Consumer Beware.
This is a broker company landing sales from customers. Their partnership with Unique Van Lines is unprofessional and does not put customers first. I signed with them expecting a fast, smooth long distance move and got a nightmare. I was handed off between too many people in both companies who did not resolve my delivery issues nor did they care. I was moving with a handicap family member who needed their bed. The sales man stated 4-10 days for delivery. Then, when pick up occurs the driver for the moving company states by federal law a 15 business day completion date has to be added but would not interfere with original terms. This is misleading and beware it gives the trucking company a loophole to add delivery time to unexpecting customers. Unique Van Lines who was the trucking company had as many excuses as National Moving Group of why delivery could not be done as stated. There was missing and damaged items as well as delivery taking 31 days. Also items were not reassembled as stated ing contract. Delivery drivery cursed in front of my family. I remained calm and professional when contacting both companies by phone, email, and texts throughout this situation. Our family had to accomodate for this lack of effort toward a resolution. .
Smooth and Easy Move.
When I reserved this move with jay ross, I just knew eevrything would be smooth and easy, Jay is a very direct and through person he told exactly what I needed to do and how it should be done. after about 1 hour I said lets get it done. In about 2 weeks the movers showed up, they wrapped everything just as I was told and started to packed the truck. it took them a little longer than I hope it would but I do have alot of furniture it is a 3 bedroom house we moved from. overall it was smooth and easy. if you are looking for a good moving company these guys are it excellent!!
The Best Moving Company.
I had a family emergency back in south carolina, and needed to be moved asap, when I contracted with national moving group richard my coordinator told me he was able to accomodate my move without a problem within 3 days. The movers showed up exactly 3 days after reserving my move and started working immediatley. let me tell you they started wrapping all my furniture in blue moving pads and boxed up a few kitchen dishes and cups I didn't get a chance to, they did such a good job I was so impressed. I bought the guys lunch from a real nice sandwhich shop close to my house they deserved it. thank you for making my move a stress free expereince. .
Great Movers.
When the movers showed up at my house they explained everything they were going to do from start to finish before even touching any furniture in my house. The list I initally made with Jenna the driver had a copy and I had a copy we went through my whole house and did a second inventory to make sure everything was there which I loved!! showed honesty! after about 20 minutes of explaining what they were going to do I said lets go Joe,. I was so impressed of how they worked and took care of all my furniture everything was just amazing. I never really leave reviews but Jenna asked me to this favor for her, I was more than happy she is such a nice lady and the way she reserved my move and took care of me I was very happy to do so. If you are looking for the BEST MOVERS National moving is your company. .
A Plus Movers!! superb.
Moving is so hard to begin with, this is my 3rd move in my life and I hope the last =), I have a very large home in PA which needed much tender love and care since my furniture is almost all antique, I explained this to todd the sales person for national he assured me that everything would be handle correctly and the move will go good. He sounded very charming so I decided to go ahead and do the move with him after about a 2 hour inventory list we did over the phone he gave me a price that seemed very fair for the work that will be done. I said what the heck lets move forward I paid a deposit of 2,700 and some change. when the movers arrived 4 big guys they were great they spent 1 day just packing all my boxes and pictures and mirrors and wrapping all my fruniture, I bought them all lunch and dinner, the next day they came back early in the morning and started packing the truck they were done by 4 pm they loaded almost the whole trailer.. what a great job these guys did wonderful job. .

I was speaking to Thomas for a week regarding my move and we were going back and forth since I didn't know if I was going to take all my furniture with me and was trying have enough money for this move. I finally decided to take most of my furniture so I went ahead a placed a move with national moving group they were alot more expesnive then other estimates I was getting however he assured me the other companies were just pricing their jobs real low and then when they picked me up the price would change. It made sense. I am so grateful I listened to tom and went with National Moving Group they did a fantastic job, when the movers arrived they just knew what they were doing, all my furniture was wrapped and my glass was packed carefully in blankets and boxes, within 8 hours all of my belongings was on their truck and my house was empty. I was so in shocked I haven't seen my house like that in years. Anyway national moving is a great company tom asked me to leave this review for him so I am. If you are looking for great movers go with tom and national moving group .
Great Review.
Brad called me 2 weeks before I needed to move, since I went online and filled some form out looking for a mover. He introduced him self to me and we went over some information pertaining to what I needed moved. I told him I was looking for a good mover for a good price and he explained to me that national moving is a good company and the price is a good price based on the work they do. after he gave me the price I decided to still shop around and my god I must of gotten 100 calls from different movers the prices were every where cheaper and more expensive than each other. however in the back of my mind I remebered Brad he was such a nice person and what he did different than every other company he explained how the move was going to pan out. When he drivers showed up they did a fantastic job. National moving group is a great mover if you are looking for good movers at a fair price give them a call now. .
Pay attention.
They are just the booking agency. WHEN something goes wrong with the the movers YOU have to deal with the movers. Again they are just the bookies, the go between..you're paying them for making a phone call to ingrates who will be late and when they do decide to deliver will "misplace" your stuff. Do your research. Needless to say no one has called to do a follow up on the service cause the service they booked was horrible.

I was moving across country to Montana, My company was relocating me to the montana office and I was nervous as anything, the next thing I thought about was finding a good mover I went online and found national moving group. I spoke to Jon he was my agent and he helped me reserve a move he is a little chatty but very informnative. after about 45 minutes I reserved the move with him, 2 weeks later movers showed up at my house and everything was going as planned I had one little problem I forgot to wrap my flat screen tv and the mover wanted to charge me 98 dollars I called national moving groups office and spoke to a guy named frank in dispatch he was able to call the driver and lower the price down to 50 dollars, other than that everything was great!! within 2 weeks I had all my furniture and they were unwrapping everything in my new home. National moving group is a great moving company. .
The Best Movers Ever.
I spoke to Jenna, about my move from Alabama and explained to her that it was just a small 2 bedroom house I was moving from, but if we could also pick up some furniture from my aunts house about 15 minutes away. She told me it wouldn't be a problem. after about a day of thinking about the pricing and service I was going to get I decided to go with this company. I am so happy I did, the movers were very nice and great workers they had all my stuff wrapped up and loaded on the truck in no time. they even boxed up a few items I didn't get a chance to finish. This company is really good defintley a good moving company. if you are looking for a mover that is affordable and does great work in alabama defintley go with these guys. .
Wonderful moving from tucson.
I was getting so many different quotes from so many different moving companies and the prices were all over the map, very cut throat industry it looks like. I decided to call North American and have them come to my house and give me a price. They were very nice and professional. However, the price they gave me was not very nice. It was extremely high and was going to hurt my bank big time. I remember getting a call from Tod. He said he offered great service at a good price. He matched their quote identically and beat their price by almost 800 dollars! After I heard that I said lets go. The service was great and the movers were fantastic. My move was affordable and high quality. If you're looking for a mover this company is the one.
Last Minute Cancel.
My initial call with Nationwide Moving Group was great. The sales rep promised me that they would be the best choice and to check the online reviews. I was flexible and even pushed my pickup date a day behind to accomodate. On the day of my expected pick up, I called to check on the status and to confirm a delivery date. I couldn't get in touch with the friendly sales rep. It seems she disappeared after she got my deposit. After multiple attempts, I was able to get in touch with someone. He advised me that they were just about to call me (of course) to tell me that they didn't have a truck to pick me up. He would find one and call me back in 2 hours. 3 hours later I have to call back and finally got a hold of him. I was informed that they didn't know how far my city was and that they couldn't get a mover out to me. I will admit that the gentleman apologized and said he would refund my money. What upsets me is their lack of communication to inform me of this. At this point, I cancelled my backup plans because I had already paid my quote and deposit. The rep who was working with me all of a sudden couldn't be reached and would not return my calls.
Kentucky Move Great.
So I was stood up by a prior moving company and was in a big mess all packed up and no mover to move me. I wentonline with my phone and found national moving group, I called them immediately and was transfered to a man named Tom he exlained why the other company never showed up and their price was to low after about 20 minutes tom gave me a price and checked with his dispatch and had great news they could pick me up in 45 minutes!! I said ok lets see I paid them a deposit and within less than 1 hour bam they were there I was so happy I called tom and told him if I could kiss him and give him a big hug!! thank you guys you are truly the best! .
Superb Idaho Movers.
The agency I work for relocated their office last year back to delware, we are an official agency however They gave some of the workers some more time to relocated of course I waited last minute to find myself a moving company, so me and my wife went online and we found National Moving Group when we called them Todd answered the phone and was very acomodating he walked me through the whole process I have a fairly large home so it took us about 1 hour of going back and forth about my furniture, when we were fully finished I got a great price from him and decided to lets go with the move I locked in the price gave a deposit and was done nice and smooth. About 5 days before pick up I got a call from the driver telling me ou schedule pick up was on time and I will be expetcing him saturday morning. When he showed up with his help they were just great they were there for almost 2 days packing all my boxes and wrapping my furniture and then loading the truck. I was so impressed with them I gave them each 50 dollar tip. if you are in need of a great moving company these are the guys.

Really Good Movers.
I was looking for a good mover to move my moms furniture from Minnesota to my house in Delaware. We had some in home estimates from North American and allied which seemed great. The only thing was their price was so high, so I decided to shop around. I went where I guess everyone goes - to the internet and found National Moving Group. After speaking to them for a day or 2, I pulled the trigger. Everything went good. They were 600 dollars cheaper than Allied Van Lines and the movers that showed up to my house were good guys. They wrapped and packed all my moms furniture in a jiffy withing 4 hours. The truck was completely packed and I was signing paperwork and they were off. Great moving experience. If you are looking for a good mover - National Moving group is the way to go.
