Fraud!!
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THRU THIS MOVING COMPANY. THEY RIP U OFF FROM THE VERY START. THEY GIVE U A GOOD QUOTE ACT LIKE THEY WILL PICK UP UR STUFF ASK U FOR 50 % OF THE MOVING COST AND U WILL NOT SEE THAT MONEY EVER AGAIN. THEY GIVE U 72 HOURS FROM BOOKING TO CANCEL OR UR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THEY DICK U AROUND TO GET U PAST THE 72 HOURS SO THEY CAN KEEP UR MONEY. A MOVER NEVER COMES AND THEY BULLS**T U THE WHOLE TIME.
A broker only with no support.
I hired them for "white glove" service. I asked if they were a broker only, said no, I specifically wanted a firm that could be held responsible.
They are only a broker.
After agreeing, never was able to contact that person again, handed off to administrator with same phone #.
Finally on move day got someone new who said they were doing the move, no idea what "white glove" meant but they'd do their best. Packed and moved quite poorly.
Lost a box on the way.
Gave me someone else's box.
Told me to contact Razor Van Lines to submit a claim, 20 minute on hold get through to what clearly is a depressing loud call center and am told nope, they're not liable for anything, I must contact the folks who did the move.. that's not you? nope. So, runaround.
They're just a cheap broker. Do not use.
10% Cancellation fee after 1 hour!!
After a very high pressure sale to sign while on the phone. I called an hour later to cancel. No one returned my call, I email no one responded. I eventually found a cancellation email in my contract and they refunded me 90% of the amount as there was a 10% cancellation fee. They did not incur any fees.
The sales rep said I had 3 days to cancel he never mentioned a 10% processing fee. This is completely unacceptable.
Do not sign while on the phone. Read the fine print. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
Would and will recommend!
These guys showed up at 8 in the morning, wrapped and packed everything, drove to the house, unloaded everything, finishing at 6pm, and they did not stop in the middle.Polite and proficient.
Razor Van Lines saved the day, seriously!
Three gentlemen managed to move 8 years’ worth of accumulated stuff from one awkward space to another at the speed of light. I was impressed with the care they took with my belongings and in moving stuff in to a bright and shiny new space. They helped me re-assemble my bed and dining room table all while smiling and seeming to enjoy themselves. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.
Scam.
I wish I would have read all of these reviews before speaking with "Brendan" at Razor Van Lines. They took my $1,100 deposit and I never heard from them again. Nobody ever called or showed up for the move. Once I realized I got scammed by them, I decided to cut my losses at that and rent my own uhaul to avoid inflated costs or any hostage taking of my personal property. They use bots on their website for fake reviews and I'm reasonably sure they are also using fake names when you speak to them via phone or email. I have numerous complaints filed with a few agencies and also a criminal complaint with the State of Florida against the owners of the LLC, Charles and Michael. I got the recommendation from Budget Van Lines, which appears to have 2 different websites. The real one and a fake one (budgetvanlines.com/999moving) which backdoors to the from the real website using a slash on a server hosted by Rackspace. Either Budget Van Lines is in on it or their servers and website have been hacked and compromised. I contacted them about it, but nobody I spoke to had any clue.
They are really trustworthy!
On time very respectful people work efficiently and take great care of each and everything to be moved would use them again without any doubt. You should also use them for move in near future.

Razor Van Lines are different in nearly every aspect. For one, their speed is tremendous. Their moving speed is fast and so they are the ideal people to hire when you need things to be done faster. What’s more, these movers really know how to treat clients. The respect with which they handle people is so inspirational. I have grown to like them so much.
Razor has horrible service / they give false quotes.
They gave me an inaccurate quote and the day of move charged me double even though my inventory list was exactly as I told them. Proceeded to call the managers and they hung up on me. Both Beth Johnson and Shirley at Razor handled the situation poorly and were rude. The broker I worked with, Troy, gave me the original inaccurate quote even though I shared all the information of my move- number of items, bedrooms, boxes, etc. Troy rushed me into signing with them based off of a deal he could only give me that day which is totally bogus now that I know what kind of business they run. It's a total hustle and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible company.
Absolutely terrible experience. When we initially booked, we asked if we could have our stuff dropped off on 8/1 and they said 'yes, we can do that and we will just have to pick up your stuff off on 7/27'. One week before our move we were told there would be a 10-14 day window so the earliest our stuff would get there would be 8/10. We were totally misled by them and no one cared that they were being misleading. They just pointed us to a vague term in the contract that basically said they could not guarantee a drop off date (so could be a year later by that logic). When we were on the phone with them to complain, they said that they're cancelling our move and not giving our money back. Please don't use this company.
What a scam!
We contacted them for a quote. First of all, they are not a moving company. They are "load brokers". Here is how the scam works. They give you a quote. Then press you for the deposit. In our case it was the promise that a carrier was going near by and could reduce the cost IF we booked quickly. We gave the deposit and contact ceased and carriers never came. We spent 3 days being lied to and then were told, no refunds. We were never called by them or the supposed carriers a single time after the deposit was received. As for the sales rep "Lloyd Burns"? He doesn't exist. Fake name. We have already filed a complaint with the DOT and tomorrow the attorney general for the state of Florida. T.
Use them for your move.
It’s difficult to find a moving company which is timely and professional but fortunately I found one the team of Razor Van Lines is so great and work in a professional manner. They are really professional.
Horrible disappointing experience.
As someone who reads reviews I wanted to try and save someone else the headache, cost, and frustration of working with Razor- they will not follow through with the original quote/ contract.
Sean was my contact at Razor and who walked me through the booking, estimate, and contract. The price seemed reasonable and we laid out everything we had that needed to go on the truck as well as our time frame and he assured me that all fell within the cost he had quoted and that our items would arrive in 3-6 business days. The night before the move we received a call from Brooklyn Movers- the actual company as Razor is ONLY the broker and does not do the actual moving AT ALL and they informed us our items would actually take 7-21 business days to arrive and a list of other things that were completely different from what razor had instructed- including cost and payment methods. Since that point razor has refused to answer questions, respond to emails, or correct any issues. Not only was the timing off when Brooklyn showed up the next day they reworked and updated our quote and it was $2800 higher than we were quoted by sean/ Razor, which was something I explicitly asked about when booking-and reviewed the items we would be moving several times with sean and 2 other Razor employees and they all assured me there would be no increase and it was a binding contract. We ended up throwing away over $1500 worth of furniture in order to try and get our items to fit and eventually just reworked the contract with Brookyln. It has now been 12 days since our items were picked up and they still have not even left Minnesota and there is no idea of when it will happen. I attempted to email and call razor several times with no response and when I finally did get through they would not comment on any of our issues aside from- well you signed a contract. Even though I have it in writing from Sean where we were misquoted on price and timing. We told them we would like some type of recovery from them on the initial deposit as they did not hold up one part of the contract and we have now had to pay double to the actual moving company- Brooklyn, and they said no. I told them we would have to file a fraudulent charge with the bank then and there only response was good luck. Just a frustrating negative experience overall with very few solutions. Would strongly not recommend working with them as we have spoken with several people from the actual moving company ( Brooklyn) and they have all confirmed Razor lies frequently , they consistently hear this from customers, and once its booked and the money is taken they will not respond or attempt to make it right.
Razor Van Lines was Great!
They were accommodating from the beginning. I had a quote in my hand within an hour after my first call. The moving team of Razor Van Lines were communicative and hardworking. They did the job efficiently without breaking anything or scratching any wall. I will recommend them.

I have lately been a person with some really bad experiences in moving. This time I was all set to help myself with all the loading but reached this mover's company through Internet and the great reviews made me change my mind. The loader arrived on time. The luggage was loaded carefully and so the dislodging was done with no damage. They were quiet helpful throughout. Really happy with the service and they are my first choice for any shifting.
