1. I am forever grateful.

   When you’re moving long distance, you want to move with honest professionals, movers who cannot disappoint. This is what made me to consider carefully the mover to contract for my relocation from Utah to Newaygo, Michigan, and it paid dividends! Two of the colleagues whom I separately spoke with about my move suggested that I use Open Road Moving and Storage. I thought that whatever has been recommended separately by two people must be really good and I decided to use them. It turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have ever made. My move became less of a headache, thanks to Open Road Moving and Storage. They were honest, fast, meticulous and affordable.

2. Fantastic.

   What a wonderful experience! What a fantastic move! Surely enough that was incredible! I did not expect such from a relocation company. Just when I thought I had lost hope in the local service providers, Open Road Moving and Storage crew came to ignite that passion deep within me. The relocation services that they offered were so amazing. The crew in itself was a thrilling one. One thing I can say is that they gave me a reason to hire them out again and I will do exactly that when next time comes.

3. Just call them!

   We signed a pretty good deal with Open Road Moving and Storage to move us from Greenville, SC to Hobart, Indiana and they did a marvellous job without any hitches or glitches. In the end, none of our items was lost or got damaged. Also, the price was fair and affordable. Our collaboration with Open Road Moving and Storage was very satisfying and my wife and I recommend them to everybody who can access their service. Just call them!

4. Fast and safely.

   Open Road Moving and Storage are truthful and showed great professionalism when they helped me during my move from Mobile, AL to Conneaut, Ohio. They arrived at exactly 8.00am and superbly did all the work with great care. By the end of the process, all my properties were as good as before the move. I have to thank these Open Road Moving and Storage for their professionalism and affordable service. My relocation was done fast and safely. They have very polite representatives, the movers are hard working and their fees are very reasonable. That is all you have to know about Open Road Moving and Storage. They conducted my move from Alabama to Ohio in only few days and I must commend them for the good work and recommend them to everybody.

5. Incredibly fast and pretty cool.

   The movers from Open Road Moving and Storage were incredibly fast and pretty cool. Their skills shone throughout as they were able to move even my hubby’s gym machine. And not only that, they helped arrange and place things in my new home. Their insight and dedication meant that everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. They are highly recommendable.

6. That was amazing.

   It is very difficult trust in someone that has never proved to be worth the trust. That is the way I treat relocation companies that need the chance. Almost all relocation company let me down on this until I met Open Road Moving and Storage. Their outlook was simpler than the others, but the beast in them was far hidden in the services they offer. They did not just do shoddy work like the rest do. The crew took their time, arranged the cartons in order of importance, and tied them to prevent any movements. On arrival, they cleaned up my new residence and offered to decorate and arrange my stuff back to position. I fell for their service and am willing to do it again with them.

7. They are just perfect.

   Open Road Moving and Storage is the relocation coming everybody should look out for. I trust them totally in what they do and I have all the reasons to refer them to anybody with relocation issues. I heard of Open Road Moving and Storage three years ago. I decided to take my first experience with them just a few days after meeting with their customer care. They have the customer care team well organized and well equipped with all answers to the enquiries you would need to make. I felt pleased with their service. Open Road Moving and Storage never leave any table unturned. I love them for that. Why would I mind working to them again? They are just perfect.

8. Very Unhappy With my Move.

   PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS IN DEALING WITH OPEN ROAD MOVING & STORAGE. I have sent them an email and have yet to receive any comment. Like those who gave poor (one Red Star) to Open Road, I share the same experience. I gave them my full trust but I was totally disappointed. The contract was for 50 boxes; we ended up with 4. I expected the wardrobe boxes with hangers. Instead my neckties were scattered at the bottom of the wardrobe boxes (2) our agreement was 4. I haven't looked at my suits which were simply thrown at the bottom of the boxes - I probably will end up having them all dry cleaned. They left a lot of things behind. The agreement was for pounds but I was coerced to agree with cubic feet and said that they will pick up everything. Yeah right. There were lots of things that were not picked up; like a 30" TV set; etc. Please interview at least two or 3 other movers, be cautious and may consider filing with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) so they can investigate this company's consumer complaints with regards to pricing among other things.

   

9. The team was so perfect.

   Being relocated by Open Road Moving and Storage is a blessing. I got my own share of blessings when I hired out this team to help me move from Washington DC to New Hampshire. These people ensured that I enjoyed the experience and had something awesome to talk about. Technically, there was a delight in every section of the relocation. This team was out to do something wonderful for me. They moved my furniture, all the pieces of utensils and the electronics without causing any damages. The team was so perfect in doing what they were paid for. They kept the experience relocation simple, perfect, and effective. It was also timely and that explains why I loved it even more. Whenever I will be relocating in future, I will be hiring out this single team because they deserve it.

10. A bunch of scammers.

    In short: DON'T hire these people even if they are the last moving company on earth.
    
    They are a bunch of liars and scammers and whatever they promise you on the phone you will pay more. All these positive reviews probably fake because even if everything went ok I will never give them 5 stars for their customer service alone. I even heard that they even changed their name recently with all the bad reviews they got.     These guys are basically brokers and they don't actually come to your home to do the moving, which is fine but they don't tell you that. When the moving date comes a completely unknown company that you never heard of comes to your home with a rental truck and tell you we will do the moving for you and you have to play with our rules and sign our new agreement. So whatever you agree upon with Open road is gone with the winds. That means new price and new fees you never heard of.
    At that point, you have two choices: either you go along as you don't have time and you have to move soon and you don't want the headache of looking around again or you cancel the whole thing and that is what I do recommend but you have to find another way to move.
    
    Once they took your belongings, they got you in their pockets and they can add whatever they want from extra charges and fees. And when you call Open road company to ask them to help with the situation, they are completely useless. That is you, Stacy and Alba. Once they take your money they become rude on the phone and sometimes they don't even answer. They never called back and never fixed any problem with the actual moving company.
    
    My stuff arrived after 3 weeks and you can't imagine how stressful it was to wait with the above-mentioned facts. There were some damages in some of the furniture and I ended up paying an extra $1000.
    
    Finally, I will just give you a few questions to ask Open road before you pay them and agree on anything with them:
    1) Are you going to do the moving for me?
    2) Are the agreement and the price that we agreed upon will be valid and apply with the actual moving company? If they say yes, don't sign any new agreement when they come to take your stuff.
    3) Do you have any authorities or even communication with the actual moving company?
    
    If I can go back in time, I will just rent a truck or trailer and hire someone to help me load and unload my stuff and drive. Because the whole moving business is just a shady one.

11. Affordable services.

    Relocation services are believed to be high demanding in payment considering the distance to be covered. Working with this theory really gave me a hard time approaching a relocation company. Surprisingly associating with Open Road Moving and Storage Company doesn’t cost you an arm and a tooth. They are down to earth in both their attendance and even charges. Their charge quotes were simply startling. Open Road Moving and Storage have everybody covered in their pricing criteria. I ended up getting a standard relocation service and at a pocket-friendly price. I owe them big time.

12. They will not fail.

    Wish I could express the same intensity of joy I had on the relocation day. That day was memorable and the people in charge of the relocation services ensured that everything was under control. I do thank, Jeff, the relocation coordinator who ensured that the services were not only friendly but also timely. You did a very good work with your team and I am grateful of the level of professionalism offered. I am really looking forward to future relocation services, which I hope will be better. I also recommend this team because I am certain when it comes to delivery of services, they will not fail.

13. Scam.

    This company REACHED OUT TO ME for a long distance move I had and made it seem like they do your entire move and you agree upon the price before hand. Little did I know these clowns simply contact an actual moving company yet they charged me almost $900 dollars to pick up a telephone. Moreso the company they chose was absolutely horrible and had only been in business a few months. I was also told my move would take 4-10 days once picked up. This company then charged me another 3500 after they picked up my stuff and help it for almost a month before returning it and when they did they had lost a 60 inch flatscreen tv, 5 large boxes, a bed frame, and 4 lamps because it was a pathetically run company that uses kids in college to do their moves. Wen I tried to contact open road because this company that they hired wouldn’t answer or return phone calls, texts or emails regarding my things and still haven’t to this day I may add, open road simply says “it’s not our fault you need to contact the moving company” specifically Abba I think her name is, she’s an older woman at open road that is completely disrespectful and provides no help. This company is a scam and they charged me for things like a larger weight or freight for my items and then I was double charged these same costs by the other company. Even more the “receipts” or “order confirmations” that open road charged me or emailed me for the $900 they stole simply say “page cannot be found” when I click on it in my email. I’d love to go down to Palm Beach and confront these asshats face to face but that probably wouldn’t end well.

14. Affordable Services.

    I am loyal. I will always be, for the sake of Open Road Moving and Storage. Why else would I look for another mover when all my relocation needs can be met by this relocation company? When I hired out Open Road Moving and Storage, they did a perfect job. There were no flaws. They sealed all the avenues that might have resulted to mistakes or embarrassments. They capitalized on their professionalism to offer incredibly adorable services. What’s more, I did not pay so much for the pretty services. Our third time using Open Road Moving and Storage. I don’t know whether they are still the cheapest moving company, but if we paid more, then that is money well used for the satisfaction as well as peace of mind granted by Open Road Moving and Storage. Job well was done.

15. They were terrific.

    I will forever be grateful to you. To me, you will always remain the relocation company of choice. To me, you will remain that single relocation company worth hiring out every moment. Your relocation services last week left me a proud man. There was no sign of disappointment. I just want to thank you people for being able to relocate me successfully. I will recommend them to any friend or relative in need of extraordinary relocation services. The company confirmed their coming on the eve of the move, and their movers acted professionally on the D-day. The coordinator made certain that the crew handled all items with due care and that they packed everything in the truck.
