They are the most responsive and professional.
My dad hired US Pro Moving and Logistics to help us move my aunt from MO to NJ recently. We were a little bit nervous because we are all a bit old and slow for heavy work and we needed a lot of help. Walter and Sheldon showed up on time for the day of the move and then quickly put our minds at ease. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. They took real good care of everything for us and were just what we needed without being overpriced. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
Terrible company/thieves.
1. they put up fake reviews that are 5 star to boost their ratings
2. they don't pick up or return calls. Lost half of my stuff (including a queen sized mattress, how do you lose a mattress? unless their movers are stealing of course)
3. It has been close to 2 months with 0 updates on where my stuff is. No one has called to even let us know they are still looking or not
4. they increased the price at time of pick up, leaving us in a situation where we had no choice as someone else was moving into the unit and they decided to not let us know they are charging more
5. They damaged plenty of items on the way
6. Workers left me without assembling the bed (it was in contract, also they lost a mattress so I wouldn't be able to use it anyways, but that is besides the point)
7. Funny enough, they lost my queen mattress, most expensive suitcases full of clothes, bowflex dumbells (very expensive), and a box of electronics at minimum. I feel it is interesting the most expensive things are missing
I would never let even my worst enemy use this company.

Great Prices and Professional!
I had a great experience with this company. The movers were very careful with my belongings and took the extra precautions to make sure they did not damage anything. The price was very reasonable compared to other moving companies that I’ve gotten quotes from. The movers completed the moving job very quickly as well. I highly recommend this company if you plan on moving anywhere!
Scam.
Please avoid them at all cost! I had scheduled a move and the movers never showed up. After countless phone calls and emails with no response I finally receive a text message back from their emergency text line stating my message was sent to Dispatch and is aware and will be in contact with a solution. Unfortunately for me and my family my lease ends in 2 days and since this company doesn’t work weekends and contact with them is basically non existent I have to find a different solution to move all my belongings in 2 days. Thanks again to these scam artist. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and avoid the hassle with dealing with this company.

Larry and Hank did a fantastic job in our move, they were professional, careful, skillful. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and commitment to a move without any damage to furniture or walls with rather large, unwieldy items. I would request this team in the future. I will also choose US Pro Moving and Logistics for future moves. They are the most responsive and professional movers in the area.

US Pro Moving and Logistics did everything they said they would do at the toll they quoted and the time they promised deliver. Everyone at company were very professional . Lots of furniture was with us and some of it was antiques. Nothing was broken.If ever we need to motion again, we will certainly use this company.

When I called them and told me the dilemma that I had over me moving and services, they let me know that they could provide a charge at no cost! They were calm and allowed me to explain how I wanted things done and we set up a proper time for them to come and help me out. It was amazing and I will definitely ask to have this service again.

They were extremely delicate with my stuff. Any problem or worry I had was very easily soothed by their customer service. Before service, I had quick responses to the timeliness of service. Movers were super efficient and treated me like a family. Very friendly and savvy movers. Knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely recommendable!
