  1. Same as several here

    After getting a FaceTime walk through estimate with Korvin or Henry, we ended up paying twice as much. Partly because the one person in charge of the loaders, Martin, failed to pass on to the other men the many items that were not supposed to go. I told him exactly what to leave behind , but we ended up with these items.

    Apparently, our items were thrown from the trucks into a holding warehouse and then thrown into a truck for delivery, because some items were so crushed, that I would not be able to "weigh" the shard of glass in order to make a claim.

    And if you want to make a claim, be sure you keep the boxes that the crushed items were in, because you will need the invoice numbers from the boxes in order to make your claim. You will also need proof of the cost or value of the item. So that vase your daughter painted for your birthday, or the trivet your son made with his hand print when he was in kindergarten-you will need to prove it's value.

    I don't even know how much tossing and crushing would have to be done to crush stainless steel bowls or how they crushed the taillight of the quad or partially destroyed the reclining mechanism of the sofa. We happen to think that a lot of it is intentional.

    Bottom line, these people do not care about your personal items. They doubled the price, even after Henry did an "on site evaluation" And they insist on cash at delivery, which I'm sure, as others have mentioned, cannot be legal for a business.

    I just moved to Florida, Presto did a great job for me. Henry helped me from start to finish, highly recommend.

    Presto Logistics was a great choice that worked out well for me. They were there on time and called 1hr out to confirm their ETA. They were careful packing and loading boxes. Once loaded the transportation of our furniture was excellent. Minimum issues...damage. They exceeded my expectations for delivery to my new destination. The unloading was handled with professionalism, courtesy and excellence. Overall an out of state move is expensive and when you spend that amount of money, the next best thing is to receive excellent service. Presto Logistics delivered!

  4. What an amazing experience with this company!

    What an amazing experience with this company! I asked for everything to be packed, my company was paying for the move but up to a certain budget. Presto was able to fit right in that budget. Henry came out and couldn’t be nicer, he worked with me on the pricing to make sure it would work. He explained the entire process and I felt like I was in good hands from there and I was. The crew that picked up in LA and the crew that came and delivered in Scottsdale were amazing. Mario and his son Abraham were an excellent team and took care of my every need. I will definitely recommend!

  5. Be careful!

    Presto Logistics did a horrible job on our move from California to Washington. On moving day, they tried to charge extra for items that had been part of the estimate

    causing us leave some things behind due to tight budget. After they left our home, our furniture and possessions were transferred into a very large moving van along with other people’s stuff. Due to the condition of our things, we believe that our things may have been transferred more than once.

    On delivery day, after we waited for hours, they finally arrived 6 pm (maskless) and worked until midnight (after taking many smoking breaks and a dinner break) at which time they decided to stop and spend the night in their truck on our street with the truck running and blocked entry to our very small street. Our new neighbors were not impressed.

    As they brought boxes off the truck it was very obvious that these boxes had been tossed around like trash. Boxes were upside down and smashed in....at opposite corners -it was obvious how mistreated everything was. At midnight, the driver said he “might not make it back if he couldn’t stay right there that night. They also asked to use our shower at midnight! We had to insist that they at least bring in our bed so we could sleep somewhere before they stopped for the night. The driver and his “helper” girlfriend were homeless and actually lived on the truck. They were both in their fifties and we worried mightily as they struggled with some of our large antique pieces. As we unpacked, we found many items broken inside the boxes, the wheels of our vintage radio flyer wagon were crushed and bent, all of my husband’s heavy workshop tools were all on heavy duty wheels—they all were tweaked, off balance and very difficult to move, my Thomasville dining chair was broken, and so much more!

    It was a devastating experience during which I lost items that were very dear to me.

    Henry (the company rep) was a good guy but the company itself needs to ensure that people’s possessions are treated with more care and they should vet their delivery people and remind them of the mask mandate at that time! I expected better service and treatment of possessions after paying bill of over $13,000!!!

  6. My Wife’s (separated) move from California to Idaho

    Hey [NAME EDIT] if your going to add me to a legal contract regarding my wife that I am separated from maybe you should forward me a copy and have me sign it as well. We are separated and she does not have legal permission to sign on my behalf but I am guessing you already know that. Your unprofessional misconduct towards her is unacceptable. You want to name me in a legal contract but you never once contacted me? Not only did she have to incur such heartbreaking damage to the sum of approx $5000 to $6000. But then she had to endure your unprofessionalism. Funny how you never sent me any of your threatening txt. I ecspecially like the one where you said you would up her fee $900 if she mentioned the word attorney. You and your company need to be reported to the IRS for “your must have cash or it doesn’t get unloaded” policy. Better yet how about a good audit from the State of California.

    Not Only did I have to wait 9 days after my Move in day of May 5th. Not only did my price go up $500 but my most valubale items came broken in pieces. Of course the Company takes no responsibility for damaged items. And dont forget to PAY IN ALL CASH.

    I can say I’m very pleasantly surprised and happy with the service. I was skeptical with any company because they all sound the same and all have very bad reviews online but Henry assured me that if anything happened he would help me throughout. Turns out we didn’t have to reach out much because we got the stuff the day we wanted it yesterday and so far I haven’t seen any damages. Thank you for a smooth move to Texas

  9. Amazing experience

    Thank you Presto for making my move as seamless as possible. I needed to move pretty quickly when I was calling around, they still insisted on sending someone to my house to make sure it was an accurate quote. Henry came out, gave us a quote which was pretty spot on. The movers who showed up on both sides were very accommodating and even helped me with moving a few pieces within the house that weren’t part of the move. I had a small damage to an item and I called Henry, he took care of it immediately. So thank you Presto for helping me get to my new destination with ease.

  10. WARNING - PRESTO UPCHARGE TACTICS

    Based on other reviews I read I was not the only one who had used car sales tactics used on them. I too had an estimate performed by their estimator and when the move occurred and half way through the load of our things, were told that we had a choice of paying 1/3 more than the estimate or they can leave everything that would not fit within the estimated volume. They used our personal belongings and the fact that we were in the middle of moving from CA to UT as leverage to upcharge the costs. Additionally, because of their inability to schedule (even though we confirmed our delivery date multiple times) we had to pay the $500 unload and load charge at their warehouse. Even though they underestimated the volume and were going to reload to a semi for final delivery to us anyway. This also cost us an additional 2 weeks of hotel costs waiting for them to deliver! And finally, sometime during the reloading at their warehouse, upon receiving our things almost 50% of our boxes/plastic crates were either broken, crushed and/or damaged in one way or the other. And of course since they did not do the packing they were not responsible (per contract). Finally, I caution anyone who is thinking about using Presto to be careful of their estimating, pricing and deliver schedules. Once they have your furniture/items they use it as leverage to upcharge and deliver on their timeline not concerned with the customer. Now it make sense why they want the final payment in cash so that you cannot hold up payment for the bad service they provide nor have any leverage with them in arguing costs or quality of the services. The quality and concern for your items is obviously not a priority to them. I would find some other more reputable moving service and avoid the frustration of dealing with Presto.

    What an amazing moving team! From Dave to Henry to Ricardo to Jay they all took care of me step by step throughout the entire move. Dave contact me initially and went over enough information with me that I felt comfortable enough to have him schedule his manager to come to my home and give me a firm quote. Henry came out and couldn’t be more polite and up front about the process which I loved. He scheduled his A team because Ricardo and his crew came to my house and handled my belongings like their own. They were fast but they clearly knew what they were doing. Jay the driver on delivery hired a crew locally, one of the guys wasn’t really following orders but other than that the driver had a handle on everything and didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. Thank you Presto for an amazing moving experience!

  12. Second to none!

    My experience with Presto was second to none. I really felt like I was given extraordinary service but it seems that this is their standard practices. Henry came out to my house to give me a quote, then on the day of the move he was fully available and I had to talk to him at 6 am when the crew arrived. He kept me updated until I got my delivery and even after when I had some minor damage to a couple of pieces. Keep up the great work Presto, can’t wait for you to move my parents cross country also!

    From Start to Finish: Henry with Presto Moving was great. Not one thing was broken. Not one thing was missing.

    All of our stuff was accounted for..

    I was concerned about my $600 Taylor acoustic but as any player knows you always ship an instrument in a hard shell case anyway in our case the guitar is fine.

    Upon arrival the driver was great. He was very professional and caring with out stuff.

    Great Communication, great service!

  14. Long Distance Move.

    They did a great job with my move. Henry was wonderful to work with, very responsive. And the truck driver was very communicative as well. With so many moving services available, I'd definitely choose Presto again!

    Henry Henry Henry is your man when it comes down to moving. We moved from los Angeles to New York. Henry was soooo helpful from the beginning. He came over and gave us the best estimate we could find in the market. I called him just an evening before I decided the pick up, I knew it might be impossible for him as they need at least 2 days or 24 hours notice but Hery very humbly agreed and made arrangements for pick up right away. He sorted out all my worries and questions immediately on my request. In order to save me money he took all possible avenues. like seriously who does that? I am so thankful to Henry for everything. From start to finish he stood by  me like a rock. Every time I called him he right away answered my calls and always responded back. He is so punctual, so attentive, so friendly, so caring and always accommodated all my requests. I can seriously can go on and on about his services. even the guys who came to pick up and drop off stuff were so nice. The entire staff is so nice. Lady who made arrangements for the pick up for me was really nice too, I requested her to get my stuff early in the morning and she did it without any hesitation. I remember Cesar at the pick up and Bill at the drop off they both were amazing. please guys do go with presto, they so reliable. I am recommending them through my experience, I am writing such a detailed review so other people can get help from it. I called tons of moving companies before Presto and they all were ridiculously pricey and were offering so little for the money they were charging. I seriously was disheartened big time and then I found Presto like a sunshine in the rain. They packed the furniture in plastic wraps and blankets for free, other companies charge you for stationary use. Presto is a team of true professionals and very humble. My all over experience was elevated with great and amazing service of Henry. I will highly recommend them always. thanks Henry for all your help and generosity. thanks to Presto that they have a gem like you in the company.
