    Our move was so easy and stress free because Alliance movers provide us their best services and gave us all information about the moving process. They had the best moving team and the team head was very polite and was very nice with their clients. I would like to thank them for such an amazing services.

    They were very helpful and informative since the beginning when I was scheduling my move with them. It was very easy contacting them for a quote through online. The whole moving crew were very helpful telling me that I can save some money by getting some deal.

    Booked these movers well in advance and they showed up on-time and ready to work. They were very polite and professional. They carefully wrapped all our furniture especially my china cabinet and my grandmothers table.

    They had a best moving team and an honest head of their team who was very polite with us. The team was very fast and efficient and had done their work professionally. I liked their team and the team head and their way of doing work.

  5. Excellent Movers!

    The process to get insurance and other required paperwork was seamless and took no additional work because of them. I got a call to confirm our time the day before, and a ring when they were 15 minutes away the morning of. They had additional packing supplies to help out when we ran low and wrapped all of our furniture to make sure there were no damages.

  6. I was happy with the move

    Packing is so stressful and top of all expensive, but if you choose a good company, it will be nothing but a great move. So if you have a room that's you can’t pack, get the movers that are trained to just do it. It was the best moving experience.

  7. THEY ARE EVIL!!!!!!

    This company is straight out of hell, they took my products, charged me double after they loaded the truck and had my items hostage, broke half of my items after charging me extra for packing and handling, and then offered no support. Upon delivery they tacked on an extra 900, and there is nothing you can do once you have their items. They also force you to not take out insurance. Do yourself a favor and just break your own things, at least you won't be paying someone else to do it for you.

  8. Worst Experience! Please save yourself the trouble! Don't use them!

    All was well until pick up day at which point the company they brokered told me it would be nearly 3 times my quoted price. I couldn't believe what was happening as this was the last thing I expected. We were closing on our new home in 1 week, I was 20 week pregnant with 2 other kids, and my husband was 800 miles and states away. I was very upset as I was very thorough with the estimator including measuring my furniture and even called/emailed several times to update inventory as I had sold some large items. I tried to get my deposit back to just go with another company as this was absolutely ridiculous as had I known the accurate quote I wouldn't have used them at all. I would have just planned on my husband coming back and driving a U-Haul with me. They told me that they couldn't do that but could re- dispatch someone. I was told that now my items would be picked up on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, but someone from the moving company would call me on Saturday to let me know. Someone did call me Saturday and said they would pick up Monday for sure, but would call me Sunday to discuss pick up times. I didn't hear from anyone all day Sunday, or all day Monday. I finally called Alliance around 7pm and someone from the moving company called me 7:45pm ( on the day they said they would pick up) and said they would be at my home before 2pm, but would call in the morning to give me a better estimate on when. Nothing. I was at my home waiting for them, phone in hand at 8am. I stayed at my home until nearly 3. Didn't hear from them nothing. I finally called and emailed as I was so upset at this point as I still had lots of cleaning of our rental to do, drive 14 hours from MN to IL nauseous and pregnant with 2 kids and a uhaul trailer (suggested by Alliance Customer service so they would honor my original quote) to make Closing on Friday (only 2 full days before Friday)and the movers once again didn't show up.

    The email I received back from customer service was less than appealing. She told me the moving company had been trying to get ahold of me all morning as they needed to reschedule my pick up for Wednesday. I was so upset as I literally had my phone in my hand for the past 3 days and they didn't call once. That was just a blatant lie to try to cover their butts. Clearly I didn't have more time to waste with this company to see if magically they were going to pick up our belongings on Wednesday as we were running out of time. I was just done and beyond upset with this company at this point.

    So my husband had to fly from IL to MN on Wednesday, I had to pick up a U-Haul Truck that morning and my sister and I had to start loading it. Both of us pregnant as it was difficult to get family to come on such short notice as this was supposed to be covered. I was able to hire a couple guys from a local moving company to come help for an hour to get the big things, which I was so grateful for as I've always had high risk pregnancies and just didn't want to over- do it and hurt the baby. My husband did get to MN, we finished getting everything ready and made it to Illinois in time for closing, but absolutely no thanks to alliance moving company as these shenanigans were just not right nor necessary. I just can't believe the extreme hassle this was.

    I called after closing on our new home to discuss getting my deposit back and they told me they couldn't. They told me I had to talk to someone in billing as it was above their pay grade, but all those reps were in meetings for the next two days and gave me an email to email them. I did, twice. No response and every time I call Alliance, I sit on the phone for over 30 minutes with no one to pick up my call as I never heard back. I am truly not trying to be difficult, but there's absolutely no reason I shouldn't get my deposit back after all they pulled with me. It wasn't just once instance, it was many and it's just simply not acceptable for a company to treat their customers like this. I just am leaving a review as I don't want other families to have to go through this ridiculous fiasco nor have to add more stress to something that is already stressful enough.

  9. Best Movers!

    Today I requested Alliance movers again to help with additional items that needed to be moved. Another success story on what a great job they did. I want to applaud the company for having outstanding movers that are fast yet not careless which is why I will continue doing business and will continue to request the two for future needs.

  10. They are professional and trustworthy

    The move itself was quick & painless and all the thanks go to the moving team from Alliance movers. They showed up on the earlier side of the arrival window and were okay with me leaving before they finished packing up their van so I could be to my new apartment before them.

    They were very professional and hard-working. They were very kind and took extra care of our possessions. They never complained especially when they had to go quite a long distance bringing our furniture through the complex we moved into. Their prices are so reasonable.

    The customer service head made sure to give me all the details about the realistic side of what the move would be. He told me about the quote and when movers will be coming on the day of the move. The movers were on time. They packed and loaded everything carefully and deliver our furniture within five days which is very great for them.

  13. Don't do it!!!!

    Worst COMPANY EVER!!!! Price changed 3 times even after a senior coordinator said he would get my family moved for the quoted price...well that didn't happen..then move dates changed 3 times as well leaving me to pay for 2 more days at the house I'm moving out of. So do yourself a favor go somewhere else or do it yourself!!!!!

  14. Good Job!

    The crew came a little late but went above and beyond the rest of the day for our move. Everything was wrapped, disassembled and secured to prevent any type of damage. Everything was transported with great care. They carefully re-assembled, unwrapped and put where it was supposed to go.

  15. For me, they are great movers

    From start to finish, they made our move easy. The movers were super helpful in the booking. The representative was responsive. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the right number of guys for our move, even adding one person at the last minute once I realized we had more stuff than I initially thought.
