Good Job!!
They’ve done a wonderful job. All items were wrapped appropriately and nothing was damaged except for my Ike bookshelf but the movers did warn us about that being a possibility prior to moving it. There was no additional fee for the extra stop, so that was great and I was pleasantly also surprised about that! Will definitely recommend them!
Great Service!
My father had to transfer to another state and so do we so shifting was the biggest nightmare but US Pro Moving and Logistics helped us so much that it can't be put in words. They came to help me in wrapping everything off and then they loaded in their enormous storage and also helped me unwrapping everything after the off-load. I feel so relaxed and my parents were chilled too that in no time everything was settled.

They moved me on short notice and delivered when I requested which happened to be the day after Thanksgiving. I was worried they wouldn't make the timeline but they did and the price was outstanding as well. I am truly grateful they came through for me and the crew was so upbeat on delivery day that we had a BBQ. I recommend these guys to anyone moving cross-country it’s worth every dollar.

They know their stuff
The guys at US Pro Moving and Logistics was great, they arrived on time, and called us to let us know they were en route. They moved us in less time than the estimate, and were worth every penny. Very accommodating. This was our first time using movers, and I'll never go back! It was so easy, and really great. I was skeptical about the suggested amount of guys they said we would only need two guys and the truck, but they pretty much flew.

Unethical Refund Policy
I wrote to the company to ask them to make an exception in their refund policy. My husband had recently hired them to move us from Alabama to Washington.We did not know exactly when that would be happening, so gave them an arbitrary date of two months away. But due to extreme financial difficulties, we had to postpone that move...indefinitely. We called the company to notify them that we would not be moving and asked for a refund. Their response was that our window of opportunity had long past.
According to their contract, we only had five days from the day of signing, in which to get a refund. So they are legally not bound to refund our money. However, $8132.00 is a LOT of money to us. (Actually, it is much of our savings.) Losing that money will be a great hardship. So I asked them to make an exception, even if we only got a partial refund.
They hadn't yet done anything for us, except talk to us on the phone,as of the date of cancelling. So keeping the whole amount of $8132.00, I feel, is outside the boundary of human decency.
It has been over a week since I emailed them and they have not had the common courtesy to even respond to me.

This company is a life saver, I've had awful experiences with other moving companies before while working with US Pro Moving was a breath of relief. They took careful care of my crystal dishes, record collection, and guitars. Moving delicate items such as those always worry me but thankfully this company knows what they are doing. I recommend US Pro Moving to anyone looking for work well done.

I found US Pro Moving all my worries were put to rest. The movers were friendly, took very good care of all my property. They were quick and efficient, and most importantly careful. I was really in the need for a moving service that would meet my needs and work well, and US Pro Moving met and exceeded all my expectations. They were efficient, thoughtful and diligent as they moved my furniture. They were also very respectful and made the experience very pleasant overall. Would definitely recommend! Overall a wonderful experience
Used them last week and Hank the estimator came out the following day that I called to walk through the house with me to review the contents. He was really nice, helpful and kind. I hired them immediately, but my move date changed at the last minute. I called him and he said no Problem. The team led by Hank showed up earlier than expected which was great. They were friendly careful and quick.
DO NOT USE
This company is a SCAM! They told me they had an “A” rating and that the company I already had a quote from was a “B” rating, so I went with them. They didn’t even price match my other quote, but assured their service was the best and it was worth the extra. I was fooled, that’s my bad for being so naive, but I’ve learned.
I gave them the exact dimensions of every piece of furniture and quoted them for 30 boxes. My estimate was $2500. On moving day, the actual movers showed up and my stuff took up twice the amount of space they estimated, and I only had 20 boxes! My total changes were almost $6000!
Additionally, my movers were supposed to arrive on a Thursday. It took 5 times calling to finally get through that day, and they told me they wouldn’t be there until Friday! Would have been nice to get a call. Then when my movers arrived Friday at 5 PM(!!), they didn’t have it in their contract that I would be storing with them, so they left and US Pros said it was their bad and had to find different movers. Finally, a new group came on Saturday.
When I initially called and got my $2500 quote, they said I could store with them for the first 30 days free and $100/month after that. The storage place called me today and told me it was $640/month. Now I have to move my stuff AGAIN to another unit. This has been the most miserable moving experience I could have possibly imagined.
When I called the first time, they never said any of these figures were an estimate. They even said I wouldn’t have to pay another dime than what was on my concrete. To be taken advantage of to this degree during a pandemic (AND as a new mother to a 5 month old) is so outrageously awful. Any time I have called, these people sound like frat kids. It’s a group of children taking advantage of people and laughing with each other about it. Laugh all you want- karma will get you guys.
And to the guy who said “don’t talk to me like your boyfriend”- 1.) completely unprofessional, 2.) you wish and 3.) I wouldn’t be caught dead dating a POS like you :)

US Pro Moving were professional, courteous and efficient. The quote was affordable and met my budget compared to other moving companies. I highly suggest hiring these guys for your moving needs! 5 stars!
