1. I can't recommend these guys enough!

   From start to finish I was entirely pleased by this experience. 4 movers from US Pro Moving and Logistics knocked my move out in no time! The customer service rep, Linda, was fantastic too. It was magical how fast they moved me down from the 5th floor. They took great care and had excellent communication with me throughout the move. A pleasure to work with. Very respectful of me and my belongings.

2. SCAM company!!!

   BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This is a SCAM!!! This company will say they have an A rating with the BBB and take multiple deposits before moving day only to outsource your stuff to a different company. In our case it was Cheetah movers who has a F rating with the BBB. We were told by US pro movers that we should get our stuff no later than 7-10 business days but the contract states 21 business days for worst case scenario. We are well over a month at this point with and still do not have our stuff. We have been cursed out, called names and hung up on when asking for an update. The last representative that I spoke with said that “ I should be grateful that I own a home” when I asked him to put himself in our shoes living in a house with no furniture. Every positive review on here is from a FAKE account!!!!!! Do not EVER use this company! I have reported to the BBB and also the federal organization that helps consumers report bad moving companies ( I don’t have the name now but a quick google search and you will find it). Please, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am out thousands of dollars, they are holding my belongings and I even had to contact the police department to report fraud and theft.

3. Do not use this company

   This company is strictly a broker, they give you an estimate 2,900 and 3 days before the move after calling them several times and getting hung up on after holding for 55 minutes the price almost doubled to 5800. Then when the subcontracted mover came and loaded all of my stuff on his truck the price went up another 2500.00. This move from NY to FL was 7300. They know they have your stuff on their truck and you have to pay. Good thing we had the extra money or what would we have done? In addition, they fail to tell you that wrapping the items like tv's and couches was additional. Quite a few items were broken and damaged. The movers themselves were nice guys but this company/the brokers are CROOKS. They take your money and then just keep adding on to the price.

4. As far as I'm concerned, this is the company to use

   I have moved more times than I wish to admit. My experiences range from across town to across the country. I expect problems each time I move. My experience from over the phone to Ben and his team executing the move has been, by far, the best. They are storing my things for a few months, so I hope it goes as smooth on the delivery side.

5. Thank you!

   This was my best move ever, thanks to US Pro Moving. The 4 guys you sent me did an amazing job! They were early and finished the job with amazing speed. They were happy to accommodate my requests, very careful with my belongings, and thoughtful and pleasant. The office was prompt and helpful with a reasonable estimate and setting and confirming a move date was easy. Great work for a reasonable price.

6. Refund

   Scheduled a move with this moving broker on 10.05.2020, needed to cancel within 24 hours. Contract states a full refund is due if cancelled within 5 days. Ne refund, and when inquired about the refund, there are no updates as of 11.06.2020. Checked around online and there are many more negative reviews, mostly about hidden/surprise charges. Files a complaint with the BBB, which they are not a member of, first flag, and filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals Office. It seems the only thing this company is capable of is ripping people off.

7. Brokerage fee not explained or in contract

   I ended up paying them over $4000 and the movers 12000 for a quote of 12000. The 4000 is apparently a fee the my charges to arrange movers. This was not in the contract and when you call to figure it out they refer you to the contract where it says deposit. Don’t fall for we are a veteran owned company they screwed 2 veterans for this move.

   

8. They're awesome!

   US Pro Moving recently moved me and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were prompt, the owner called to update me when they were close by, all of my possessions were moved undamaged. The 3 guys were extremely fast and professional and my final price I was less than half of other companies starting estimates. Book these guys.

9. Recommended!

   We had a Budget truck full of big furniture and we were tired and stressed out from a week of moving. Last minute we called these guys to move our stuff up to a second floor apartment. Ron and Chris came over and really quickly took care of everything. They were nice and funny guys, too. They were extremely careful and respectful of our stuff and the whole experience was terrific and reasonably priced.

10. They were on time and wrapped furniture

    US Pro Moving were on time, and after pleasantries got started right away. Boxes were packed and furniture was taken apart, and the guys made amazing time packing the stuff into the truck. Also, I was very happy with how well everything was wrapped up and I was happy that I didn't have to remind anyone to wrap furniture, carry things carefully. I thought they did a great job with those things without reminders, so that was a plus in my opinion.

11. SCAM SCAM

    Canceled move 6 hr after contract so within the 72 hr time frame by phone and by e-mail to the customer rep lloyd burns the company called the next day and tried to arrange the details and I then told them that I had canceled and again today. I had a feeling that you would try and cash the check and arranged to not have the funds in there and lo and behold you tried to cash it called lloyd to ask why and he was a rude asshat bank charged me 30.00 for NSF refund my $ I'm a 100% disabled vet and 71 years old do you want your company to have the reputation of ripping off vets let alone a disabled on. I promise that if no response i will contact every vet organization and tell the story with verified back up e-mails written contract bank account showing the date you tried to get the funds you were not entitled to. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS WILL NOT LET ME

13. Untrustworthy and Not Decent

    This company is not trustworthy. After reserving a move, our plans changed due to COVID-19, and the company refused to refund any portion of the deposit we had paid. I am embarrassed that I believed the Sales Rep when he said that they were being understanding with customers during this time. We have not lost hundreds of dollars due to US Pro Moving & Logistics' lack of decency. Don't do business with them.

14. Keep up the good work!

    My husband and I decided to hire movers because we wanted our move to be convenient and low stress. We were not disappointed. The two guys were fast, efficient and friendly! This made for a smooth move into our new home in well under the estimated time.Thanks guys and US Pro Moving!

15. Thieves/zero Stars.

    Cancelled my move THE 27TH OF OCTOBER,via email to [NAME EDIT], text to [NAME EDIT] and voice to voice contact with [NAME EDIT]. I placed a stop payment for the electronic payment and US PRO did a FRAUDULENT CHECK FOR $572. Please refund my money as my cancellation was within the 5 days. I am a poor grandmother attempting to restart my life this is a lot of money for me and what your company has done is not nice. I WANT AND NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE AND THANK YOU!! PEOPLE BEWARE!!
