1. Thanks for providing such a great service!

   Me and my family have used this company several times. We have never been disappointed. The quote is quick and the price is good. The guys that come out are fast and helpful. It amazes me how much they carry down 3 flights of stairs! They help set up whatever you need, carry stuff to the storage and ask if you need anything else. Honestly I don't think I would ever use another mover. John, Mike, and Sam are amazing, hard working, honest guys! Thanks for providing such a great service!

2. I'd definitely recommend them!

   I was extremely impressed with them. I got estimates from a few other places, and Perennial Van Lines gave me the lowest estimate (and had good reviews). I was really glad I went with them! The office people were really polite and helpful. The moving crew got there a few minute early. Everything went really smoothly. They seemed to be very methodical, yet efficient. Wrapped everything up very securely to protect my stuff (my piano!) and even things I didn't care about (old particle board stuff). Packed up my 2-bedroom condo in few hours. The delivery at the new place was just as smooth. They really knew what they were doing and seemed to be organized really well. Overall, I felt they really cared and wanted to do a good job, but were very efficient! Great price too! Lower than the estimate both in price and in time. I'd definitely recommend them!

3. Total Rip off.

   I was fooled with these reviews and stars and spoke with these ppl to move my stuff from MN to CA. These people without even informing gave to cheap ABC moving systems who has very bad reputation. By the time we came to know we lost everything that was dear to us.. we lost 10% of things with 80% broken furniture. Very careless people and unproffesional . I just hope these people get paid for what they did to me and I believe in karma.

4. Would definitely hire this company again.

   Perennial and their crew did a great job moving us. They were fast and efficient and didn't waste our time or theirs. They had the opportunity to nickel and dime on a few things and didn't. We had two items that had slight damages, but compared to some other movers we've used in the past that felt like a win. I would definitely hire this company again and request that Oscar lead the crew. Their prices were also very reasonable and their estimates were spot on. I sincerely appreciate how professional the entire process was.

5. All I needed.

   They arrived as advised, were prepared with all the equipment and ensured to take care of my things and listened to any concerns regarding fragile items. Perennial Van Lines and their team were great and quick and were very careful in placing furniture into new place taking their time to ensure it was set in correct spot and how I needed and wanted - definitely recommend! Hard working group of men and 1 bd completed in 3 hours!

6. Super nice folks.

   Michael and his crew did a great job on a long-distance move for us. After contacting several moving companies I quickly discovered there are a lot of scammers in this business and they will add on ridiculous fees and take a long time to get your stuff to your new place. If you are worried about finding a trustworthy mover this is the one. There was no scam. They told us how much it would be, when they would pick it up, when they would get it there and they delivered exactly what we were told. They were no more costly than any of the other companies I talked to and they did a great job. They also kept in touch with us the entire day of driving because we were also on the road and did not want them to beat us to the new place. Super nice folks, great service and a reasonable rate. I would use them again!

7. They did a great job!

   My husband and I recently moved from IL to WI and used Perennial Van Lines. They did a great job! We had a team of 4 guys move our stuff. Each guy was personable, professional, and extremely hard-working. We did not have one broken or missing item. The only thing I'd mention is that they are very responsive if you call them via telephone, but not so responsive if you e-mail them, which isn't a problem if you know that going in. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company. They took care of everything in the time frame specified for the amount quoted --- no surprises.

8. A very professional company.

   Perennial Van Lines is a very professional company. I received a quote online from them and a follow-up phone call. When I returned their call, I found out more about their service and answered a few questions to obtain a more exact quote. The men who did the moving were on time, carefully protected and moved the furniture, and were very polite. I would recommend this company to everyone ! Thank you, Perennial Van Lines for making the move a successful one !

9. These guys are THE BEST!!

   If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Due to unusual circumstances, I decided on Sunday that I needed movers for the next day. Called several places on Sunday and found Rich at Perennial Van Lines (who answered the phone). He said he could get a crew and a truck out on Monday. They arrived at 7 AM, listened carefully to what I needed and worked quickly and efficiently. They carefully labeled each box for easy identification at the storage locker. In the afternoon, it was evident that they needed more help. They quickly sent another truck and two more guys and finished by 9 PM. They came back the next day and finished by the noon deadline when the cleaning crew was to arrive. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their helpful attitude and professionalism. If you are looking for a moving company, look no further. These guys are THE BEST!!

10. The move was really great.

    Getting a quote and coordinating the move was really great for me! The Perennial Van Lines team was accommodating to my old and new apartment's elevator reservations. James and Andrew did a great job moving all of my items as well. They were very calm throughout the entire move, which was great because moving can be very stressful. They kept telling me they just wanted to make my move as easy as possible, which I certainly appreciated. The move took a little bit longer than I anticipated, but still within the window they quoted for me. I would recommend Perennial Van Lines to anyone!

11. Thanks for the great move!

    Perennial Van Lines and their team were literally running through my apartment to get us moved out and into our new digs. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and cost conscious. I called some other movers to get quotes and Perennial was almost half the cost of the bigger guys who said they needed more people and more time. But why? Perennial Van Lines and their team were fantastic! And everything was moving along swimmingly, they were flying through the move, until the very last item: our large, odd-shaped couch. The poor guys spent an hour wrestling with it and finally had to take it up the fire escape!

12. I highly recommend!

    We had a wonderful experience with Perennial Van Lines. Our three-man team of Hank, Mike, and Andrew were fast, friendly, and careful. They called half an hour before my scheduled move time to check in and arrived promptly on time. They packed up our apartment so quickly but still took care to wrap everything. First time I haven't had anything break while moving! The company was easy to schedule with--overall, very professional service. I highly recommend!

    This was my third time using Perennial Van Lines and I don't mind recommending them. They are efficient and have moved my stuff quickly. They are always very nice and polite. This time I had to have the company, store my stuff overnight until I could move into the new place the next day. The company was willing to accomodate my move requests for afternoons due to the closings on my sale and purchase being in the morning. All of my stuff looks fine, and I didn't notice any damage. Thanks guys!

14. Do not use Perennial Vanlines!

    This is a broker, not a full service moving company. They make agreements they have no intention of fulfilling because they sub contract out your move to another carrier who cares nothing of the contract you sign with Perennial. Run away as fast as you can from them please. For the sake of your sanity, your belongings, and your bank account. They had extremely poor communication with us and the carrier they hired and caused us a great deal of stress for our cross-country move. The carrier demanded cash at the time of pickup and delivery with zero flexibility on payment methods. We were expected to have over $7,000 in cash at the time of delivery. Every time we questioned the amount and method of payment, they increased the amount. If we didn’t provide that balance in cash, they said they would consider that a refusal to accept delivery, would take our belongings, put them in storage, and charge us. This was not in contract. They have no clue what customer service truly means. Please use another company — get a full service moving company.

15. They are the best.

    Perennial Van Lines is amazing. From the time I requested a quote, everyone I interacted with was wonderful. They emailed me some questions to confirm information about my furniture, emailed again to confirm the move a week before. On the day of the move, they were supposed to arrive at 9, and Jessica called me at 8:30 to say they were on the way, and they arrived at 8:50. Patrik, Phill and Zach were all fantastic. They were friendly and efficient and got my move done in 5 hours. They also saved me some money by wrapping a couple things in blankets rather than charging me to use a box. The whole thing was so quick and easy, and totally stress-free. They are the best.
