I was making a small move from NC to IN and was quoted after several calls a reasonable price for the move. While loading my stuff my movers who were the only pleasant part of this process as they were efficient and very polite told me about some additional charges that were never discussed with my quote. After my things were put on the truck, the total bill was 2 1/2 times the quote! The driver said they would deliver my things 4 days later. I called the day before my scheduled delivery and the dispatch said they had up to 21 days to deliver and that my stuff would be here in 3 more days. This morning I spoke to the company and they said my furniture would be here before 12 noon it is now 9:00 pm and I have not heard another word from them nor have I been able to speak to anyone. 2 1/2 times the price and 2 times the days on delivery and still no word. .
Customer Service?? Hah!
I won't go in to all the boring details, but know that if you decide to do business with these guys that, 1) you'll never talk to the salesmen - the one making all the promises - again; 2) the original price quoted is not the price you will pay - my upcharge was $400; 3) the promised delivery date is very flexible on their end; 4) the people that answer the phones in customer service are not empowered to do anything other than read a script; 5) if you are lucky enough to talk to the "General Manager" of customer service, John Miller, you will come away from that conversation with a new definition of what "customer service" means to All USA Van Lines. My favorite quotes from my conversations with Mr. Miller: "If it's not paid in full at time of delivery the driver will put the stuff in storage and then it's your problem to get it out," "The only people above me are management and they certainly won't want to talk to you," and, "Sure, I'll call you right back." I work for a reputable company that was moving a new employee. I wanted to do business by sending them credit references and working through a PO. "Oh, no," says Eric, "that won't be necessary, credit cards will be much easier." Um, no, Eric - it was a nightmare. After I made the final payment I called Mr. Miller back to tell him that the payment had been made - I was very worried that he would do something to cause the delivery to be held up. I was told he had just left for lunch and would call me back in an hour. An hour and 45 minutes later I called back again. After being left on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and called back. After another 15 minutes on hold I was told that he really wasn't trying to avoid me, that he would call me back as soon as he got off of the phone. He still hasn't called back. On the plus side, Shelly in customer service was very professional, just not able to do anything to help my situation. And, all items were finally delivered in good condition. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again.

All USA Van Lines team were amazing. They got to my place carefully and early. Once they knew what to take it was done in no time. The unloading was excellent and all pieces of furniture were re assembled and went in the exact spot I wanted them to be. I definitely had great guys to handle my move! My next move will be definitely with All USA Van Lines again! Thank you guys!

Do NOT use this company.
My items were badly damaged and some were missing. I filed a claim and they never got back with me. I had to call many times before I could get a resolution and even then it was insulting. They only offered me $81 for my destroyed property. I am finding after the fact that this company is very shady. Do your homework before hiring these people. Read as many reviews as possible. .

"INTERSTATE MOVERS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND MONITORED TO STOP THEIR ABUSIVE PRACTICES" Thank you, for signing this petition. http://wh.gov/lV6YH My experience with "Cross Country Movers" and "All US Van Lines" from Hollywood FL was and still is a nightmare. Once they had my things they called (of course) to increase the amount of my Binding Estimate that by definition I was obliged to pay the 100% of it, not a cent more but the company made it clear, "No money, No delivery" Finally when they delivered, 50 days after, the driver asked for $200 because the huge truck couldn't go inside the apartment complex. To make things even worse my 32" HDTV Panasonic was missing and to this day I haven't heard a THING from the claim I submitted. I did my homework, checked dozens of company online, played by their rules and even that is NOT enough for this scammers. They LIE, LIE, LIE once they pick up your things the claws come out. The government has to do something to stop this abuse.

I was very impressed with All USA Moving team system and how smooth and easy they made this relocation. Jennifer, from the office worked with me tirelessly and patiently on scheduling and organizing my move. Isaac and his crew arrived early, were very efficient, professional and friendly. They carefully wrapped and loaded all of my things and none of my belongings were scratched or damaged. They delivered as schedule and the price they gave me in the beginning was what I paid at the end. I will highly recommend All USA Moving to all of my friends and family.

A small cross country move.
I have moved with several large moving companies over the past twenty years and never experienced such a predatory company. This was the smallest move we have ever done, so we were just taking up a little room in larger moving van with multiple customers. They overcharged us for size based on bid and then tried to add on a bunch of charges after the agreed contract. The pick-up guys said we went over the size by adding one box, so charged us another $300. I know based on other estimates that we were way under the miniman size. When we contacted the sales office to let them know the delivery truck wanted to charge us again for the pre-negotiated stair charge, the compay told us "we had to discuss that with the driver". Then they came up with $300 charge because their "truck is too big for the apartment complex". All in all the charges are coming up to about $600 over the orignal bid, when we were told their were no hidden charges. This was a very small move. This company likes to "pick at your carcus". We felt like you we were being held hostage. Do NOT use them. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience with All USA Van Lines, they really did a fantastic job. Ron was able to offer me a great price for my move. Tom showed up on time with his crew on the day of my move. They loaded all my home goods pretty quick. Delivery was also as schedule and the guys delivered all my belongings in good condition. Thank you once again.

When I assigned All USA Moving Services to manage my move, I had no idea about their service. I just spoke with Ron their sales person and felt that these movers can tackle the pressure of my move. After using them, I came to know that they are one of the finest movers based on service and price. Jordan and his crew arrived at the right time; they were not late like other movers. Then they began their work and I am sure that they had a certain plan for the move, they looked focused and very organized. Actually they had the complete control over the move, which ensured a perfect move in the end. I strongly recommend All USA Van Lines.

Great Services.
My experience with All USA Van Lines was great from start to finish. Their sales rep was fantastic. We had some good laughs as he tried to lower my stress level. The movers were great. Really low key and all business, but so easy going when things went wrong..like the 7 flights of stairs with my couch when the elevator was too small. They acted like it was nothing out of the ordinary as I felt extreme guilt! Really appreciate the service!

Disappointed.
It took me several days to recover form my extreme disappointment in the move from FL to GA of our second home. I interviewed several companies and was very impressed with Anthony from All USA Van Lines. We had been in contact for several months while our house was being built. The pick up was scheduled and executed very well. What was not made clear was that my goods were being unloaded and then repacked when a driver was assigned. Needless to say several fragile boxes were crushed and the items broken. I had the fillials on my daughters bed broken off and the legs of an antque table broken as well.
The most disappointing aspect was that Anthony spoke with dispatch who told him the goods would be delvered before Christmas because my beds were on the truck. They were to get them to us by the 18th. There were no return calls or responses to my emails. Finally we get a call on Christmas day from a driver who delivered the next day but was 5 hours late. Much to their credit they styed until well into the night unloading in the dark.
The crews were great.

Recently I have moved with my family to GA and we hired All USA Van Lines. They were very professional from the very start, worked very hard, load and unload everything very carefully. Thank you very much for your great help! The movers arrived 10 minutes before the schedule, packed all my belongings very well and worked really hard. Great Move.
All USA Van Line team moved me from FL to IL over the winter and I have decided to share my experience. I was going through a tough time personally and needed someone to come in and pack my 4 bedroom home. All USA Van Line team came in, packed my entire home, and did a great job. Everyone in this company cares. They took time to make sure everything was packed and loaded right. I am happy to say that everything has arrived to IL safe and sound. Not much to say expect a great job was performed by All USA Van Lines team. Timing was key for my move and everything worked out as planned. Their rep was a great consultant, he went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Good core of operators at this firm. I will be recommending them to all.
