  1. Move to TX.

I needed to be picked up last minute and worked with a representative Matt. He guaranteed me pick up the next day and showed up the next morning just after 8am as promised. The movers were helpful and wrapped all my furniture with blankets and stretch wrap. The over all move went as promised. I have an up coming move for my mother and will be using Relocation R Us again.

  2. What a Horrible Company.

I was moving from Florida to New Jersey. I contracted Relators R US for our move, Project Manager Carlos Lopez came to our house surveyed our items and provided the price. Our move was contracted out to a company called 365 Movers and they have an F rating with the BBB. This move took place before Thanksgiving on November 24, 2016. When we tried to have our items delivered we could not reach anyone at the business to schedule the delivery. When we finally got through to the company, the final showed up on Sunday Dec 11, 2016 at 6:30 pm. More then 10 boxes were missing, all other boxes had holes and were scoped. We had 10 boxes that were opened and re-tapped. Items were stolen, boxes are missing the total price of our missing items and broken bins exceeds 5K dollars. We were not told the job would be contracted out and the contract we signed has no mention of it. This company is doing nothing to make this right.

  3. Go Else Where.

This business shouldn't even be called a business. I seriously had the run around for over a month to get my belongings when I was promised 14-21 days. They will be your absolute best friend until they get their money and then you're chopped liver and they give you the run around. You see I moved from NY to WA and was told my belongings would be here in 14-21 days. Matt, Ed, Nicole and Tommy will tell you anything you want to hear. I was quoted and guaranteed a price of $1357 with a moved pair with another family moving to WA. Then the movers gor there and informed me that my items would sit in a warehouse untIL they found a driver. What the. So, by the time the budget truck pulled out of my driveway it was $1807 for less items when my original quote had added on item space!! They charged me for the max space which was hundreds more. They tell you they wrap up your fragile items for protection like tables and chairs, tv stands ect. Tye movers used about 15 rolls of tape and informed me that it was $5 a roll. I was not paying for that. When I received my items several items were damaged and the Alex guy didn't have brains enough to put my items back together he told me that wasn't his job; yet that was included in the price assembly and disassembly were included. Ha! Not his job. The guy was an idiot and tried to give me items from another person's stuff! Do not go with this company, you will end up with broken items and very, very poor customer service! The guy couldn't get out of my driveway fast enough!

  4. Salesman called me & hung up!!

Wow. If there was lower than a 1 star, I would choose that. They called me when I asked for bids from movers.com. When I started asking knowledgeable questions (I have moved before) the guy got pushy and hard sell. I said just email me the quote and he continued on with the hard sell. When I told him he was taking too much time with the sell, he hung up on me. I was then emailed the quote and I replied to forget it. He wrote back with a nasty forgotten. Boy oh boy. Moving is stressful enough, but to be abused also?? If they are nasty from the get go, I can just imagine what it would be like.

  5. Moving from California to Georgia.

Ibrahim, Rawad and Moe were so amazing, professional and friendly. I would recommend them any time. I booked through Chris from Relocation R US and he was extremely helpful and trustworthy . Thank you guys, I was dreading this move but it could not have gone any better.

  6. Home move.

Friendly, careful and hard working group. Would recommend to others. Very service oriented. Hopefully the delivery team will be as good as this team.

  7. Pick up only, delivery not included yet.

Very impressed with the movers, Ibrahim, Rabie, Waseen, and Zak were professional and courteous. They took the time to carefully wrap all items and place them accordingly. No issues with the guys..
    Great job!

  8. Fraudulent company.

Relocation RUS supplied a written estimate for a move (one room, no bed) from NYC to SF. We, electronically, paid the first down payment. On the day of pick up, on a hurried NYC street, we supplied the second down payment, cash or cashier's check only accepted. The truck arrived in SF four weeks late, and we were told that the truck would not be unloaded, until we supplied the driver with the rest of the charge, plus $500 extra for an undisclosed, extra room our small move took on the truck. We, reluctantly, paid, just to find out that the fancy carbon bike was missing (stolen) plus there was extensive damage on several items.

The company has made no attempt to settle, nor find the missing bike. They do not maintain any kind of social media.

We are appalled and in need of help please.

    Thank you!

  9. Horrible horrible company ..for the money I thought my things were saf.

Relocations r us agreed to pick up my household and hold in storage and not ship until I arrived in california august 31, 2016..I was to get 1 month free..instead they picked up my goods and sent them to California arriving end of July when I was not there to accept delivery..they were aware because Crystal sent me an email telling me to advise when I would be ready for them to ship. When I arrived in San Diego, I contacted relocations are us to set up delivery on August 31, 2016.this was when I actually found out that they had shipped my things before hand and placed in an undisclosed public storage and allegedly placed the key under the mat..I was told that there was no trucker in area and they would call me when one was..I waited 2 weeks heard nothing so I called a gain.. I was told Noone was still unavailable to deliver my things. I waited another 2 weeks and called again..at this time I was told that I would need to hire my own moving company to deliver my household even though my contract was to include them delivering it. I told them they need to deliver my things or hire somone..they did not this went on with back and forth emails between myself and Carl Lopez 46 emails to be exact over another 2 months which brought me to November 14, 2016 when I have out of town family and needed my furniture and things. They would not ever provide me with the storage facility and I had to call every location in san diego and Noone has me listed on a unit..the moving company had their driver put the storage in his name ..finally I was able to get the drivers name from a 3rd party and track down my belongings. I hired a moving company because the relocation company had not paid the storage fees and my things were getting ready to be auctioned so I had to pay to get them out. I hired a moving company that had a 4 hour minimum and a last minute fee and a double travel time cost. $874.00 in addition I had to hire a locksmith to drill out the lock because no key was left under the mat to gain access another $175.00 emergency lockout cost. Mind you my son and I and I am permanently disabled have been extremely inconvience and hurt by sleeping eating sitting on floor in an empty apartment almost 3 months..we had no clothes or any of our comfort items. I video taped the lock smith opening just in case things were not there. We'll my things were missing and broken and scratched and dented and destroyed..I took pictures and sent to them.in addition there were a lot of items and furniture and even a safe that did not belong to ne..the relocation r us gave me other people's stuff and not mine..I contacted them and told them I'm leaving the items that not mine there and want to file a complaint and claim for my damages and missing things..it's been 5 days and they have yet to provide me with what I need to file..I want to file a civil suit not just for my things broken and missing but also for them breaching contract and not delivering my things and for my son and I being in horrible living situation for almost 3 months.

  10. Don't be an idiot!

I can't even put into words how disgusted we were with this move. Everything that could have went wrong went wrong. Hundreds of extra dollars were charged. Stuff didn't get there till days and days after estimated date. It was 9 o'clock at night. They claim they couldn't get into the apartment complex so they had to rent another truck to get the stuff off the rent a truck to bring it to us and of course that was multiple hundreds of dollars in fees as well. The whole experience from Soup To Nuts was a huge lie and massive disappointment. It was also incredibly inconvenient and Uber costly! You would be out of your mind if you even considered this company! Soup To Nuts and Abomination! Please consider this if you're reading this review! I am not making this up! And I'd hate to have to say I Told You So if you have to go through what we had to go through! Beware!

  11. First Class.

From beginning to end as explained, I knew all the gays names which was helpful Highly recomended. Nothing lost or broken and they gave me a free tv box! High fives guys.

  14. Moving out of the state.

The supervisor and his helpers which were many were extremely respectful and polite and never stopped working, very considerate, did not break for lunch or dinner and refused my offerings of food. I can/t say enough about how well they packaged everything and loaded the truck in a timely manner. Very pleased with Matt who was the first main contact and doubled checked everything. Ibrahim the supervisor was wonderful and helpful and concerned that I didn't pack any more my self. Highly pleased and would recommend their service and expertise. Very happy re-locator,.

  15. Very very horrible.

The worst experience of my life. This company if it is one doesn't deserve to be called one. They were not careful at all. Those guys did not care about anything. They smelled like pot and were high. They said some things that were not professional at all. They came more than a week later than scheduled. Then they had said that they were coming at 4 ended up getting to my house at 9 o clock at night. Also, I was told one price in the beggining and ended up paying an amount that was way over what was told. Many damaged and broken items. Then, when they saw the damage their answer to the problem was our Furniture was Garbage. They promised you that they would put everything back together and never did. Overall very bad service and company hope no one makes the same mistake I did.
