  1. Terrible everything was broken

    Terrible everything was broken’. My motorcycle was damaged it was scratched up I had tape on it they broke my light kit I have broken dishes and sentimental items and glass in picture frames and all of the stuff I had wrapped very well even my Tupperware containers were broken and then of course they tried to charge me extra money saying that they couldn’t deliver it on top of charging me an extra $2000 when they picked my furniture up from what the original quote was and I’m still waiting to hear back as far as what they’re going to do about my damages

    Charged 650. more than estimated. asked me to tip all of the movers, (6 young men)

    moved from San Antonio, TX to Southern CA. asked for more money again upon arrival ($800.)In addition, there were numerous missing boxes, broken items.

  3. Terrible company that will damage all of your stuff

    Destroyed a bunch of my stuff when I used them to move... then they use some 3rd party company to give you the run around and make it an extreme hassle to try and get a refund. once you finally do get an offer, they low ball you well below the required amount specified by their OWN fine print. If your moving out of state too good luck seeking any sort of recourse. you'd have to pursue it in TX not wherever you end up.

    If you want anything you own to still be in one piece when it shows up, then avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. They damaged my couch, motorcycle, dishes, box spring... the list goes on.

  4. Will my stuff ever show up

    Don't use this company. So sad that they still have my stuff after almost two months.. No one calls you back. No management to speak to. Wish we could get money back and just move the things my self at this point.

  5. Moving cross country

    Worst experience in my life. After jacking up the price for storage, we got our furniture in broken pieces -- 25 items damaged and boxes crushed. Don't use this company. I am still trying to get reimbursed for damage -- what a joke this company is. Damage looks intentional as retaliation.

  6. Ripoff

    They were subcontracted by Trinity Van Lines. When they arrived on the day before our closing in Dallas they said Trinity had missed the estimate by $3,400 due to COVID protocol. We lived in an affluent neighborhood so I am sure they saw opportunity. We spent the next three weeks trying to get a moving date. After claiming they had a 21 day window from our first available date. Two days later we get a call saying the truck was loaded and on the way. We previously told them the community we live in would not allow Sunday moves. Of course they said they would be there Sunday. Finally they agreed to Monday. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the crew they sent did a very good job

  7. HORRIBLE !!!

    I really hope I get reimbursed for all the things they BROKE. from start to finish this company is absolutely horrible, so much of my furniture is broken including my daughters! They wouldn’t even take my boxes up a flight of stairs. The movers complained they had worked all day (as if it was my fault ) the driver was rude and gave no communication. They told us they would arrive 10-14 days after the pick up March, then I got a message saying they would drop off my furniture April 13-16 they told me the driver would call me a day or two prior to arrival and he never did. The 16 I called them because I was worried and the customer service was horrendous they didn’t help me at all , I honestly thought I got scammed for my furniture which is even scarier when you have a child. I finally received a call Sunday , he said he’d be here in the afternoon, we had to call him back at 630pm and he said he would be there at 7:20pm and he didn’t get to our home until 9PM on a SUNDAY! The men were rushing to bring everything in and even the movers were surprised with how much furniture was BROKEN. I can’t believe this company is still in business because it seems as though plenty of others have had the same experience . It looked like they just threw my things around the back of their truck. I can keep going with the complaints but clearly I see plenty of others had their things broken by them too, late delivery, rude employees. They do not do anything they promise u. Besides move a bunch of broken things from point a to point b.

  8. Scam

    The movers who picked up our stuff had asked me what date I preferred for delivery arrival date.   I told the moving representative that I would be picking up my apartment key on March 16th 2021, and so the moving rep told me he would annotate on the form the date of 17 March 2021. I acknowledged back to the moving rep “Ok, that sounds good”.  So then I called to check on the status of the delivery date of the moving truck  arrival time and was told by a representative of U.S. Movers, that the date on the form was only the first available date and not the actual date that the movers would be at my apartment with my stuff. The representative went on to tell me that the movers will be arriving within 10 business days of the date I gave the moving representative I originally spoke with during my household goods being packed. This lack of correct information given to me is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I know have to wait more than a week to receive furniture such as bedding for my 4 year old and myselfno any damage of our furniture. d clothes and furniture to sit on because of this irresponsible act of lack of information dissemination on the part of this company.  This company should properly and professionally inform the  customers clearly know exactly how many days it will take to deliver my stuff rather than have me and my child here waiting on things we absolutely need .And this is a very long time to wait. From the date they pick up our stuffs on March11, like the lady told me 1st Arrive date with in 10days.that's mean I may have to wait 16 days just can get my stuffs arrived, AND WE'RE JUST MOVING FROM AUSTIN TX TO DENVERCO,  THAT'S REDICULOUS!  I am very disappointed in this service and will share my pain and  disappointment with others and make this situation for others to be aware of this company. Well we still didn't receive our stu.fs yet, hopefully no any damages. They have a lots of positive is fake, just take a look their fb, have a lots of positive reviews posted on the same date...and there also have a lot of negative reviews, experience just like my situation now, and more worst.

    These people are con artists. Bait and switch when they have you over a barrel. Steer clear. Our complaint with US Movers Inc, is that they made every effort to deceive us and pressured us into signing documents that we would have not signed had the situation played out differently. The details of our negative experience with this company are extensive, in summation though, our stance is that the initial terms that we the consumers had been given through both verbal and written estimates were merely a basis for which the service provider, US Movers Inc., could exploit the situational circumstances we were in. They first broke the terms of a Binding Estimate, signed by both parties on the date of July 26, 2020, by not adhering to a clause added to said contract before either party signed it. It stated that the final cubic footage of our belongings once on the truck would be the billable cubic footage. It is also our stance that throughout our experience with US Movers Inc., they knowingly and willfully took obfuscatory measures to exploit us, the consumers. The most overt tactic taken by US Movers Inc., was to verbally communicate contradictory information from that which was in contracts they were pressuring us to sign under duress. The most unsettling fact of this experience is the nature of the duress. US Movers Inc. left the premises of the home where the belongings were picked up, with the consumers belongings, before the final contracts were signed. At that point, we the consumers had no choice but to sign final contracts. This was made clear by US Moving Inc. having said just that, and more clearly still by claiming to already be in "possession" of our belongings. This was illustrated to us most effectively by absconding with all of our belongings, without any notice or contractual assurances. After obtaining those signatures, the good faith expectation that our belongings would then be treated with any consideration was also not met. Upon receiving our damaged belongings we were once again met with dishonest business practices that included misinformation and hostility.

    Fabulous service. Friendly, respectful, helpful and efficient staff. Could track vehicles at all times, which was very useful when coordinating timings. I highly recommend it. Great experience and experienced movers!

    They were great. I was only expecting one person and preparing to help lift my washing machine etc. but two turned up. They were kind, efficient, helpful, punctual and quick. I would be happy to use them and recommend them to anyone. I am already singing their praises to all those people I know.

    Great service from US Movers - had a query about timings on day of delivery - phoned Emily the driver whose number I had been given the day before - he was most helpful in accommodating pick up time. On the day he kept me updated as to the delivery time - efficient, professional delivery, goods handled with care. Thank you. It was good experience and worth for money coz other quotes were too much and most important I got my stuff in time
