Amazing Movers!
They has done a very good job by moving my material from my old one-bedroom apartment and packing my things for 6 weeks and taking my stuff to my new one-bedroom apartment. They use a lot of tapes, but as a result, my deployment is healthy and shows no sign of damage. We also wrapped up my mattresses, and they were as good as new when we arrived in my new place.
I URGE YOU To CHOOSE ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY - They are frauds
TLDR: They will make you feel comfortable, lie to you, steal your deposit money and refuse to give it back. They were a no show. Movers never came, never even contacted me. When I asked for a refund, they claim accountability for nothing, and will not refund my money for services that they never provided.

Everything about the process with Moving Pros has felt like a scam and the fact that they will not refund my money after not showing up or communicating anything to me feels like pretty hard evidence of that.
I signed up with Moving Pros in a rush after other movers cancelled on me. Moving Pros sales people are great at their jobs. They make you feel like they will take care of you and feel comfortable.
Red Flag 1 - They would not let me end the phone call. I had to check with my neighbor to see if they cold help with the move. James from Moving Pros said for us to proceed, they need to be put on hold not a new call.
Red Flag 2 - Pressured into the Bank transfer 50% deposit. They only accept bank transfers, not credit card like most reputable businesses. They will cash your virtual check as soon as they can. They do not wait for services to be rendered. This eliminates any opportunity for a bank dispute since they have your signed over cash.
Red Flag 3 - I was assured by James from Moving Pros that I would receive a call the day before the truck would arrive to coordinate timing. I never received that call. My scheduled slot with them was a 4 day period, Tues-Fri. I called them Thursday afternoon because I had not received any word.
Red Flag 4 - Excuses and false assurances. On that phone call I was told the driver would actually be calling me within the hour and to call back if I don’t hear from them. Didn’t hear anything so I called back again. This continued over 5 conversations with Moving Pros Customer Support. Each time they gave me an excuse “they are on a delivery and will be calling you after”, “the truck is actually in the repair shop”.
Red Flag 5 - It’s very easy for them to claim ignorance. Every bit of communication goes through “Dispatch”. They only have the limited information that Dispatch tells them. I asked for the drivers number and they wouldn’t provide that to me.
Red Flag 6 - Customer Service takes the nights and weekends off so you’re completely out of luck if you need something off hours.
At no point did I receive any communication from Moving Pros that I didn’t initiate. I hounded them for information for 3 days only to be fed BS from their customer service. The drivers never showed and they claim to have reports that their driver tried calling me and texting me. I never got anything and I was watching my phone like a hawk because you know, all my possessions are dependent on this move happening.
I sent Moving Pros phone logs as proof. They are apparently trying to verify from their drivers, their phone logs. It’s all a ruse. They take your money and since they have it, they make stuff up like that to keep from refunding you. None of their story lines up. At no point over my 5 conversations spanning 3 days with their customer service did they mention the driver having an issue reaching me.
They are scammers and I can only imagine they outsourced positive reviews to get their score up, which is incredibly cheap and easy to do.

Great service, the driver David and his colleague worked very hard and made moving a very large bulky sofa look like child's play. Friendly, efficient, effective, polite, tidy, timely, good value. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Amazing guys
We hired US Pro Moving to help us with our one bedroom move and paid for a partial pack. They not just helped in packing boxes but even helped me unpack some of the wardrobes and larger boxes so I had room to unpack! I hope I don’t have to move for a few years, but if I do I’ll be calling them.
I liked it!
High-quality staff, good interaction! The boss, with whom I spoke was very positive that my movers are very skilled, after a trip around my house, they arrived on time and got to work. They are non-smokers and quickly and efficiently moved all of my stuff.
Do not use them!
Do not use this company! All of the bad reviews are correct! Let’s start with the fact that they aren’t the moving company that will be actually moving your things across country. They subcontract out to other movers who also have horrible reviews. They also you booking agents that are a third party as well to sell to service. The booking agent I got was Michelle Jones she was terrible as well. She gave me her phone number and told me to call her or text her with any questions and concerns but after I signed the contact and gave them the deposit she never picked up the phone again nor told me that another moving company would be moving my stuff or how to contact them. I couldn’t only get a text at best and nothing would be resolved. As far as US Pro Moving and Logistics is as a company I have no idea what they actually do, they don’t move anything and they say they are the logistics Company but every time I would call them they never had any answers instead I would get responses like “we have to wait for the other company to get back to us because they aren’t open yet” or “the other company isn’t answer the phone so I don’t know” and then they would never call you back even if you asked them to when they have the information. On top of this horrible customer they were either rude, condescending, or stoned. They had no information, even where my stuff was or where it was being stored or when it would get to me, not even an estimate. Also it took them a month to finally drop my stuff off and they wanted to deliver it on Christmas Day and threatened to take it back across country to Las Vegas if I didn’t have them drop it off. Honestly it caused me so much stress and there were weeks I thought it was a huge scam and they had just taken my money and my stuff to never get it back.
Please do not use this company!

Talk about awesome
Michael and Ceasar moved our stuff and they were great. They were on time and came ready to work. They were both super friendly, professional, and efficient. They had everything loaded up and ready to go in less than 2 hours. I really appreciated that they supplied the blankets, as another moving company said we would be required to supply them. They wrapped everything in shrink wrap and treated all of our furniture with such care.
Great Services
US Pro Moving Long Distance Movers took care of our move from NH City to FL. We had gotten several offers from other companies, but no one was as helpful and friendly as these guys! Their price was high but worth it because of service quality.
Best Company
Vince and Franklin did a fantastic job moving us. They were polite, careful, and efficient. They expertly wrapped furniture and didn't rush, but still got our whole move completed in 6 hours. My husband and I have used three different moving companies over the course of almost 10 years living and this is the best we've dealt with.

Easy booking, great price, and good communication throughout, the driver was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them again. 10 out of 10 in my book.
Use Them Again
Brown and Morton did a first rate job moving us. They were efficient, courteous, and good-natured. Moving is complicated and very tiring, but this trio made it almost fun! They cared enough to pay me for damage to a cupboard piece. I would definitely contact US Pro Moving and Logistics for any future moves.
Bad company
The ppl they found for me was very unprofessional they lost sum of my things n they broke my lamps my 85in tv n tied the card around my curtain rods I will show a video if I could post it I would not recommend to anyone especially with what I’m goin thru tryna get my stuff replaced by them n they made me go thru d movers insurance I’m getting the run around so far I hope whoever see this listen cuzz it look like I’m goin to hve to sue both
No Complaints
There aren't many that will give a lower price or quicker turnaround time in my opinion, and we've shopped in a couple places already. So, with US Pro Moving it was more than we were expecting. We love them. They are great.
