1. Scam! do Not Use!

   THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND DID NOT COMMUNICATE! Hired this company last minute because my previous movers flaked on me the night before my move. Everything seemed fine when looking at the contract and paying the deposit and they guaranteed me they would pick up my things on Friday evening, or Saturday morning at the latest. They were supposed to call Thursday evening to give me a time frame for pick up, but they never did. And they didn’t answer my calls or texts. Friday morning I tried calling and texting again--no response. I called headquarters--someone answered but they couldn’t give me any information and did not even see my name/move on their list. I found out the name of the third party they contract to actually move the items--their phone number was out of service. Friday evening--still nothing. By Saturday afternoon, I had still received no news on the pick up despite their GUARANTEE that the move would happen on Friday evening or Saturday morning at the latest. All of my things had to be out of my apartment by Saturday morning so I got charged $2000 and had to arrange for local movers to temporarily move my stuff to a friend’s place. On Sunday, I got a voicemail from a random number saying they would have come Sunday afternoon but their truck broke down--LIES. It was very clear they were never going to come. On Monday (THREE days later), I finally got ahold of them and convinced them to refund my deposit since THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL. These moving companies have no consequences for their poor business practices and somehow manage to stay in business--DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!

2. Scammers.

   I had my stuff picked up 9/6/2020. My delivery window was 9/4 or 9/5. Ok not bad. Today is 10/26/2020 and I still have not received my belongings. They sell your contract to non reputable movers and then at literally 0 help when trying to get stuff. I have no idea how many calls I’ve made and how many excuses they have. I have repeatedly asked how to file an insurance claim and they say I cannot.

   First class/ red carpet, I mean all the above and more describes the type of service you will get when you use US Pro Moving and Logistics. Love how they call the day before your move to verify the time and that everything is all set to go. Ben and Chris worked great together. Their prompt, and courteous and careful from beginning to end. The protected everything not just our breakable or fragile items. Excellent service.

4. I was beyond amazed!

   I hate moving around but I needed to move and needed to move quickly and smoothly. US Pro Moving and Logistics was able to help me move and did it as you guess quickly and smoothly! Their price was actually good and I was super skeptical at first but totally glad to have chosen them! It was my second move but because they were so good, I wish I had chosen them as my first. It was very convenient and it was quick.

5. They are best!

   Best thing I loved about US Pro Moving and Logistics was they are fairly priced, not the most expensive, but appropriate priced. Plus for me the basic necessity was communication and they were very clear and precise about it.

6. Great company.

   No complaints here. Grade A service and communication. I highly suggest you give them a shot! They were on time and were able to give me a peace of mind that my family's items were in good hands.

7. Highly recommended.

   Tony and Ed were on time, efficient, and got the job done well. They came in under quote, which was very fair. They weren't great talkers, but were polite and, most importantly, communicated what needed to be done and asked for my preferences. They also did an informal check in/check out where they circled back to make sure I was satisfied. They pointed out a piece of furniture that was previously damaged on the shipping from side, which was very appreciated and not at all their fault. Made a stressful move less so, which is the best value of all.

8. Great company!

   Tony and his crew moved my wife and I out of a townhouse and into our new home last week. Everyone at US Pro Moving and Logistics were so professional and used great care when moving our belongings. Not one item was damaged during the entire process. This was the best moving company I have worked with and beat out all of the larger companies I have used in the past. I would recommend Thomas and his team to all my family and friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

9. Efficient and hardworking.

   They got the job I needed done and didn’t struggle or have any issues unlike other companies. My house wasn’t that big so it was easy to get things that packed up and moving. They did what there job was and they did it well.

10. Scummy & Scammy - DO NOT TRUST.

    My family and I have a home in Louisiana that was recently devastated by two hurricanes. We contacted MovingPros to obtain a quote to get some things out of the house. The sales guy gave us a quote and I let him know that I'd discuss it with my wife. As soon as I said these he was able to come back with a cheaper offer and promises that I could change anything if needed. We gave him our information for a deposit and hung up.
    
    One hour later we called back attempting to cancel because we found out that the home was without power and water. There would also be a lot of trouble getting to the location because of emergency clean up. We were told our deposit was non refundable and when I asked to speak to a supervisor things got nasty.
    
    I spoke to two guys (I strongly suspect they were the same person). They said things to me like, "Is this what you do just call to get money back because you're that broke?" or "We have a team a lawyers so bring it on." It was the most disgusting and ignorant exchange I've ever had with a business.
    
    It's not about the money, we just don't like to throw it away. We reached out to our attorney and were told that disaster laws entitle us to a refund and will be requesting call logs to submit should we proceed legally.
    
    More than willing to spend thousands of dollars here to protect anyone else from using such a scummy and scammy company. I will also be building a website dedicated to outing this company and the scum they hire. You will be able to google this within the next few weeks, where (if provided promptly) I will post the phone calls that occurred.

11. Amazing Moving Service, Spectacular!

    US Pro Moving and Logistics were amazing when it came for me to move my home to another state. They were understanding and had a reasonable price for a move that was long distance. I was stressed to move since I had never had a long distance move before, but they were so calm when it came for me to move. They understood and understood how things were new to me. The customer service is great as well. I loved being their customer.

12. Ca to Nv.

    Moving pros were really nice and professional when moving my family from California to Las Vegas. The move was smooth and non stressful. Thank you Moving Pros!

13. Out of state move.

    I was a little bit iffy to have people pack my personal items but they were very careful my things were neatly packed and labeled.

14. Scam Artist.

    Do not give them your bank account information for payment! I cancelled within three days and still have not gotten my money back 30 days later. Maxwell is a great liar. Do not use under any circumstances. I was under stress as my dog was ill and stupidly gave them payment without any option of disputing once it’s withdrawn from your account.
    
    Complete frauds. Believe the bad reviews not the good. Most reputable companies reviews will be pretty in line not totally opposed in service. I’m thankful I cancelled. I’d Rather loose 980 bucks then deal with any other of their outright lies and BS.
    
    Ryan Joseph should be ashamed of himself along with the rest of the crew.

    

15. Stay Away!!

    Horrific moving experience. I agree that the 5 star reviews were fake to try to bring up their rating. To this day, I'm still not moved. Today is Tuesday October 13th, my move day was set for Sunday September 27th. The "back up date" was Monday September 28th. Have lost track of the calls I've made to representatives, to fight for my down payment back as not 1 box has been moved. I waited from Sunday morning (when they were supposed to show) to finally at 8pm on Wednesday September 30th I got a text at 8pm saying someone will be there Thursday October 1st at 10am.
    
    They showed up & had the last 12 inches of their truck open, could've moved approximately 10boxes.They informed me they will strap the rest to the hydraulic ramp off & to “not worry about it”
    
    Obviously that was not an option with a restoration hardware couch, or anything for that matter.
    
    I called back to this company, US pro & logistics to explain what happened, they offered me 10% off my move that would have to be rescheduled. Which is also a joke, but at this point I was on a time crunch. I told them to call back with a day, time & what company would be moving so I could plan. No call back. So I called again on Thursday October 1st and they said they would send me another moving company Friday October 2nd. I asked for who/where/when & they couldn’t provide any information. They said they would know within an hour. I called again and they had no update, INSTEAD they told me it wouldn’t be Friday anymore, it will “now be Saturday, probably”
    
    I was moving from Phoenix to Chicago that Friday, October 2nd. They said someone else could meet the movers. But again, they couldn’t give me a company, an exact day or exact time.
    
    I told them I no longer trusted their company and wanted to figure out another option, they said they would give me ½ my deposit back, so $450 back and they keep $450 for ruining my entire moving experience.
    
    I agreed to get off the phone because I was so upset.
    
    Horrible customer service. Complete scam. Now The company is continuing to blame ME for “cancelling”.
    
    I HAD TO MOVE, so left all my belongings & to this day I’m trying to figure out how to get my stuff to me, or if I just sell it from the other side of the US.
    
    I called back today, Tuesday October 13th and they “don’t have it in the notes that I am supposed to receive ½ my down payment. They continue to blame me for cancelling. I gave this company 7 days to fix the problem and they FAILED. Not me.
    
    Do not use them. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before I made the down payment. Learn from my $900.00 mistake, don’t trust them. They also lied on the phone saying they have a perfect score with the BBB and that is false, to say the least.
    
    My bank won’t help me either because I originally signed the contract, so it’s not fraudulent, disappointed all around.
    
    What a time to loose $900, during covid and a move.
    
    Stay away from this company, they will cause you a nightmare when you move.
