup was supposed to be at 8am,. turned out to be 1:30 PM
Items marked Fragile, Very Fragile, nothing on top were handled like any other box, no regard for the labels.  I was told by the salesman that everything would be handled correctly, the men couldn't even read English
They broke 3 items in their warehouse when they transferred trucks, didn't even bother delivering them.  They packed a very expensive and very heavy mirror directly  against our orders, we asked them not to tape the mirror and of course they insisted on  taping it, and the finish was pulled off, beyond repair.
Upon  delivery we had at least twelve boxes that we crushed, no damage because clothing was in the boxes but still boxes should not crush if handled properly
Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A NIGHTMARE.

  4. "Sometimes you don't have time to be professional".

"Sometimes you don't have time to be professional"..that pretty much sums up my experience with Liberty relocation. Those are the exact words the driver said to one of the movers while he was trying to take apart one of my bookcases. Right then and there, I knew I was in for some garbage. Sure enough. The moving team showed up looking dirty and unkempt..every other moving company I've worked with all showed up in clean uniforms with collared shirts. The driver (Jack) REPEATEDLY SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS to his moving crew--it's a one-bedroom apartment..you don't have to yell, and plus I have neighbors. Then the DRIVER tried to snap on me when I told him that I didn't want a bookshelf taken apart and that I had discussed it over the phone with Bobby. Just unprofessional and thuggish. Every step of the way.  My estimate was for $2700. By the time they finished the "estimate" was over $4000. Why? In my initial inventory that I went through over the phone with Bobby, I told him point-by-point, detail-by-detail EVERY single item that I had. You know what he said to me? "Don't worry about that stuff, we just move the whole room". I took him at his word. So my inventory only had about 35 things on it, because that's all that Bobby told me to account for. Imagine my surprise when the driver told me I had over 180 items that he had to account for and that he was charging me extra for each and every one of them. That's what I call a scam. But frankly, I'm on my way to a new job and I don't have time to quibble over this shadiness (for instance, why is the check made out to Oracle Marketing) right now, so I go ahead and pay the driver his ADDITIONAL $2300 (above the estimated $1000 I was prepared to pay) and, literally, as the driver is walking up to the truck to drive away, he says: "I hope you can get an 18-wheeler up to your place, otherwise there's going to be more fees.." Then he speeds off AFTER consuming all of the bottled water in my house. I verified with my new apartment that, no, of course they can't bring an 18-wheeler to the property. Just another scam to get $350 (plus) out of you. I called Liberty Relocation back and told them that an 18-wheeler wouldn't fit. The representative (I think her name was Lakesha) told me that it was fine, but that there would be a fee and I needed to express that to the driver when he called me the day before delivery. I explicitly asked: will there be any late fees if I do that? She says, no. Will there be any re-delivery fees if I do that? She says no. I ask: can't you just reach out to the driver yourselves and let them know? She says I have to tell him. But this whole thing is predicated on the driver calling me.  Now on to the new drama: as I mentioned I'm relocating for a new job. I want to make a good impression and seem reliable and I want to get to work and start making money. I set my delivery date as 2 April (today). I asked for that date in every single conversation. On every single piece of paper. Every piece of correspondence that has my name and lot number on it, also has 2 April as the delivery date. So I'm sitting around the house on 1 April waiting for my phone call like a true April Fool. 1 April comes and goes. No phone call. Now here it is, April 2 and I NEED my things TODAY. Not a single person has called me and said: hey, we thought April 2 was going to work, it turns out it isn't..here's the new date so you can get on with your life. Nope. So now I'm here at the house, waiting for an 18-wheeler to show up in a place where it won't fit and the inevitable phone call of: well this is going to be extra.. Ladies and gentlemen. I'm a military veteran. I have seen the ravages of war on human bodies and human minds. I just separated from the service because I was tired of being deployed all the time and missing out on my own life. I don't have dollars for days. I just want this move to be over with so I can get on with my life. I have been all over the world and dealt with all kinds of people. Please believe me when I tell you that Liberty Relocation is the biggest suck hole I have ever encountered in my entire life. Save your time. Save your money. DO NOT USE LIBERTY RELOCATION.  .

  5. Crooks.

After Bobby and I agreed on a price to move my things from Texas to West Virginia, (I had paid $3200 in full upon recipt of the invoice), that is the last I had heard from him. Wait, after numerous calls and emails we writes and I quote..I do not take care of this please call customer service and gave me a number. He is the worst sales representative I have ever dealt with in my life. He LIES and is a coward and wont speak with you after they receive your money.
To start off they changed the pick up from 9 to 11 then to 2 and finally showed up at 4:45 to get my things from my 10x15 storage unit. They then had to come back the next day and get the rest of my things because of lack of space on the truck. Finally loaded and ready to go they were supposed to be in WV on the 10th but finally got there on the 14th. On the night before my delivery around 7pm est I get a phone call from Kevin saying I owe an extra 2,500 dollars for them to drop off my stuff. YES, they pulled a bait and switch. They will tell you a price and then hold your things until you pay them the extra charge for "having more than agreed"  another $3200 (cause they couldn't get the truck right to my front door) which is double for what was agreed upon. THESE PEOPLE ARE 100% CROOKS.
I have photos that show lack of care for your things, BROKEN antique chairs, clocks along with numerous other things. Also have a photo of them charging me 1300cf for my things but on the truck my stuff only came out to 1100cf. I also got a power decal stolen from me, it was probably the guy that got caught at the convenience store stealing eletronic cigs. YES, GOT CAUGHT STEALING during my move. These are the type of people that are moving your valuable things.
Do yourself a favor, Hire someone else..THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I asked to speak with the owners and was denied. Probably because they do not want to let the owner know what kinda people really work for them.
Get ahold of me. I will send you pics validating everything I have just said.

  6. Go Elsewhere!

I was quoted about $3400 and the move ended up costing over $6000.  I went with this comany rather than one of the big names like Mayflower because we were going to have 2 dogs and a cat in the car with us on the move from Houston to New Mexico.  We did not want the added cost of kenneling and I was told that the dispatcher said the move would happen in 3 or 4 days.  We arrived at our location a good 5 days before the movers did; in fact when we got here they were STILL in Houston!  We ended up having to pay for a hotel that accepted pets for a week, and the cost and inconvenience of this was not appreciated.  Many items arrived damaged.  Our expensive king-sized wooden bed had missing pieces and others that were broken, making it unusable.  Several other items (including an almost-new wooden chest) were damaged.  Our large toolbox was "missing", although the vise grips that were in the toolbox ended up in one of our boxes.  The guys who picked us up did a good job; the guys who unloaded us did a good job.  THe problem is, our things were moved from the original truck to another one in Houston, and THOSE people did a HORRIBLE job.  They took items we paid to have packed professionally, removed the blankets and wrappings and threw several things into a box together.  Everything in there was broken, including an expensive gem globe and all but one of our lamps. The option you have for filing a claim is inadequate.  I blame myself, however, for signing papers that give me the option of getting only sixty cents per pound.  We will very likely never move again, but if we do we certainly would not use this company.

  7. Honest and courteous.

Brendonl was professional and courteous, the estimate was done over the phone but he was reassuring and just sounded honest,if that makes sence.
I would use them again, the two guys that drove truck worked thier butts off and never complained. The final bill came in a bit over the est. but we didn't get everything on due to the other customer on the truck under estimating his load, the guys did the best they could under tough conditions. I was very happy with the service that was provided.

  8. They did a fantastic job.

I used this Liberty Relocation Company for my move from WA to NC end of Jan 2014. They picked up and delivered my stuff on time. They did a fantastic job. They are very honest and panctual. They delivered my inventory in the original shape. Nothing was broken or missed. And their service cost is also very reasonable.  I thank them for their sincere service to the customers. I recommend this company to everyone who are to move their inventory.

  9. Honest Movers.

This was an all around great experience for me.Liberty relocation was very honest and informative, becuase of that it was an easy decision for me to pick them as my movers. I decided to do a full pack service that they offered. I had 4 movers, and a 3 bedroom house. The move all together took about 6 hours to load everything. I was given serval contact numbers and was always able to reach someone in the office. I will use them again if I moved again. Thanks for the help.

  10. I am really happy I found this company.

Liberty relocation moved us and I have never moved across country before. Liberty guided me throughout the entire process and that allowed me to feel comfortable. I have been planning this move for months. And I talked to so many different companies, so after careful research and allot of phone calls I choose liberty relocation for my move, They did a fantastic job. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  11. Fantastic.

These movers ares the best in the business. Perfect move from start to finish. This moving process for me was very easy. I felt comfortable because of the good responses about this company and the commucation that was kepted between me and the company, I was informed and updated about my move throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend liberty relocation to anyone. Plan and simple everything they said that was going to happen happened.

  12. Beware.

My experience with Liberty Relocations inc. has been a total Nightmare!! So BEWARE!! This organization is comprised of con artists who are very good at what they do. I
My goods were picked up in WA and taken to NY. They were supposed to deliver my stuff on a specific date or 21 days after that dare according to contract. That was not the case, instead, my goods were thrown in storage without my consent and held hostage.
On initial pick up they hocked up the estimated value a thousand dollars. Then to add insult to injury, they held my items hostage and demanded two thousand dollars more before I could get them.
This organization have been running this hoax continuously without fail with a max percentage of customers ( victims ). If you carefully examine this review page you will notice for every review with a rating of one, there is at least 2-3 more review rating with a four or five star rating. This is because the company writes positive reviews to balance out their overall rating to a three star value.
This company is fake. They are not represented or certified by BBB. They are frauds and scammers. DO NOT use there services if you value your household items and your wallet. They will try to take all your money. They run a well rehearsed con and you will be taken advantage of.
    BEWARE!

  13. DO NOT HIRE- Please they are frauds.

If you value everything you've worked so hard for and see a company as this handle your items in such an unprofessional and non caring attitude ..DON"T HIRE THIS COMPANY.  Several of my furniture returned damaged and missing.
Now the sales representative and customer service is a joke.  It took me several times asking for a delivery date to no avail about 20 days later.  Plus the crew who picked up my items doubled the amount of what I was quoted.  Called Bobby the sales representative and no return call about increase in cost.  Customer service doesn't have a clue and I found out that they out source my move to another carrier / driver.  Huh, was told we own our on trucks..Please!!

I will be submitting damage claims and BBB inquiry on Liberty Relocation.  Please again, save yourself the hassle and just UHAUL.  I will never use another moving company again.
FYI- Don't be fooled by the BBB logo on their website.  Per BBB they are not affiliated or registered with the BBB.  Do your homework.  I hope their circus gets shut down soon.

  14. Good company.

Well I recieved my delivery a few days ago. And after unpacking everything arrived safe and sound with no damages. The movers did a great job. I was really impressed with the way the truck looked when it arrived. THE TRUCK LOOKED LIKE THEIR WEBSITE with graphics and detail.. I really could not be happier. Anyone looking for a company call Andrew he was also fantastic.

  15. Changed name.

This company stole my goods and won't return it. So I did some extensive research on this corporation. Found out that they changed their name in order to boost their ratings and business. The previous name had such a awful reputation that they had to start over. The thing is, the name changed but the owners and management didn't. So you are still getting really bad business from really bad people. Here are some titles:

    Principal: Mr Stanislav Skribnik (President)
    Mr. Kevin Dixon (Moving Manager)

    Hours of Operation
    Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

    Alternate Business Names
    S T S K Enterprises Inc.
