    My wife and I used All USA Van Lines to move us from FL to NV and I must say that I would use them again! They were helpful and professional from the very beginning. They made us feel comfortable having them in our home, and we felt that we can trust them. Even though they were charging hourly they got it all done within 6 hours and didn’t waste our time! Overall, a very good experience!

I have used them just a few days ago and received everything that I asked for and for a reasonable price. Some was even free like the wrapping blankets. The movers were skilled and very committed. They maintained the schedule and also charged within my budget. I would like to recommend them.

    All USA Van Lines is the best! The movers greeted us with smiles, were very friendly, courteous, respectful and trustworthy. We felt confident we choose the right moving company from the moment we spook with their sales rep that gave us an all-inclusive quote. He always reassured us that everything would be okay since we were quite worried about our belongings since some are fragile and some are pricy electronics. Just want to say thank you for taking good care of our stuffs.

    I first saw these guys moving one of the apartments in my neighborhood. I needed to relocate my house f office so I gave them a call to get information about their rates and services. They sent in Joseph for estimation and quotation. Industrial relocation is not as easy a job as domestic relocation.. he explained the move process from start to finish and I’m obliged for all your cozy services. It required a lot of labor; a lot of managing skill and above all it consumed a nice amount of money. At the end it was all worth it. I am very pleased and happy to recommend.

    All USA Van Lines price was not the lowest but I wanted quality work especially due to the size of my move and the value of some of the furniture and items. The most important part was their honesty. They did and were what they said. Highly Recommended!

  8. Moving scam.

    Beware of this company. If they have picked up your belongings and have not yet delivered them, demand for them to be returned. Cancel the move. You will lose the money but that is the only way to protect your things. They will keep them in storage and they do not care if you ever get your things delivered. We waited for 6 weeks and had to spend several thousand dollars  on items that we already own because they had all our things in storage. They would not allow us to get to the storage unit to pick up things that we needed. We had no idea where our stuff was for 6 weeks. We finally insisted on having it all returned which took another 2  weeks but we were glad to have our things back. This is probably the worst moving company ever. I don't know how they stay in business.

  9. Stolen or thrown out items- horrible.

    I moved from Florida to NY and I am so dissapointed because my items are not all here. I am missing a whole bed, a table from my living  room and 9 large boxes of goods. I called because the delivery man said he is certain some of the stuff were left behind as he noticed that there was items missing from the checklist but they told him to go with what he has. I called customer service and spoke to Ashley. She was not nasty but not helpful at all. I asked her to please go and look in the warehouse for my stuff but instead I was told to file a claim. It seems easier for them to steal your stuff and tell you to file a claim because they know you're only getting $50 for your items that cost you thousands of dollars- some of which has no pricetag and are things you cannot get back with any money in the world. I cannot believe that this company is still operating based on all that I am reading. I never did this prior to hiring the company and Im mad at myself for that. All I want is my stuff. I don't want any money. Is there any way they can get sued for this? We all have the same complaint!

  10. Missing All Electronics With All Usa Van Lines!!

    I used this company and this is a NO NO Never will I do business with them. They came to deliver in their window but my Flat screen TV, printer, and a box of fax ( all blankets, shoes, books)  were missing from their storage. They gave me $ 34 for reimbursement of all 1 y old TV, and other stuffDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. IF YOU HAVE NO MONEY- TAKE FULL REPLACEMENT - Which they did not offer to me as they want you to use the .60 cent per lbsThey do not measure your stuff yet they say that this is what they reimbursed LEGALLYWhat judge will agree that all my electronics were lost in storage?? This is obvious to me that they are NOT LOST! Why do I not have any other boxes missing??

  11. An Abomination!!

    I've been waiting to write this review as I was waiting on a settlement for missing furniture. I found out, today, 11/13, the settlement is for $15. Yes, $15 for a dining room table I purchased a year ago for $600.  I arrived in Chicago on 9/1 with my 80 yr. old mom & our furniture arrived 9/30 at 5p in the evening. The movers didn't get finished until Midnight! My mom & I slept on an air mattress all that time. It was horrible! A week later she had a stroke & heart attack! The stress of everything was too much for us both, but it took it's toll on her. The move cost me an additional $3,000 because every time I called them about my delivery there was more money being added. When I challenged, I would get the worst behaving customer service reps known to mankind. The company is contained of swindlers; I'm from Chicago and use to Capone tactics, but the state of Florida takes it to an all new level. The movers also left a wardrobe box full of garbage in my new apartment as a parting gift. The furniture and all the boxes with clothing smelled like garbage, too. So, they really used the worst of the worst gangster like tactics with me and my family. I will add my name to the rest on the BBB site. I will also add my name to any Class Action lawsuit that develops from the other consumers who have the same if not worst experience with this company. Lesson learned: do your homework. Ask the questions no matter how mundane. If the company doesn't like the scrutinization than they are not the moving company for you.

  12. These guys are really good, I do not reccommend lightly :-)simply pros.

    On a coworkers recommendation, I hired All USA to complete a move this past Friday and I've been raving about them all weekend.Communication was timely, and to the point. I scheduled with Daniel via email. He checked in a few days before to confirm our start, and called 15 minutes before arrival.As requested, a two man team (Jeff and Corey) completed the move- a downtown loft apartment with 6 years worth of stuff, mostly on loft level. They were fast, efficient and careful.. and came with their own supplies (dolly, blankets, shrink-wrap, tape). They even took care to return a handful of change that had dropped from a drawer I should have emptied prior to move day.Price point was standard, and rates straightforward. Attitude was amazing. Both Corey and jeff are incredibly nice, really down to earth guys, while still maintaining an honorable level of professionalism. I was ribbing Jeff a bit as he smiled every time he walked through the door. Do you smile when you carry things?? Because I know that I don't! I highly recommend their services, and will book them again for my next move. Thanks guys! You made it remarkably easy :-)    .

  13. Poor company to use.

    I am not sure how this company could get any good ratings. from the beginning to the end I had issues with them. in the quote I was given the sales person sid that we should remove as much as we could from drawers and such. this was told us after the quote. We did as suggested and found out they added a couple thousand dollars on because they charged by bulk and since we added boxes they added on charges. The sales lady also left off several items I mentioned and listed them differently, so the pick up guy did not want to take them. I was also told that all mirrors was TVs were being wrapped free of charge. the crew said that did not include any blankets or special boxes, which is not what I was told. Here again several hundred dollars was added on. The guy in charge of te pick up was very unperfessional. He spilt coffee on our carpet and did not apploigize. He just looked at it then walked out side and lit a ciggarette. He also had constant arguments with the loaders with him. He kept degrading them. I asked for my items to be put in storage for 30 days. they were to call me before loading them on a truck for delivery since I said I may need longer. I got a call one day before they delivered them to my house saying they would be there. I mentioned that I was not ready. They said it was too bad since they had them set to be delivered. they had not contacted me before this. I had to get a storage unit for them to off load to since they said if I did not accept them it would cost me another 500 for them to find storage plus another couple hunder for a new delivery charge.   In off loading I saw that several pieces of furnature and items were loaded up side down causing items to fall out of them. I had a lot of damage to my items also. The problem was that the insurance they charge is extremely high. If you take the base they give you a rediculas deductable. I called customer service to discuss many of the issues and the lady I got basically said tought, all of the information was in the docs given to me. you just needed ten hours to read through it all. when I mentioned the pick up boss and his manners she got upset and siad I was putting down one of her employees and hung up on me. Of course I was putting him down. he was very unperfessional. fter thsi ordeal I talked to a couple of other shipping companies and they said I basically got the shaft by this outfit. They all said the same things. they had nothing to gain since I had no other shipping plans coming up. I would never suggest either interstae movers or all american trucking to anyone.

  14. Decent job overall.

    We used All USA Van Lines to load a container for my upcoming cross-country move. Proper arrangements were made at the very last minute and the moving crew that arrived was extremely careful and flexible, they were thorough in describing the service and other costs. They did the move on a Saturday afternoon at my request because we still had to pack up things. The movers were courteous and professional and the owner called me the next day to check on the service, making sure everything was satisfactory and asking for suggestions on how they can improve. Decent job overall.

  15. Despicable service - Want my refund.

    The initial agreement to make the move was $1689.66. On the day of pickup they showed up late without a contract and no weigh ticket. When questioned about weighing the furniture they replied they would do a visual estimation. They then re-quoted the cost and said it would be $3000. I had terminated the electric, water, phone, cable, internet service and had a flight ticket for next day departure. I paid $330 deposit and they demanded another $1339 before they would load the furniture on truck. Upon arrival at my new residence, 10 days late, they demanded another $1370 of which I didn't have so they put the furniture in storage. After a long battle notifying various government agencies, including the BBB I still was forced to pay the balance of $1370 (another 15 days later) and they didn't deliver. I had to then hire another company to have my furnishings delivered from the storage unit to my new residence for an additional $300. These people are professional scam artists, they exactly what to do and what to say to keep within the law and cheat you out of your hard earned money. If you see them coming PLEASE run the other way. They ended up swindling me for $3039 - 1689 = $1350 $300 to have delivered by someone else. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LOW DOWN SCUM THIEVES WHO DESERVE TO BE HORSE WHIPPED. And they try to tell me that my furniture weighed 4900 lbs. when the people that finally delivered it said it was only 3200 lbs. Delivered by a different company.
