  1. Great Service!!

    My name is Josh and I am a consultant. I move around a lot because of my job, it is always a pleasure moving with presto!! I move about once per year and I have been with presto for about 6 years now. The consistancy is key in this moving company, they have a system that works. I never had any damages and I always get service with a smile. I have a direct contact in the company, something like an account executive, he worked out a pricing structure that works for me since I move so often. His name is Henry and he is a great guy. The movers come sometimes on a small truck and sometimes on a big truck but no matter the size of the truck the quality of service stays the same. I look forward to my next move with Presto Logistics, and I have been recommending them for some time. The fact that they service the entire continental United States is a plus as well, this way I do not have to change moving companies. I recommend Presto!  .

  2. Presto is the best!

    I recently moved from LA to NY & the movers were great! they did an awesome job fro me and they worked fast on moving day.. they loaded everything onto the truck & they did it in an orderly fashion. my stuff was shipped to New york directly and they had to shuttle it to my new house because it was in manhattan and the driver expplained that he could not drive house truck into my part of the city. The driver came with a helper & they unloaded my furnature put everything in place and were able to do everything with out one item breaking! they also worked with a smile and were very professional. I want to use presto logistics formy next move and I recommend you do the same. Good compaany, good service, good price!!

  3. Good Company.

    I went online to find a moving company, I was referred to Presto Logistics through billy.com. They have a system where they refer you to 5 moving companies and they will call you to give you quotes. a nice young guy named ryan called me, he gave me a quote then I went ahead with the quotes from other companies. He later called me back to follow up and see if I owuld be using Presto or one of the other companies. I told him I needed some more time and that I would be compairing quality as well as pricing. He gave me a few references and I made my decision. I moved with Presto Logistics, they did a great job and everything was on time. the movers were nice and professional, I have only good things to say about this company. Highly recommended!!

  4. Beware - Bad Business Practices, Do NOT use this company.

    We chose Presto based the companies statement, “We believe that it is our responsibility to service the customer first, last, and always; maintaining intelligent business practices is the recipe for our continued success. Safety, Integrity, Service is our motto, and it’s what we believe are the three most important values that set our company apart from the rest.” Unfortunately, this was not our experience for our long-distance move with Presto. When we booked our move originally we were quoted 371cf total and on the day of pick-up were charged for 625cf total -- a 254cf difference for a one-bedroom 600 square foot apartment, resulting in an additional $1,244.60.   Prior to booking the move, I specifically provided Presto, with almost all of the measurements of our furniture so that this exact situation would not occur (minus some extra boxes and a dresser). We also requested an in-home visual inspection, but Presto stated no appointments were available in our area. We even have another written quote from a different moving company that performed a visual inspection of the same furniture and quoted us approximately the same cubic feet estimate. In addition, I emailed Presto prior to our move informing him that we would need to add a few items to the Inventory List and he stated we can revise the estimate on the day before the move. When he called on the day before the move to confirm a pick-up time, he stated that it was too late to add the items to the inventory and it would have to be done on the day of the move. This is unacceptable and bad business practice and precisely what allows moving companies to arbitrarily increase the total volume on the day of pick-up. Furthermore, on the day of our move, after all of the furniture was completely loaded on the truck and the doors were closed, Carlos Hernandez presented the final cubic feet. We immediately contacted, Ryan Rosendorff, the person we booked the move with and of course he was nowhere to be found, but instead a third party claims company called me back and only offered to re-measure the furniture once it arrived back at their facility – conveniently so that we would not be present for such “re-measure.” Upon arrival Carlos Hernandez (who barely spoke english) quoted $175.00 for crating 5 items, which we agreed to and signed the paperwork, but he did not provide the yellow customer copy to us and it wasn't exactly our priority during a chaotic move. After the move was complete and everything was loaded he again presented the Packing Materials List and added in several more items for a total of $300.00. We were also charged for $60.00 plastic wrap even though only a quarter of the roll was used and for 3 Dish Packs when only 2 were used.  They also left packing materials behind that we had to dispose of. Even though we paid $510.00 for packing materials we still suffered $4,000.00 in damage to our furniture. We have very expensive and fragile furniture and expressed our concerns several times with the Presto employees regarding using the stairs instead of the elevator, which they refused to do. The elevator was located right down the hallway and would have only taken a few extra minutes to use. They stated that it would take too long and had another job to get to. Instead, they negligently loaded all of the boxes and some of the fragile furniture on dollies and dragged it down each step instead of carrying the items down the stairs. As a result, we had several broken items in the boxes and damage to our furniture. As such, we had to pay a $250 deductible.   Also, we were charged a credit card surcharge of 3.5% ($63.38) and according to California Civil Code section 1748.1, a surcharge may not be added when you elect to use a credit card instead of paying by cash.   As far as delivery - Our furniture was delivered a day earlier then the first available date that we provided. We were driving across country and had to drive two 15 hour days in order to make it to Florida in time because they arrived a day earlier.   All in all, our supposed “Good Faith Estimate” of $1,942.00 turned into $3,557.00.                .

    Moving cross country is fraught with complications, and most of them come from complications with the moving company. I went with Presto Logistics based on a recommendation that my sister gave me. I liked their contract because it was easy for me to understand exactly what was included in the quote, and what wasn't. Because of this, it was a really straightforward move, and there were no surprises. I'm very grateful to my sister for recommending me Presto Logistics, and I will definitely pass the word along.

  6. Presto is awesome!

    I moved with presto last year, they told me they had an easy way to do everything so I wouldn't have to pack. They told me that it would be an extra charge so I asked my mom if I could do it (she was paying for the move). When moving day came, the foreman came in to talk to me and explain everything, he was a very cool guy. The guy was awesome he told me he would have the guys pack everything up and all I had to do was pack an "over night bag" so I would have clothing while my stuff was in transit. It was so cool, I have never had a mover do this before! It was so easy I really didn't have to pack! Next time it's presto all the way!!

  7. High Quality Services..

     
    Presto Logistics came to our house and patiently walked me through the process and let me know what they do and do not do as movers, and I was pretty excited to hear that we could borrow wardrobe boxes and have our clothes magically appear in the new closet, still on the hangers. We kept our box for our massive television, which they used to move it, but it wasn't very much money to rent theirs service to transport the flat screen TV.I had to reschedule the moving day about a week before due to travel plans changing and it was no problem.
     
    The day of the move, they arrived right on time and parked where we were allowed to have the moving truck. Everything went well and I’m happy to recommend Presto Logistics because of their high quality services!

  8. Please do not use Presto! Read my review all the way to the end!

    1. My ending balance was DOUBLE the initial quote. 2. They tried to deliver my 1 bedroom apartment furniture to an apartment complex in the city using a 18-wheeler semi truck. The truck was to big to fit into the unloading area and they charged me an additional $350 to take my furniture 30 minutes down the street to their main office to switch over to a normal moving truck then come back and unload. First of all, who delivers furniture to an apartment complex in the city using an 18 wheeler semi truck?? I was devastated that I had to pay $350 extra dollars or they would not deliver my furniture. 3. The movers did not finish unloading my furniture until almost midnight. 4. My lamp and vases were broken. 5. They could not find the screws to my curio cabinet. It's still in pieces. 6. My box spring was ripped. 7. The weekend manager Louis had extremely poor customer service. 8. If they have to go upstairs, they charge extra. 9. If they have to use an elevator, they charge extra. 10. If they have to walk too far, they charge extra. 11. If you are moving state-to-state and Presto Logistics is your ONLY option, I suggest you sell everything you have in your current city and buy all new furniture in your new city.   BEWARE! PLEASE DON'T USE PRESTO!!

  9. Right on time!

    Thank you presto for a job well done!! My furniture was picked up in Atlanta GA on October 1st and delivered to my new home in Las Vegas NV exactly on week later on October 8th. I was extremely pleased with the service & I was happy that everything was taken care of on time. The reason I am writing this review is because the salesman explained exactly how the process works and when the trucks run. I had a choice of three days for pick up with direct delivery and I and many more choices for pick up that would have in transit storage for a few days. I was very impressed with the communication and the way they were able to map out the job and give me an exact time. They were a bit pricey but the main thing was that they held up every one of their promises. that is priceless. I got a few quotes and went with presto because the salesman told me they had qualified movers and I would be fully insured. I was under the impression that they would be a good moving company, and to my satisfaction they were!! I recommend presto!

    I moved locally in Los Angeles & they told me they usually do long distance only. I spoke with Ryan, my friend told me he is the one to talk to. He told me that if I book at the middle of the month he would be able to take care of it for me. I was so happy that he was able to set it up for me! When we came closer to my moving date he called me just to check in and make sure everything was "still ago" and we were chatting for a few minutes. On the day of my move they came with four guys, well prepared and got right to work. The foreman was very professional and he did a great job!  When they got to my new house they told me they would be done in a few hours and they were spot on! Got everything done in time! Good service, good people, good company!

  11. Simply Outstanding..

    Presto Logistics team were simply outstanding! We have moved many times since we got married 15 years ago, several of which were work related relocations, including 2 international relocations and local moves. None of the firms before has been as professional and competent as these guys. If ever we need moving services, we will definitely give them a call. After two months of prep and packing, they made the actual move the fun part! Just can't speak highly enough of these guys and I am a demanding customer.

  12. No communications! !!

    Presto logistic staffs and customer service are not helpful. They picked up our stuff in Texas and to be shipped in California. It's been 10 days and I haven't got any updates or confirmations from their dispatch regarding when it can be deliver. I called donovan Morgan to follow up our stuff but he has no clue where it is now. I called the customer service and they said they can't see any informations about our shipment. Until now they don't have a clue about what happened to our stuff and it's pisses me off. My family is literally sitting and sleeping on the floor because we don't have our stuff until now. Never hire presto logistic coz they don't care at all. Get a really professional movers!!

  13. An Amazing Move!

    I have no words to express what I felt after the move! Presto Logistics team helped me to move to my new place in TN without any errors, any delay or any other unwanted circumstances. Their performance was amazing. Movers showed up on time, they did a marvelous job while packing my belongings. Not a single damage done to any of my belongings completed the entire move a lot earlier than the estimated time and charged the same amount mentioned in the initial quote. There was nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you!

    I recommend Presto Logistics for doing such a wonderful job with the recent move we just made! I am so happy with the way they handled my stuff. They even charged me with a lower rate for the whole move which made me feel happy. The service they provided me deserves a higher payment yet they chose the other way. This kind of company deserves all the millions and the luck in the world. Thanks a lot for the big help! I recommend Presto Logistics to all.

    We moved last year from Denver to Los Angeles, we found that we were taken care of to the highest of expectations. My mover's name was Johnny, he was the one who came to my house. He was so nice & explained everything. He was very careful with my furniture & boxes. We moved before but nothing compares to the way this company took care of everything for us. When we got to LA we settled in to our new home right on time. We have moved before & we have run into many issues with timing (too early/too late), for this reason I would like to thank everyone at the company for taking care of my move as if it were your own!
