1. Very efficient.

   I was going to hire a different moving company. But just to check their quote, I called Perennial Van Lines. They countered the earlier quote I got and so I hired them right away. The crew of 4 men handled every piece of my belongings very carefully. They were very efficient and didn’t really waste any time. They gave me a delivery date 7 days later. They kept in touch with me throughout the week. My goods reached my new house right on the promised date which made me very happy. Given how fast the movers worked, I can only imagine how much money I must have saved!

2. Fine job.

   I put out a call for bids for the moving project and Perennial Van Lines was among the ones that responded. It seemed like they were offering a good deal so we chose them. They did a fine job of packing, unpacking and moving everything. Nothing got broken or damaged. However, it was a nasty surprise in terms of the price quote because they quoted one price and then it went up - from $2,000 to $2,300 - and that's after my mother decided she didn't want to take several pieces. The people who gave the estimate really need some more training to figure out how much things weigh and what's required because once I paid, it's not like I could go with somebody else since it's not refundable.

3. I would recommend them.

   My mother used these guys on a long distance move so I'm going off her opinion. They showed up on time (even a little bit early) and packed all my items so quickly that they accidentally took an item that was going with me on the flight to Tennessee (they eventually brought it back). They packed everything carefully as I requested. I am not a picky person, but I did ask them to cover my brand new hardwood floor in New Jersey to avoid any damages (which I think they could have done a better job). Luckily, my floor was not scratched and the move went well overall. All in all I am pleased with the work. The 3 man crew who arrived in Tennessee did help me by suggesting where I can place my furniture. I will give them 4 stars for a professional job and zero damages.

4. I'm a satisfied customer.

   I used this company recently and everything went very well. I was given a call by a rep after I filled a form out on their website and we started getting right down to business. He was very knowledgeable about the moving industry and had great advice for my move to go as I intended.
   The rep laid out a number of options for me, taking my budget in account, and after a few changes, I decided to book with them. All of this took the better part of an hour but when I got off the phone I felt relieved I got this taken care of.
   The move itself only took about two weeks. The movers were just as friendly as the rep was and they moved like professionals inside each of my places. My things were well taken care of and gotten to me on time.
   I found this company after looking around and talking to a few others. As soon as I got on the phone with the rep I understood there was something better about how I was being treated. That same treatment lasted all the way until the move was done, and now I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you Perennial Van Lines for helping me out.

5. Unprofessional and constantly delayed.

   Movers were scheduled to arrive between 11-1 on moving day- didn’t show up until 4pm and took 5.5 hours to pack up and already boxed up 2 bedroom apartment. Car was supposed to be picked up as well has has now been delayed twice almost 48 hours later than it was supposed to be. Perennial has failed to take accountability for their services and has been unprofessional in their communications to remedy the fact.

6. Now I believe.

   Not so many people believe that moving can be awesome. Most people have the twisted mentality that moving is always bad and unsatisfactory. Well, I had a similar view before meeting Perennial Van Lines. After they had moved me, everything changed. Now I believe that it is possible to have the best moving the easier. I am always very careful when choosing movers. The last thing I want is a disappointment. When I was moving from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania, I took my ample time locating the perfect mover. The process might have been involving, but the fruits were worth it. I found Perennial Van Lines crew and the outcome was fascinating. Their services were great and they ensured everything was okay.

7. No more hustling.

   I know the direction to head when it comes to moving. There will be no more hustling during relocations. I will go to Perennial Van Lines and have them move me. After being a witness to their moving prowess, I just feel like moving with them every single time. I distanced myself from failure and disappointments the moment I entered an agreement with their crew. I knew something spectacular and memorable was coming and I wasn’t wrong. When Perennial Van Lines came over for the moving, they fulfilled every single promise they had made. They were timely - their services so cost effective and their crew very careful with my valuables. I found it so easy moving from Colorado to Kentucky because of your reliable team. I am so much happy for this. It should continue.

8. Worthy team.

   You are not going to be disadvantaged when you seek the services of Perennial Van Lines. You will always have a reason to be happy. I found it so enjoyable being part of them. They were punctual and stayed committed throughout the whole move. You made me move from Idaho to Oregon using the least of efforts. I did not have to supervise the crew in the course of the move because they were so self-driven. The moving coordinator was fully in charge of his team, ensuring that everything was perfect. I found the whole experience so enjoyable and lovely. I am longing for more of that.

9. More than perfect.

   Your team is just perfect. They are the kind of people I can never get tired of hiring out. I tried them last week and the outcome was amazing. I realised that they were not only fast but also reliable. They kept all the promises they had made when I was hiring them out. They offered me extraordinary service and I am so much grateful for that. You deserve my praises - that is one thing I know. You are the people worth hiring out. When I sought your services, I walked out of the moving wearing a smiley face. It was because of our diligence and perfection in ensuring everything was perfect. I enjoyed your services. Keep it up.

10. They are capable.

    I expected results - average result. Having seen the favorable quotes, I did not expect anything beyond the normal moving. During the moving, therefore, I was keen enough to take note of slight mistake. It was fruitless. These crewmembers were keen with their work. They wanted everything to work out the perfect way and they did not fail. They remained awesome throughout the moving. Such level of commitment and professionalism inspire me so much. I know I am going to seek their services again. I cannot just wait for that moment to come again. I am sure I will love it. I enjoyed my first experience with them. I have every reason to believe the second one would be similar if not more remarkable. Thanks. Moving from West Virginia was easy because you were in charge. I want more of what you offered me.

11. Dont Hire Them!

    If I could give zero stars I would, I am beyond frustrated. It’s Mother’s Day, I am 1500 miles away from my children because they were supposed to provide me with service yesterday like my contract stated to come and pick up my things to move out of state and no one showed up. I’ve spent $460 on rescheduling my flight because they did not show up yesterday. From the beginning the “AVP Senior Moving Coordinator“ who help me book my contract Jasmine mentioned she’d be available to me 24/7, guess they have to say that to sound like they care yet all they care about is to book your contract and get your money. Then due to the weather all flights were cancelled Thursday night so as soon as I heard the news I relayed that to Jasmine who put me in contact with Dispatch, Diane. I explained the situation to both. Mind you, my contract states I had the moving separated for us Friday and Saturday.
    So Thursday night southwest resolves the flight issue. I have a flight leaving Friday evening: I relay this information to dispatch and the coordinator.. we agree that the movers will show up Saturday morning from 8-10am and that they would call me 15minutes prior they arrive. I receive an email confirmation which I still have in my inbox. Okay.. so I think everything is fine and ready until it’s not. Come Saturday, 8am comes along, no call 9am comes along no call so I decide to give Diane a call. Melissa From dispatch answers and says she will find out more because she does not know. Okay, so I wait.. I make more calls, the coordinator is no where to be found I text I call no one answers.. a Ceasar Calls me back and tells me that they won’t be able to do it that day that they can do it Sunday morning from 7-8am and that .. “they will call me 15mins prior” I explained how my flight leaves at 5am and cannot be there .. of course they don’t care because the people and truck that was supposed to be separated for me as my CONTRACT stated are not available. So then I agree, speak to southwest and pay 460 dollars to change my flight.. Sunday comes along (today) and I’ve been sitting in the storage parking lot for one hour and 15 minutes and still no call.. I’ve tried to reach Diane Melissa Ceasar, Jasmine.. nothing. Worst service worst experience of my life, hands down. I do not recommend you get this service. On Thursday when we were verifying inventory over the phone they charged me $200 more for the deposit after I had already paid $600 for the deposit. I should of known then that this would be the shadiest company to hire. HUGE REGRET.

12. I love moving.

    I cannot understand why people hate moving. I find it to be one of the most interesting things, especially when facilitated by Perennial Van Lines. These people know how to handle clients. They offered me the best of moving services and I am longing for more. The best of the best - that is the least I can say about Perennial Van Lines. Otherwise, I am short of words. Their excellence is something I cannot fail to talk about. I will forever be grateful for the services offered. When they came to assist me with moving services, they did it with so much dedication. They were very careful not to tarnish their good name. Now that I have confirmed their unwavering reputation, I have no doubts involving them in my moves.

13. You have my trust.

    I have no more doubts trusting their crew with moving. These people are so reliable. When I gave them an opportunity of moving me, they ensured everything was perfect. I felt awesome during and after the relocation services. I wish they can be able to do this even in future. It was such a wonderful thing seeing them moving me. I wasn’t so optimistic that they were going to make it through. It, therefore, came as a wonderful surprise when this team was able to move me from South Carolina to Georgia in a flawless way. That was the least of my expectations.

14. Wish I knew.

    All I wish is that I could have known Perennial Van Lines earlier enough. I could not have any issues relocating. No nasty relocation experiences I have had in the past could have been part of my memories. Nevertheless, I am entirely grateful that they were able to serve me the way they did. I am looking forward to more relocation services of this kind. I cannot approach Perennial Van Lines and still fail to get what I need. There will always be a reason to smile after the relocations. Your services are so good and the way you conduct your relocations is way too perfect. I enjoyed your relocations. I am looking for more of your services.

15. Worth my cash.

    There is only one mover that is worth my hard earned cash - Perennial Van Lines. These are the only people I believe are capable of providing diligent and awesome moving. I have hired them out on two different occasions and all have been exceptional. I believe the future is bright. I am so sure that there isn’t another moving company like them. The kind of experience I received from them was extraordinary. From the way they started the packing and proceeded to load, one could easily tell that there was something unique about their services. They did it so awesomely and with so much diligence. I am glad they were able to do this. My sincere hope is that they will be able to do the same or even better in future.
