Surely recommended!
I used them in the beginning of May and have nothing but wonderful things to say. They came early, introduced themselves politely with a hand shake and went to work. They didn’t waste a single minute and did everything carefully.
The crew are amazing
They quoted me a price that was the same as "man with a van" services but with much better quality. I have artwork and fragile items in my apartment and couldn't believe how well they took care of my belongings.
Our movers were amazing
I have moved many times and never had such a great experience with such a professional team. I had a lot of heavy boxes and furniture from a fifth floor walk up that they wrapped and moved. They did an amazing job in limited time. Definitely recommend them!
I will use them in future too
I would use them again. I believe this company is really nice and they take care of their customers. Everything arrived intact without any damage and they took the time to place each item where I wanted it. They also cleaned up all trash related to packing of the items.
By far, the best moving crew!
They packed their truck front to back. And moved everything into a 3-story house. They even put mover blankets on the floor to keep it clean! They're both very careful and smart with the moving, so I'd recommend asking for them if you can.

Moving is a very difficult task. The day before moving, my mother passed away. I was sleep deprived and disturb too. I called them and ask for their help. They helped me with each and everything and made that day a bit easy for me.
This company was great
They gave me the lowest quote at an extremely busy moving time. All other places wanted to charge me a premium because of my end-of-the-month move. The moving crew was so professional and respectful of my belongings and just made it all seem effortless. Must recommend!
REFUND REFUSAL
DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!! THEY WILL PROMISE WHATEVER YOU WANT FOR YOUR BUSINESS BUT ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY THEY ARE A BROKER!!!!
I requested a move from them and gave them a deposit on April 29th. I had a change of plans and needed to cancel and request a refund which in the agreement stated I had 10 business days excluding weekends to do so (which would be May 12th). Here is how that was treated.
I called on May 1st and spoke to an admin person who would pass my request along. No one reached out.
On May 3rd, I emailed the person I initially set a deposit down with a statement that I am requesting to cancel my move and want a refund. I then got a missed call with no message and no answer when I called 7 minutes later. I left a message on that phone call as well.
On May 8th I called the person I initially set my move up with and they told me finance would call me May 10th. No call.
On May 11th, I called them again and was sent to another person who told me the specific email I needed to request a cancellation from which I immediately sent with my reference number for the move.
They replied my refund was denied as it wasn't within 10 business days excluding weekends which they had as May 7th. I sent them the email I had sent on May 3rd as well as the invoice agreed on April 29th showing 10 business days is actually May12. They have not responded.
I will be reaching out for legal recourse as well as my local consumer protection division and the BBB.
Professional Movers!
My wife and I have had all sorts of experiences with moving companies but this one ranks up there as the very best. Crew were courteous, polite and careful with our belongings. Their professionalism and great attitude will allow us to only look into this company if we ever need to move again.
Horrible Experience
I hired this company to move our family belongings from CA to FL. The service rep Josh and later Brian were responsive when it was time to make a sale. When no one came for pick up, I didn't even get a call. A couple of days later a different company (sub-contractor) showed up TRIG Moving and Storage who was subcontracted. Items ended up not leaving Los Angeles for weeks. TRIG has 1.2 Stars on Better Business Bureau.
Then I couldn't get an update on deliver date. Had to keep calling every couple of days to hear that we are contacting the driver. When Items were delivered, lots of boxes were torn or open. Several boxes never made it. We lost monitors, Herman Miller chair, two boxes of premium wine, and a box of my wife's expensive jackets and dresses.
I never write reviews, but this definitely deserves. Do not use either of these companies if you care for your stuff. Both should not be in business.
This company is simply amazing
They had free wardrobe boxes, wrapped everything, and charged me the exact price as quoted. I will recommend National company and my movers to anyone who wants the perfect moving experience.
The National movers are very professional
They made sure to follow all company policies but in the way they don’t compromise on any of our deals. They were very careful in wrapping and moving and protecting all our furniture’s and supplies. They were all very nice and respectful. They moved us at a good speed.
I would love to book them again
We were exhausted after a few weeks of normal stress and packing but these guys were smiling and friendly the whole day. They were at my door step on exact decided time. After my move, I can proudly say that these movers are best in all aspects.
Great customer service before, during, and after
My movers arrived on time and were very professional and careful at moving all my belongings. They even put back my disassembled bed frame without me having to give them any instructions. Can't think have enough great things to say about a moving company - never thought I would say that!

The team showed up just a few hours before my scheduled time and got everything done super quickly, super pro and super kind. Everything was handled with extreme care and respect. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.
