Relieved at last.
Wow! You relieved me when I needed it most. After the relocations, I just felt as if a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulder. The whole idea of relocating had me worked up. Thanks to this relocation team, I was able to go through it successfully. There is something about Perennial Van Lines that leaves me perplexed every time I hire them out. These people are so careful when it comes to relocations. They do not disappoint in any way. They know how to handle people’s properties with so much respect. With such certainty of receiving diligent services, I am sure of hiring them out next time.

You only suffer during relocations when you know nothing about Perennial Van Lines. With the perfect knowledge of their capabilities, you can be certain of wonderful services. I have been hiring them out for two years now. During this period, I have not suffered any embarrassment during the relocation. They have always been there to ensure everything is great and done in the perfect way. I was amazed at the end of the relocation services. Everything had been done the perfect way. From scratch, they had started in unison and cooperation. They maintained that throughout the relocations. As I observed them move my properties, I noticed one thing.
My only choice.
I have no one else besides them when it comes to relocations. I prefer being served by their crew regardless of the direction and nature of the relocations. I trust them so much not to expect any form of disappointment from them. You truly deserve my respect. As far as relocations are concerned, I am contented. I know I have Perennial Van Lines and I know they will not disappoint me in any way. I have trusted them for the past three years and they have been able to give me the best of relocation services. I do not see any reason they should disappoint me in future.
Nothing short of excellence.
I am not looking for anything short of Perennial Van Lines. If I am to relocate anytime soon, I should have nothing below their relocation standards. Since I am not certain of any other mover with such relocation capabilities, I believe I should just stick to them. I will never suffer as far as relocations are concerned. Why should I suffer when Perennial Van Lines is always there to bail me out? They have always been there for me, including this past weekend, and I am certain they will be able to offer me amazing services even in future. You can also try them and have your marvellous experience.
Excellent Relocations.
If you are in need of excellent relocation services, try Perennial Van Lines. They will not disappoint you. I hired them out to relocate me to New Jersey from Georgia and the job they did was extraordinary. They ensured that all was well. The services they delivered were beyond perfect. I believe in your services and hope that you will remain so even in future. They cannot mess you up when you put full trust in them. I trusted them with my relocations and what came out of it was perfect. The punctuality, diligence, and sense of dedication were all amazing. I loved the fact that these people kept all their promises. The charges were so pocket-friendly.
Unprofessional moving company BEWARE !!
Would give them negative star if there is a option. Moved from VA to Atlanta in April 2019. Gave them a complete list of inventory and paid the advance without negotiating the price. On the day of the move, people came on time and picked the item however they charged $400 more than the invoice price. They claimed the Cubic feet is more than what was quoted in the invoice. The items in the inventory didn't change. Infact the overall number of items were exactly same as quoted in the inventory. The people came to pick the items were so unprofessional and unfriendly.
Since I have to fly the next day, I paid the additional $400 that they charged. Within 3 days my shipment reached Atlanta however everything came in a bad shape. My TV stand was broken and completely unusable. My grinder and so many items that I packed well we're broken and damaged. The guys came to drop the items claimed that they are just the driver and I need to talk to the company that took the order about the damaged items.
All my UHaul boxes were torn and completely unusable. The items within the boxes were also broken. I called Perennial van lines the next day to report the issues. They didn't bother to listen and said someone from the customer call will call me back. I didn't receive any call after that.
Please never ever engage Perennial van lines for any moving needs. Totally unprofessional people and service.
Fantastic Customer Service.
I recently moved from Baltimore to the Chicagoland area for a job. I was weary about using movers, as I'd never done that before, but Perennial Van Lines put me at ease and helped me every step of the way. They were on time, curteous, and did a wonderful job loading and unloading my things. If I ever need a long distance move, I will definitely use them again. I even recommended them to a friend of mine.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I scheduled my move over a month in advance.
The didn’t show up at all in the 2 day window they gave me. I asked them several times if they would, as I was flying out the next day.
They showed up on the day after, when I was on my flight. (my friend had to drive 2 hours to meet them since I was on a flight)
Then, they just left!! They didn’t move my stuff. Just left it in my apartment.
Then, they charged me over twice as much as the quote.
Dishonest. Unethical. Late.
The don’t care about their clients in the least.

Great from start to finish.
Quoted more than the actual cost, which was great because my budget was tight, but I was willing to pay for quality. I was able to stay within my budget for the move and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Quick delivery, professional crew, no damage or mistakes at all. Everything ran smoothly so my life was not interrupted and I didn't even need to think about the move. Will definitely use this crew again and recommend them to others.
My Experience With Perennial Van Lines.
Very reliable customer service team . PVL step up to the plate when I had an issue with the carrier. I was able to get help after hours which made my experience with them and the minor problem was caused by me come to realization ,this was my first moving didn't really know what to really expect. The move was affordable compared to the quote I got from ALLIED which was another plus for me.
