No damages and super professional the entire time
Kevin and his crew moved my parents from a house in CO to FL with ease. They managed large old furniture pieces amazingly well and were very considerate of fragile, smaller items. I would recommend them to anyone. The initial quote Sam provided was reasonable and because of the teams incredible effort they saved us even more in hours of labor. I would recommend to anyone.
Kyle and his team were fantastic
They were so quick and efficient that I had a hard time keeping up with them as I was trying to pack up some stuff while they were moving. They showed up on time, moved all the stuff from my 4 bedroom plus a garage full of kids’ stuff, disassembled and re-assembled my furniture, all within 7 hours. We had a lot of stuff, so this was an incredibly short amount of time spent moving. Can't say enough good things about them.

US Pro Moving is the all-inclusive moving company that we were looking for. They are just so cool and calm when it comes to dealing with customers which made us feel very relaxed. The pricing of course was what really drew our attention working with them saved us over $1000. Moving is expensive so we were able to use that money and other areas that we needed. The movers were quick, professional and efficient. They packed and unpacked everything nicely and carefully. And even re-assembled some of my stuff too. Don’t have anything bad to say about these guys. Will recommend!

Movers like this are hard to come by so if I could suggest anything to the next person was to at least get a quote from them and see where they stand. They were excellent with us and I can expect them being different with anyone else. Highly highly recommended! Would use them again!

They came on time and brought materials to help me pack. They loaded everything on a truck and that was that. I flew down to Florida and a day and half later I got a phone call saying my stuff will be at my house in an hour. I trusted my friend’s word and he was right. I appreciate everything that you did and I will use you guys in the near future.

They showed up on time and began to work immediately disassembling furniture and packing boxes. They did a full service move we didn’t have to do a single thing except letting movers in. They were by far the best moving company that we’ve ever worked with in the future I like the service I got and would recommend to any of my fellow friends and family.

My name is Jeanne DeMello and on September 12th 2020, we hired *US PRO MOVING and LOGISTIS LLC*, to take care of moving 2 motorcycles and 40 large cardboard boxes from Connecticut to the State of Washington,
just about 3000 miles logistic service that was scheduled to be picked up on Saturday September 26th, between 12pm/2pm.
As sign of good faith, we made a check deposit of US$906.00 which cleared 2 days later.
As the moving date getting closer, I tried to contact Steve Mitchell ( the customer rep within the US PRO MOVING), but the phone and extension number he gave me never worked, no answering
service, NADA.
At this point I was really worried if I had lost my initial deposit and having to reschedule my whole moving.
On Saturday 26th some time after 2pm, we received a phone call from the Truck driver saying a misshapen occur and he wouldn't come that day as scheduled and a dispatcher would contact us within 2 hours.
It never happended!
I tried to contact customer service so many times using their emergency line and no success at all in getting alive person to let us know what was going on.
Now we are desperate, because we need to clear the house to return the keys, we had to cancel our sunday flight and find a way to do the moving ourselves.
After hard thinking and sleepless night and many tries to get in touch with *US PRO MOVING*, we decided to go ahead and rent a PENSKE TRUCK and so we did.
At one point I finally got in touch with Robert Smith, supposed to be one of the managers, and after explaining the whole situation, he apologized and assured that I would get a full refund of my INITIAL DEPOSIT US$906.00
Today NOVEMBER 16th 2020, over 2 months later, I still do not have my Initial Deposit Refund for a Service that never happended.
BE AWARE!!!

Ed, Cameron and Chris were on time and they even had called to see if I was ready earlier because their earlier apt. finished quickly. Super hard working, and we would definitely use these guys again. They took great care to wrap furniture and cover floors and were diligent in asking about what should go where and how. Thanks so much, you saved us a ton of work as we weren't able to do this move on our own this time. Fair price for the effort on Labor Day weekend.

I just moved in town and had three guys from US Pro Moving and Logistics. I can't tell you how impressed I was by these guys. They were prompt, courteous, mindful of my property and mainly just incredible. They packed my furniture like it was their own. I had a second story and moved to a third floor. This crew was just fantastic. I am a local realtor and would recommend them and Up line to any of my clients. Thanks for such a fantastic moving experience.

I have moved more times than I wish to admit. My experiences range from across town to across the country. I expect problems each time I move. My experience from over the phone to Ben and his team executing the move has been, by far, the best. They are storing my things for a few months, so I hope it goes as smooth on the delivery side. As far as I'm concerned, this is the company to use.

We moved from a storage unit and apartment into our new house. These guys met me at the storage unit in the morning and rocked it! They followed me to the apartment and busted that out in about an hour. They were careful with our belongings and had positive friendly attitudes, which I believe is key during what could be a stressful moving situation. We had Joseph, Brian, and Sheldon. After unpacking our things everything is in the same condition as it was when left the previous location.
Terrible company - scam - buyer beware
I had a long-distance move from Minneapolis to Denver. During the initial inventory and estimate, I went through my 1-bedroom apartment and thoroughly listed my belongings. I was quoted $1900 with a 3-6 day moving window. 10 days before my move I was called and they did another final inventory over the phone. My estimate jumped up to $3600 with a 10-day moving window. Because it was the eleventh hour, I had no choice but to move forward with them, as last-minute moves are hard to coordinate. They demanded another $1000 deposit in cash on top of the original $750 deposit I had paid. On pick-up day, the movers quoted an additional $700 and told me the drop-off window was 15 days. 10 days after pickup I called to get updates and wasn't given any information. I discovered fake addresses, fake names, fake phone numbers - it was really alarming. My stuff showed up on day 19, with no notice. They just texted me "we're here". I was charged an additional $300 on delivery day. Ultimately I was initially promised $1900 in 3-6 days and it ended up being about $5700 in 19 days. My original volume was around 350 cubic feet and ended up around 500 they said, although nobody ever measured, it was all an eyeball estimate. I was as thorough as possible during each estimate because I didn't want to get blindsided, I even threw things away to ensure I was under the limit. Everything this company says is designed to get you to say yes. They don't deliver on any of their promises. I have reported them to the BBB. I have watched their BBB rating plummet from an A to D- within the last few weeks. Their practices are predatory. They have found ways of silencing past customers online and creating a lot of false information. If you dig deeper, you'll find all of their angry customers trying to file complaints and leave real reviews and warnings. They need to be shut down. They are a broker. They outsource to shady companies. Nothing is transparent and all estimates are off by a LOT. They only accept cash which should have been my first red flag. They are smooth talkers, DON'T use US Pro, find a legitimate mover. This company needs to be shut down.
