I compared a bunch of local moving companies online and ended up going with Tierney Van Lines. The estimate they gave me wasn't the cheapest one but they came to my house to do the estimate and after the last moving experience I had two years ago with also a local company (I ended up paying almost double than what I got quoted for) I decided not to go with the lowest estimate, and was absolutely impressed. The lady on the phone had those fun-sounding friendly attitudes that made me feel good about booking with them, and then the movers were very friendly, efficient, careful and professional. They even called to ask if I wanted them to come early - awesome! The whole experience was easy and seamless, I paid maybe $40 more than what they quoted me and they did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them next time.

When you hire a low-cost moving company like Tierney Van Lines, mishaps and chaos are a given. I hired them because I couldn’t afford the fancy ones, closed my eyes and expected the worst. But, to my utter surprise, they were outstandingly good. The movers were so professional and experienced. The four men finished packing everything very quickly and they loaded everything without any issues. They delivered on time and I found all my belongings safely transported. I was wondering if they were going to add double the amount to the final bill. Surprisingly, they charged exactly what they quoted. It really doesn’t get better than this, does it?
If I move again I will definitely use them.
Experience and proficiency means everything in this business. Movers from Tierney Van Lines were highly experienced and proficient. They were not only obedient but also were well mannered. They moved all of our furniture with great care . If I move again I will definitely use them. I want to work with the same movers too because my guys just blew me away with their work ethic and efficiency.

My wife and I had been working really hard for the bigger house with more space for or kids. Finally, when we got it, it was time to scramble for a quick move. It was no surprise that we hired Tierney Van Lines. They are the absolute best in this business. They provided us the easiest move. I practically had to do nothing and these men took care of everything. The crew of 3 men arrived right on time and they were very well prepared. They packed up all my belongings very quickly. I was very impressed seeing how efficient and organized they were. These movers are possibly the best that you will get in this business. They made the delivery on time and none of my valuables was broken and damaged. I wouldn’t even hesitate to hire them again.

I chose Tierney Van Lines the first time based on their reviews and the second time based on my previous experience. The crew protected all the furniture by wrapping and padding in blankets and cardboard to ensure their safe transport. I am super impressed and recommend them highly.

Tierney Van Lines turned out to be my best decision that I have ever made. It was a hot rainy night and the men moved my belongings without getting them wet. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They set me up for a win. I am forever going to be grateful to the Tierney Van Lines.

We just used Landmark moving and storage and movers yesterday for our move within PA and couldn't have been more pleased! We were quoted for 3 guys at a ridiculously reasonable rate and they didn't charge extra to provide a COI. These guys were friendly, fast, safe, professional and even carried everything up an extra flight of stairs. Surely.
The crew was great!
Everything went smooth and was surprisingly easy, my coordinator Cody was very helpful. I ordered the guys pizza and soda for them to enjoy a nice lunch and have them each $100 tip for the hard work!

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE I would rate 10/10 movers were so nice and very caring for my home goods. I booked this move at first I was a little unsure but the manager reassured me my items would be safe and secure and the move would go extremely well and IT DID JUST THAT!! the move took a total of 5 days they kept in contact with me every day that is what I loved most about this move everyone was on the same page and very informative if you are planning on moving this is the perfect company for you hassle and worry free!
