  1. SCAM

My mother's items were picked up by these guys (who were a subcontractor of the hired company). It's been in their possession for about 6 weeks and we still don't have any clue where her stuff is. She received a handful of items and they are trashed-- not just scratched, trashed. That's after paying $6,200. Don't use this company or All Pro Moving Co, which seems to be their new name (same phone number). I also wouldn't hire a moving company unless you KNOW who the contracted companies will be.

  2. Scam Avoid This Guys

Very worst service you can get, they are not professional. Don't hire them. They steal your valuable stuff.

  3. False impersonation of me

Not sure why someone used my name to write a review on here. I never used this company nor wrote a review about it. Whoever did this was obviously trying to impersonate me. This is the real Jessica Tyrra and the only thing I can possibly think of is my estranged in laws using my name to write such a great review on here. Last time I knew, Joann Tyrra worked for a moving a company (Maybe still does) but I'd like for the review someone left under my name on Oct. 26th, 2018 to be removed. Thanks.

  4. Horrible Company.

If I could leave a one star rating I would. These people are scammers!! My husband and I made the awful decision to have these people move us from our apartment in WI to our condo in IA. They showed up hours late, then demanded we pay them $200 cash before they'd move our things. We were blindsided, and of course had to pay them the money because we had no other choice -- our lease at the apartment was up and a new family would be moving in. We were told our things would be delivered within 3 days so my husband and I, along with our two toddlers, drove down to IA and stayed with his brother until our things arrived at our new place. Surprise, our stuff didn't arrive until 2 WEEKS LATER. My husband was starting a new job in IA and didn't have enough clothes for two weeks so we had to purchase an entire new wardrobe for him. Plus we only packed a handful of outfits each for our kids. They didn't have any of their toys, we didn't have our beds, nothing. So we ended up having to stay with my brother-in-law for those two weeks. My husband and I called every day to see when our stuff would be delivered and they just kept telling us "the next day," which of course was never true. Then when they did finally deliver everything, they had written items onto our bill that we didn't even have, such as a dining table and rocking chair. They also had broken one of our china plates, glassware, and scratched up the walls at our new condo because they were careless carrying in our furniture. They ended up charging us over $4000 which was twice as much as we were quoted. They are complete scammers and I hope no one else has to deal with this "company" of crooks!!

  5. Avoid Avoid SCAM.

This company completely SCAM and the give you the Lowball quote and take your deposit and never provide the services. It is completely Robbing.

Don’t trust and give them even a penny.

  6. Move.

I have been told four delivery dates and still have not received my household goods. After researching the this company, I found that the BBB gave them an F. Strongly recommend not using this company.
My move was coordinated thru a moving brokerage firm, Moving Pro US. I am NOT happy with this company and their affiliates. Very poor service.

  7. Small move Florida to Texas.

If there were zero stars, I would rate them less than that!
    They lie.
    They cheat.
    They threaten.
I was guaranteed my balance could be put on my Visa. They called on Saturday night at 9:30 and said their machine was broken and they want to deliver on Sunday and I needed to be prepared with cashier's check or cash. I said fix your machine and deliver on Monday.
Needless to say, the guy was an absolute jerk.
Even worse than the extortion was all my thing stank so badly of cigarettes I may never get the stink out!
    Do not use these movers!!

  8. United Relocation Movers, LLS.

I am unhappy with my moving company because the "professional movers" were rude and careless,
They put things on the truck that were set aside and not to be moved.
.I called the on 9/6/2019 to get my belongings delivered to my new home, So far they have failed to deliver my your belongings to my new address and all I get are excuses about when they will deliver my furniture.
They have also requested much more money than they quoted you originally,
They handled my furniture and moving boxes carelessly and as a result I can only hope that everything arrives in one piece undamaged. Now on 10/28/2019 They won't even take my calls.I really hope anyone reading this to take heed, RUN! Don't call The Broker, Purple Heart Moving Group either, as they apparently have no control or real interest what goes on around them.

  9. 0 Star Rating if I could.

    Very unprofessional and rude.

My furniture was damaged and the estimate doubled. They told me their charge machine was down and needed a cashier's check or they would not release my furniture.

    DO NOT USE THEM!

Let me know where I can file my complaints beside the BBB.

  10. United Relocation.

Update: I still have yet to get my money back from this company. My furniture is still in storage. No check has been issued for all my damaged furniture that was mostly brand new with tags. Thank God I took pics before they started moving. My son was also recording so we have great pics. I also have the the main mover in charge in a pic that charged me over 10,000+ more dollars. He only took the legs of all my tables and counted each individual leg as more inventory. As you can see, not one reply on here from the company. Where’s Alison@unitedrelocation.net or Camron (561)503-2511? If anyone wants to sue this company, I’m all in. Please email me. They don’t even try to correct their mistakes. This is a scam and they deserve to be in jail. This has completely damaged my life and caused so much stress. I haven’t slept in my bed or wore any of my clothes since August. Basically the things my son and I fit into the car is how we have been living. Let’s see if United Relocation has a response!

  11. Scam company.

One of the worst moving companies. They lost half my bed. Damage countless items and misplaced thing then said that since their driver never put it on the inventory then it must not exist hence they won't replace it. No compensation offered for waiting almost 2 months to receive my bed. If you like your stuff don't choose them. Not worth the $6000 when I was originally quoted $3300.

  12. These people are scam artists and thieves.

United Relocation Movers out of Saint Louis Mo use unethical practices and scare tactics after they take your goods. They try to get more money than they estimate. With my move they finally delivered my goods arriving at 9:15 pm on a very dark night and were not finished until 12:30 am. However, in order to schedule a delivery I needed to send them an extra cash payment which the man promised to return to me when my credit card charge came through. He did not refund my money as promised and basically stole $2095 and it looks like they are going to get away with it! Some of my furniture arrived broken and they never called me back with insurance info or anything.
Beware. You'd be a fool to use these people.

  13. Terrible - Do not use this company.

Terrible. Do not use this company!

This is an unethical business. I believe the name change to Silverstar was to improve their reputation, but they still employ the same scam artists. A day and a half late, a third party mover milked this job going into "overtime" and not finishing until 11:00 pm. This was too late for an elderly person to be up, waiting while they did the moving. We were packed, ready to be moved since the original scheduled date of 1/14 and no contact information, or phone calls leaves one very upset. This has been very tramatic for my mom.

No word from the movers as to delivery date. About 10 days later, we receive a call; the driver is 200 miles away and needs to meet today! Items arrived at the destination, several broken and missing pieces - now we have to file a claim. What appears to be a low cost moves then doubles at the end after inventory is counted and third parties are paid. We were charged $800+ over the contract amount and at the end needed to pay $550 in money order to the delivery driver because the delivery was over 75 steps from truck. I would advise to go with another mover who is upfront about the charges.

  14. United Sucks, Don't Contact, Beware.

Everyone BEWARE. The only reason this company has anything more than 1 star is because they created fake accounts and gave themselves 5 stars. Every single REAL customer has ranked them as a 1 star. And that is only because the system doesn't allow us to give them ZERO STARS.

They are LIARS. They failed to inform my family that they were not in fact the movers, but instead that they are a broker and they contract out to other movers. They moving company they chose to contract with what happened to be some fraudulent company that ended up stealing my money and breaking my furniture. Two peas in a pod I guess.

After my horrific move (which is the moving company's fault, not United), United refused to compensate me for damage and insisted that there was no recourse for me. The moving company charged me over $7,000 dollars--which included several over-charging incidents. For example, they stated that my inventory was DOUBLE the actual size. I measured the truck myself and compared it to the moving sheet. They also charged me for a long-haul (meaning the movers had to walk a long way to get to the truck), when the truth was that the truck was parked in my driveway. I have picture proof.

After my move, I reached out to United Relocation for help. They didn't answer my phone calls, they said they couldn't do anything, and that I was lying about the movers. They also said they have no liability since the contract was not with them. THEY PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH THE MOVERS?!?!

I am in the process of working on a lawsuit against them. I have already contacted the Attorney General in the state I moved from and the state I moved to. They will get what's coming to them.

  15. Avoid at ALL Costs (as there are a lot of them).

AWFUL. Do NOT go through this company. I would give a negative star if I could. They fail to disclose that they are only a broker & do not actually provide any moving services. They are sales people & will promise you the world to get your business then are MIA the second you pay them. There is literally NO concern for their customers once you pay them their split. They will send you the contract to e-sign while on the phone & make you pay before having a full chance to read the small print & will tell you they will be prompt, no hidden fees, they will be your only point of contact, "this is my personal cell" etc. This was the whole reason I went w/ them because they sounded honest & like they genuinely cared but I found out the TOTAL opposite-these people are CROOKS & I don’t know how they can sleep at night. I was never informed they aren't the actual movers so I was shocked when another company showed up at my door w/ a totally different name & informed of SEVERAL additional charges. Also, I was told the move could be completed in 1-2 days due to the short distance of the move(6 hrs), however this new company stated 3-14 days, which really means 21 days because apparently that is what they are allowed by law even though they claim 3-14 days & even state on their contract. Oh & this does not include weekends, they count standard business days even though they supposedly conduct business on weekends as a "courtesy" to their customers however, do not answer the phone or actually deliver nor count that towards the 3-14 or excuse me-21 days for delivery? So you are looking at a solid month for delivery. They have no care in the world for their customers even if it is causing them a hardship. An additional $350 charge TWICE for a shuttle truck if you are moving from one apartment complex to another because their 18-wheel truck does not fit, even if your belongings only take up a THIRD of the SHUTTLE truck & you do not require the large truck. They charge for every ft they have to carry items over 75 ft when hello-how would anyone know that when moving to a new apartment complex in a new state & have not been assigned their unit until move-in day? They also charge extra if you live on any floor other than the 1st. They make it seem like the move will be timely because they give you an early pickup date, however they fail to disclose is that the ACTUAL moving company tries to pack multiple moves together which results in them packing up your stuff to take it to a storage facility in the city you're moving from until they get multiple other moves to fill their truck. Additionally, they showed up 2 days earlier than promised so I was not prepared & was w/o a bed, TV, furniture, clothes, dishes etc. for a few days all for them to put my stuff in storage in the city I was moving from & take a month to even pack the truck to drive to the city I was moving to (which mind you was only 6 hrs away). When I called Brandon (who gave me his "personal" cell & even texted me after the initial call) I received a voicemail for a Chase at that number & the other person I spoke with-Cameron who only called to up the initial estimate was also MIA & even rejected my calls as they stopped ringing & went straight to voicemail after the 1st call. When I threatened to report them to the BBB “Brandon” or Chase sent me a generic “OMG I am looking into this right away!” then I NEVER heard back from him even after 3 additional emails were sent & multiple calls. Additionally, the company that finally delivered my stuff was a totally different company based out of L.A. so in total, there are 3 companies involved AKA getting a split of the profits which probably explains all the additional expenses. Oh & when the stuff was FINALLY delivered, there were several broken dishes. Some lessons are learned the hard way-I recommend either selling your stuff & starting new or disassembling your own furniture & renting a U-HAUL if this is standard for moving companies.
