I am amazed by their work tactics
We just moved 1 week ago and used Alliance mover's service. The whole process was really smooth and at a very reasonable price too. Roger, who was our head person was so clear with the prices and very professional. He managed the move like a pro.
I would use them again
We were looking for movers to help us with our big furniture items and we couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. It was extremely easy to hire them. They were total pros. From the first call till our move, they were very cooperative and fast. They worked very efficiently and nicely.

If you want affordable moving, great customer service, skilled movers, and a smooth transition to a new space, definitely go with Alliance Company. The movers were friendly and got the work done - moving is tough and this company made it much easier.
They are reliable movers
When I decided to move, I was worried about few items. I told the workers of this company about my concern and I was amazed with the work as they put all of my fragile glass utensils in separate boxes. They were great with my things, I am super happy and satisfied with my move with them.
Move from CA to AL
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The company told me they would pick up on 3/14-3/15. My escrow closed on 3/16. They showed up late 3/15 and had to finish on 3/16. When the movers arrived they charged me an extra $9600 dollars for my move and an additional $4500 for my daughter's move. My load was to leave immediately and my daughter's belongings were to be placed in storage. We finally got our belongings on 4/25. Our load was mixed with my daughter's. They had to separate the 2 loads so they could take my daughter's things to Chicago for storage. As things were being unloaded EVERY lamp was broken, our furniture was scratched and antiques broken. My glassware was broken beyond repair. When the driver arrived he had one person to unload, so we had to help unload. We had to pay $12,500 for our load and we will have to pay another $12,500 when my daughter's things come out of storage. I would never use this company to move, nor would I recommend them.

This was my 3rd move and I have always hired movers, the Alliance Company by far is the best and no exaggeration. They always make my move go as smoothly as possible and treat all of my stuff as if it were their own! Roger and Clark are super professional, extremely courteous, and really efficient.

I was using movers for the first time and my friend recommend me to call Alliance movers for moving process. The people were very nice. I was very stressed but this company cleared all our difficulties and gave us all information about the moving process. Because of their given details my moving process was stress free.
Worst moving experience ever!
We received a binding estimate from Alliance Moving & Storage to pack and move our household goods from Illinois to North Carolina. They brokered our move out to Moving Depot. The movers showed up in a rented Enterprise truck and refused to pack or move anything unless my husband signed a form acknowledging that the move could cost as much as $5000 more than our binding estimate! When my husband refused to sign the form the movers left and I immediately contacted Alliance to request a refund of our $3500+ deposit. I was informed that we would not get our deposit back because the estimate was just that, an estimate. What we received was a binding estimate, which our attorney tells us means that we should not have to pay anymore than the dollar amount listed on that estimate, unless we changed the items we wanted them to move, which we did not. They never provided us with an inventory list, did not honor the binding estimate and sent movers in a rented Enterprise truck, who are not authorized to move household goods. The salesperson at Alliance, Johnny Turner, misrepresented the company to me right from the start. When I found numerous negative reviews and complaints about Alliance online, I confronted him with them. He lied and told me that those complaints/reviews were about another company that was using their name and likeness and that they had a cease and desist order against this other company. That is not true. When I looked them up on the Department of Transportation website, using their DOT number, I saw that they have had numerous complaints lodged against them. I added mine to the total. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and found that Alliance had 79 complaints filed against them with BBB in 2020 and 49 so far in 2021! Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Alliance Moving & Storage as you possibly can.
We were very happy with these movers
The movers were fast, efficient and super friendly. They showed up on time, worked quickly and transported all of my furniture with no issues. They were tremendous throughout the move. They are great.

They were very fast, efficient and polite! They reached on time and had done every work quickly and professionally. They did my entire apartment in just 3.5 hours and my storage unit was 20 mins away. This Moving team did to make my move easy and comfortable!
BEWARE - This company is a scam!!
First, they are moving brokers. NOT a moving company. They get you reeled in by low balling your estimate so you think you're getting this amazing deal. Then take your non refundable deposit. Send movers to your home. The real movers then give you an updated estimate, which is MUCH HIGER than originally quoted. Alliance Moving & Storage does not care because that deposit is their revenue on the deal. And are out of the picture. You are on your own. They have multiple complaints similar to this one on the BBB and with the Department of Transportation. BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS.
Will definitely use these movers for our next move
The Alliance movers proved to be such an amazing movers. The experience was totally great from start to finish! I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a short move on a low budget. I recommend the movers to all. 100% worth it.
