1. Wonderful service!

   Awesome crew! Worked effectively and efficiently to help clear my apartment. Excellent job. Had no issues with the transport of my items.

   

2. Moving Day.

   Wow. As stressful as moving day can be, this company sure makes it so much easier. In the care they took with my belongings, even the ones most places wouldn't consider fragile. To their prompt arrival. Their speedy, effecient, yet careful loading and unloading. To placing everything right where they were asked. And their customer service skills. I felt like my move was always in the skilled hands of highly trained professionals.

3. Beware.

   I still do not have my belongings. I still don't know when my belongings will be picked up. They are days late. No updates. No one returns phone calls. And now I am out money. This company does not care about it's customers or their property. Go somewhere else. They don't meet the contract and they refuse a refund.

4. Beware Fraud Company.

   Hired US Pro Moving for a cross county move. They required 1/3 deposit in cash which I payed. 2 days before the move they called demanding another $1000 because my “square footage was larger then THEY originally estimated”. The day of the move arrives and no one shows up, I wait 2 more days and still no movers. When I called the company they said they were still working on getting the movers and truck to my destination.. needless to say I told them to cancel as I needed to leave the area immediately to start my new job. US Pro assured me my deposit would be immediately refunded in 4-5 days. It was not. I preceded to call every week with the promise that I would be refunded the following week (keep in mind the deposit was well over $1,000). 6 WEEKS later after biweekly calls and threats of taking them to small claims court I FINALLY received my deposit back. During the 6 weeks I was never allowed to talk to a manager, supervisor etc.. The customer service reps would not give me email addresses or include me in any correspondence with supervisors or managers. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM, DO NOT use them!!

5. This was a perfect.

   The US Pro Moving and Logistics came a tad late because their previous job ended up taking longer than needed. But once the truck and crew arrived, the movers immediately got to it to make up for the late start. We got done way before the estimated time. Hopefully we won't be moving for a while. But if we do, we'll most definitely go with them.

6. Professional Movers.

   Moving my one bedroom apartment was a seamless experience! The manager was very friendly and we had great communication. They did their job extremely well. I am satisfied customer and I will loyal to them. I really appreciate their service and will definitely use US Pro Moving and Logistics again.

7. Guys were awesome.

   Guys were great they were respectful and understanding, not okay did they make make me feel comfortable but they made me feel like family. Super professional would recommend to anyone.

8. Impressed.

   I was a bit unsure whether a couple different moving companies. I trusted my gut with them because they were very fair prices. I am super impressed how quickly they responded and were able to help me. They definitely are a 10/10.

9. This company is a big SCAM.

   This company is a big SCAM. Please do not use this company. Unfortunately, I became the victim of this illegitimate company. They called multiple times to take the money after that was a disaster.
   
   I made a list of all items that I wanted to ship from Texas to California with their exact dimensions listed (H, W, L) and calculated cubic feet and the exact number of boxes and send this list to the agent called Zack.
   
   He gave me the price and he told me there will be no extra charge because you provided very accurate sizes for every single item.
   
   He was calling nonstop until I signed the contract, and after that, he never answered any phone calls, emails, or text messages.
   
   Until pickup day, I even didn't know if they will show up or not because no one was calling me for the exact time of pick up. It was so frustrating because I had a flight the day after and I didn't know what to do.
   
   After they finally called a couple of hours before and came for the pickup, they told me our truck does not have space for all your stuff and this load is bigger than what we thought and you have to pay extra otherwise we won't pick them up!
   
   I didn't have ANY extra item beyond what I listed. They knew I had a flight the day after and I had no choice so I accepted that and paid the extra charge that they forced me to pay. (I even had one less box from the list I gave them).
   
   After 10 days that I got my apartment in California, I called them to give them my delivery address but no one was answering my calls or emails or texts. I sent multiple emails and called any number I could find on google was no luck.
   
   After 3 days they finally answered my call and told me it is going to take between 4 to 14 days for delivery. From the day that I call them to give them the address to delivery day took exactly 12 days and I was waiting the whole time in the empty apartment without knowing which day they will show up. Because they were not answering any calls or emails to give me any update if my furniture is on the way or not.
   
   Finally the day before delivery, the driver called me and told me I checked your address and it seems like I can not come with a big truck and you have to pay an extra $450 for the shuttle. He didn't even see the area he just blindly told that the truck can not come.
   
   I was shocked because The community That I live in is not in downtown or busy area of the city and big trucks communicate to the street and community all the time. But the very Rude driver threatened me that if you don't accept it I will come and I call the police and you have to pay twice the price plus the fine. I had no choice at that time and I had to accept it because They had my belongings in their hand and I wanted to have my stuff otherwise he wouldn't deliver them. Exactly the day after, one of my neighbors had a delivery with a big truck with no problem coming to the street and community.
   
   I am so angry and I will report them to BBB and do whatever it takes to get my money back.
   
   Please don't trust this scam and unprofessional people. Be Aware this company is a fraud.
   
   This business won't last long with this link of fraud and behavior that they have. Shame on the people behind this scam. I will be pursuing legal action against them.

10. Amazing service.

    Amazing service they were very time efficient, handled things professionally I recommend them to anyone.

    

11. Play with your money

    When getting a quote and paying deposit their great, but if you cancel to get a refund of your deposit you will wait 45 day like me instead of 30 days like they said almost 20 email and 5 calls no response and I still haven't received a refund. They keep saying it's coming.If I don't get my money by end of this week I will take legal action. Save your money and head ache.

12. Moving.

    Best company to help you move very satisfied, thanks for your services I couldn't have had a better moving experience.

13. Worst company EVER.

    My Mother is still waiting to get moved which was supposed to be last Thursday and its not going to be until Wednesday this week, she has to be out by Wednesday, no apologies or even attempts to rectify the issues have been attempted.

14. Do not use this company, I would give them zero stars.

    Shady company and nonexistent customer service. I fell for their scam. I set up a move on August 24 to move from Denver to St Louis. John the salesman was very personable and slick. I put down $572 was told there would be a pickup on Saturday September 26 or Sunday September 27 and the move would arrive in St. Louis on Friday, October 2. Rebecca then called an verified my move. She said the carrier would contact me on September 23 to verify the move.
    
    September 23 came and gone and no one called. I called Rebecca and US Pro Moving and Logistics Customer Service on Friday, September 25 and all weekend. I did not receive a callback. I emailed the sales rep and left a VM on his number. He never returned my calls. I texted and called Rebecca, she never returned any of my messages.
    
    I was finally able to get a hold of US Pro Moving and Logistics customer service on Monday, September 28 at 7:30 am Denver time. They said they were trying to contact the mover and gave me the carrier’s telephone number.
    
    I called the carrier out of Denton, TX, gave them the US Pro Moving and Logistics job number and they said they turned it down because US Pro Moving and Logistics underbid the job. Furthermore, they said they did not pick up on weekends.
    
    I called back US Pro Moving and Logistics and they said they were working with the carrier in Denton, TX. When I told US Pro Moving and Logistics that I actually spoke with the carrier, but the customer service rep at US Pro Moving and Logistics said the carrier would call me right back (this was at 8:40 am on Monday, September 28). I was assured that the US Pro Moving and Logistics Dispatch Manager had found a carrier and my move would be picked up on Monday, September 28.
    
    I finally got a call from a Denver moving service at 9:10 am, he was apologetic and said he was just contacted by US Pro Moving and Logistics a few minutes prior. He said they would pick up my move but said it probably would be in storage for 21 days before it could be moved to St. Louis because they just found out about it on Monday, September 28. The level of deception and false promises from US Pro Movers and Logistics surprised even me. I called customer service back on Monday, September 28 at 9:43 am and they said the 21 days in storage was acceptable and was within the DOT spread, whatever that means. I was told multiple times by US Pro Moving and Logistics that my move would be picked up by a carrier right up until 9:43 am this morning, then the story abruptly changed.
    
    I had to scramble and rent a U-Haul to move myself. That was my only option at this late stage because US Pro Moving and Logistics did not actually take any action until I finally spoke with customer service on Monday, September 28, even though I paid a deposit on August 26 and spoke with Rebecca on August 27.
    
    I cannot stress this enough. Do not use US Pro Moving and Logistics. Once they get your deposit, you will never hear from them again. They will underbid your job to carriers so that the carrier will not take the job, or a local mover will put your things in storage for weeks, or you will owe much more than the quote if and when a mover does show up. Finally, the customer service is poor to non-existent.

15. They are terrible!!

    Do not use this company!! Lies, lies, lies!! Will tell anything to get the business and NOT follow through. The worst experience I have ever had in a move. The are brokers and do move anything. They farm out the move and leave the poor actual movers do deal with the fallout. All I can say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Any good review are likely lies.
