    We used Razor Van Lines for an employee's apartment move from California to Florida. We had no idea who to contact since we are based in FL. after contacting different companies we decided to go with Razor Van Lines. The movers were professional and FAST without a lot of hidden fees. I recommend them and will definitely use them again! Thank you, Razor Van Lines and team.

    Great communication throughout the process. He movers were extremely efficient, and everything they did was so organized. The company crew arrived at time, and wrapped everything in a great manner. They finished the move within the time limit given. I would recommend using them.

    I chose Razor Van Lines after observing the way they handled my best friend's move. My experience began with Carol and everything was great starting with Brian and extending all of the way through delivery. This experience was perfect and we would recommend them to anyone moving out of state!

    We had six men and 2 trucks moving a huge home, into another huge place. Our mover was very professional and flexible on the delivery end, arriving a day earlier than expected, and seamlessly handling two delivery locations. A worry-free, hassle-free experience overall!

  6. Best moving crew.

    We just completed two moves with Razor Van Lines in a week, one local and one out of town. Every member of the crew was excellent. We will use them again to move back. They also packed for us. Nothing was damaged as far as we can tell. And the team was very good to work with Saved my life and my wallet.

  7. Misleading Quotes.

    We got a quote for our cross country move from United Van Lines only to discover that they had subcontracted to Razor Van lines.. who then subcontracted to Mirit Great American for the actual pickup and delivery. In the end, our items were delivered 3 weeks after we had been told, and charged $1,200 more than we had originally agreed for our small move (studio apt). Despite almost daily calls to the customer service department, and being put on hold for long periods of time, they never called back when they said they would or resolved the matter with any satisfaction. In short, we were bamboozled -- if not outright lied to. Terrible experience with untrustworthy people. Will NEVER use these companioning its again..

    The best movers around. Love their service. They work with great team spirit. The team members are punctual, hardworking, strong and really helpful and friendly. They are undoubtedly the best.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY VERBALLY SAID ONE THING AND THEN CHANGED IT AT PICK UP TIME. THEN AT PICK UP THEY WERE ADDING CHARGES AND CHANGING WHEN WOULD BE DELIVERED. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

    This company is absolutely horrible, will tell you what you want to hear to get your deposit then will not follow through with what was agreed upon and Brendan the sales rep who promised me everything would go smoothly was no where to be found, left several voice mails, emails has not returned any messages. Claimed phones were being fixed and this is why he wasn't reachable. I think they just take peoples deposits and don't deliver. Their customer service hung up when I asked to speak to a manager, called back again and had same horrible rude service, they never called the day before like they said they would do schedule the delivery then called the day of pickup just saying they could not pick up on the day agreed upon. I stressed when speaking to them that it had to be done on Wed. July 1st due to Covid restrictions on entering the complex, they promised me a truck was available and this would not be an issue. When they broke the contract by not showing up and I called for a credit on my deposit, they told me that wasn't an option and when asked to speak to a manager they told me a manager can't give me a credit either. So now I am working with my credit card company to dispute. The push for it to directly to come out of your checking account, I refused and I am glad I did. Their logo Stress Free is a big LIE. If you don't want a lot of hassles DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The moving companies they broker might be good but them as a broker company is absolutely horrible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  11. Do Not Trust. NOT A MOVER. only a Broker.

    Any reviews that state this company is moving property is a lie. Razor is a broker company. All they do is coordinate your move with a carrier. Razor lures you in with competitive "guaranteed prices", waits 72 hours for your deposit to be non-refundable then they call you with a quality assurance call. This is where the contract is updated, service and fuel fees get added, and your origin/destination fees are arbitrarily increased. We saw a 1400 dollar increase(an 80% increase on the total agreed upon price) and an additional deposit of 500 dollars (total deposit of 1040) after one of these QA calls. They claimed the new measurement calculations increased our cubic footage by 100 (contract rate was $3.25 per cubic foot) but some how that leads to a $1400 increase. Customer service was rude, hung up on us, and the company refused to explain the calculations to us. All of this and when they finally provided us with the actual moving carrier that will take care of the physical move they gave us a company with some of the lowest star rating reviews I have ever seen. We ended up just forfeiting our deposit and canceling all reservations with both companies as it was not worth the risk of further dishonest buisness practices. If Thomas, Richard, Krystal, or Mya from Razor Van Lines contact you don't even give them the time of day.

    This is our first time using movers. I was referred by a few friends and I’m absolutely amazed. These hard working guys truly made my move as smooth as it could have gone. Very neat placing boxes in the exact places asked, anything I needed done they made it happen with smiles on their faces. Thank you so much.

    Not only did the Razor Van Lines offer a better quote than other movers I called but they also went out of their way to adjust everything in the schedule according to my needs. I've referred them to friends and have only heard glowing experiences. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    I always remember what a pleasure it was to deal with your company recently. The manager and movers of Razor Van Lines are all very efficient and professional. I was very much impressed with the professionalism & willingness of the staff. The boys turned up and went straight to work, nothing was a hassle for them and we had zero damage which was commendable.

  15. Do Not Use This Company, Liars And Scammers.

    Do not use this company!! I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! A sales rep, Tom promised me a move that would happen on a specific date and would be delivered 1 day after pickup. 24 hours before, someone was supposed to call me and confirm, I didn't hear anything, so I called this company. I spoke with Shelby, very very very rude. So nasty, talks over you constantly, a true Karen. She then explained to me that Tom should have never promised me a particular date because they have a two day window, but he put me on hold, to act like he was confirming a truck. He told me these exact words " I found a truck for you, and they will be there on Wednesday" I said okay, but can you confirm that it will be there on Thursday? He then said well technically we have to give a two-day window for drop off, but you're only going 300 miles, they will be able to get your items to you on Thursday."

    He tells me this after I explained to him a previous company screwed me over and that he could guarantee the move, because he had a truck in my area and that he's "sooo sorry of what happened to me previously and he was sure I would have a better experience with them" WRONG!! Tom lied to me just to get a deposit and even offered a ACH, BIG MISTAKE. I called to confirm and I was told the pick up and delivery was not guaranteed and that Tom should have never promised me anything. Shelby went so far as to hang up in my face when I asked to speak to her supervisor and asked her to stop talking over me. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
