Scam Artists
BUYER BEWARE!! We called these guys to move a small 2 bedroom apartment for nearly $4k. After showing up within 2 minutes the driver told me that not even the boxes would fit within the space allotted. Immediately wanted to charge me nearly triple upwards towards $12k for the same move!! Nothing changed, same items we declared were there. I think the driver was mislead by his superior which they both were subcontractors of Progressive! That's right, called Progressive Van Lines and they sent a sub contractor that sent another sub contractor who didn't know what they were getting into. Since I refused to pay the obscene amount I told them it was bait and switch they then called me a Racist!!! I've never been called that in my life. Unbelievable, now Progressive may deny refunding my deposit of nearly $1,300 hard earned dollars. What a scam, what a dishonor, stay away from these guys!!
Complete Scam!
Most of my items that were actually delivered were broken, my furniture drawers were missing, my TV never arrived. My bookcase came broken and with no shelves, some of my clothing bins were filled with water so my clothes had mold and mildew! To top it all off, the movers came at 12am and didn't leave until almost 3am. I now have to take this scam company to court to seek compensation for all of my stolen and damaged goods. Please save yourself the headache and listen to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews!
Outstanding service!
The moving crew of this company were great! I was called the day before and then 10 minutes before arriving, to remind me. I hired them for 4 hours and they loaded my pod in 2 hours. I was really nervous about fitting everything, but they gave me space to spare and made me feel confident in their abilities. They were very polite, professional, hard-working and they listened to all of my concerns and dealt with them while they were loading everything.

Movers never showed up - we had to get a UHaul & Progressive didn't give us our deposit back. Rude, unhelpful and made a stressful situation over the top as they kept promising the movers were on their way. RUN - RUN - RUN AWAY from this company!

We completed our move yesterday with the help of this company. I can't say speak highly enough about this company. Easy to book, quick to get back to us with a quote, and fair pricing. The moving crew of this company were quick and efficient, but at the same time, very careful with our items. They took great care to wrap everything with pads and tape to ensure no dings, dents or scratches. They were respectful and personable.

This was the best service I've ever had. They listened to all my instructions. They kept to my time budget that I had asked to be in if possible and asked me questions all the way through. They worked with me on adjustments and at the end when they were all paid up, they helped my friends move the last few boxes just because. I prepared a list of every box, its contents, and my personal belongings. I was concerned when friends warned me that goods may be forgotten while travelling great distances. But I didn't have to be concerned because everything was in excellent condition when it arrived. It was especially comforting because each item had been properly labeled by the movers. Every individual I encountered was kind, professional, and accommodating.
