Worst experience of my life.
DO NOT USE! Wildly unprofessional, Jon a "moving specialist" has swore, called me inappropriate names, and verbally assaulted my mother and boyfriend. They say your belongings are going to get to you on a certain date and then they never show. They do not have tracking devices so they cannot track where your things actually are. Quite frankly their operation seems illegal. Once my belongings actually arrive I'd be extremely surprised if they are intact.
Excellent work.
Both guys were quick efficient and respectable with my things as well as my apartment. Definitely recommend these 2 gentlemen and company.
Pickup.
The crew on time and very curtious. Took their time to review items scheduled for transport. They professionally disassembled and wrapped furniture prior to loading. Overall very professional team. Looking forward to seeing the delivery process.
My move.
The men arrived on time, called 1/2 hr before like I was told, and moved very fast. When they came we had double the amount they were told but did not complain at all. They asked me first before adding charges and waited until I approved. They were very protective with my furniture wrapped all tightly and went on the truck carefully. It was a great experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
Moving gentlemen.
The gentlemen arrived right on time. They called when they were in the way to let me know they we comming. They were very polite and professional and very curtious. Wrapped the furniture well to protect it and would reccomend them to anyone.

Going to Fl.
The movers did an excellent job packing and loading the truck. They were kind,respectful and outgoing. Alex understood our concerns and needs, he effectively managed the process. I would recommend them to anybody. I give them 5 stars.
Moving.
The price wasn't cheap but the guys were exelent and reliable. They got the job done in no time. They were honest and hard working. I would reccomend them any time.
Relocations R Us Unethical.
Stay far, far away from a company that quotes one price, loads your goods and then holds you and the goods hostage because they have doubled the estimate. They are brokers and not a moving company, they lie about that. They lie about being a family owned "A" rated company who has their own line of trucks, be prepared a Budget Rental Truck is what will show up. They lie about their employees being background checked, they don't- because clearly I had people show up that were not in this country legally. They did not come with adequate supplies-had to run to Home Depot to buy more boxes, they did not have a hand truck, or tools to disassemble items, and not enough men to handle the job. They also did not have mattress boxes, and damaged a $2500. organic latex mattress because they bent it in half! I also paid for a packing service at $1000. which was anything but..they dumped drawers and items into boxes and taped them shut. My things were treated like garbage. They also lied about where my goods would be stored until drop off, was told Rochester and it went to some warehouse in NJ. The story seems to be the same, lies, lies and more lies, doubling the estimate after they have your goods, hiring uncaring and dishonest workers and treating your goods like garbage. This is a company that should never be allowed to be in business due to their unethical business practices! Stay far, far away!
Please avoid at all cost.
Not professional at all.. they were supposed to come the day before yesterday but their "truck broke down". They came yesterday and raised their price by from 1800 to 2800 .. brought it down to 2100. Then they didn't have tools to disassemble the furniture..they wasted an hour trying to find an Allen key. They asked me and my mom for a knife and tools. they didn't have the proper carrying carts you would expect moving companies to have.. all of my wooden furniture is scratched.. and they broke my desk..they ended up taking stuff from the fridge without asking. I cried to them for what they did to my furniture. Professional movers blanket furniture inside the apartment and then take it outside.. they took it outside first and then taped blankets around after the damage was already done to hide what they did.. they threw my boxes around. Spilled stuff out of them on the stairs. Today carl called me, which is nice.. however you do not deal with the nice people on the phone when the movers come. The movers tell you not to call the office because they are the ones moving the stuff. I still called a couple of times on Saturday and sunday and no one answered me. Every piece of my furniture has hard scratches on them. My sofa is ripped from spots. They threw boxes on my electronics. My laptops keys and mouse isn't working because they threw a box on it. I made the mistake of hiring them, please avoid at all costs. I hired them for $2120 to help me move my less then 6 month old furniture in my new apartment without a hassle but I am at a loss for that 2120, as well as property damage of more then 2000. It would have been better if I Gave away my furniture for free, atleast it would still be intact. I trusted them with my furniture and now everything is damaged (some of it can't even be repaired). I am supposed to be enjoying my new apartment, but because of these movers I am dealing with broken furniture and crying every time I see my hard earned money in broken pieces.. the reason I got movers and "a family owned business" that know how to redpect other people's property was so I wouldn't have to deal with broken furniture and a total loss of more then $4000.
Move to Tennessee.
Ok well I have mixed emotions about this. When I first called this guy Blake was great on giving me all the details and told me not to worry about any. Then it was moving day and the movers got lost (which I can't blame them cause there gps was way out of wicked) so Dave was helpful and we finally found out were they where and I drove about 25 minutes to get them. By the time I found them and got them back to my house it was close to 9pm. But the workers knocked it out and wrapped everything carefully. Dave was great and talk to his boss and have me a nice discount for my inconvenience. So 2 weeks went by and my move in date was coming up so I called Blake to make sure we were still on schedule he told me it would take 3 to 7 days from my delivery date for my stuffed to arrive. Well I wasn't happy about that so I called the main number and talk to a very helpful lady and she said it on it s way. The movers called and they were there bright and early the day after the date which was perfect. Everything seems to be in good condition but still think I'm missing 2 boxes. Overall all is good.
Moving from NYC to Miami.
Movers were here on time. Alex was very informative about the move and cost. they got the job done good and fast.

After speaking with Jon K I was set at ease. The company is family oriented and it shows. Great rates and even greater customer satisfaction Alex and his incredible staff were prompt, knowledgable, and professional.
I would recommend this staff of great "workers" from the front desk to the back of the house anyday

Moving Review.
I was moving from Northern New Jersey to Jupiter Florida and hired Relocation R Us to help me transport belongings. Dave and his team were professional and worked with me through the entire process. I was given phone numbers and was able to call and check the progress. They also worked with my tight budget and provided me with a reasonable discount. They made my move from Jersey to Florida a less stressful experience.
