Would use them again
A great moving company, a great staff and a pleasure to work with (despite the fact we gave them such short notice!). Also, they were very punctual - sometimes we were still packing boxes and they would have arrived!

On paper hiring movers can look expensive but once you see them in action it's well worth the cost. We had 3 guys for the full move and an additional guy for the move out. They were all mind-blowing. They packed, unpacked, loaded and unloaded everything very quickly and professionally.

They made everything easy for me, they took care with my furniture, and they worked really hard! The guys came on time (actually early but they called ahead). They were very nice and Beyond efficient. They were very easy to deal with.I will recommend them to everyone!

I had three movers today, Steve, Anthony and Frank. They were amazing and very flexible to time. They completed the move in 6 hours, without breaking or damaging anything. If you're moving and unsure about hiring a moving company, hire them.
This moving experience was simply amazing
I was moving from my large studio to a 1 bedroom only 8 miles away. Everything was done professionally and in very small time. I would surely recommend them. I hope the other staff is also excellent as they are.

The guys who moved me were great - friendly, very hard working, very conscientious with my stuff. They actually sent me a text message letting me know that they were close by. They packed everything carefully and moved me within mean time.
No surprises at all
Roger and Carl were lifesavers for me on my move! They packed everything in under 4 hours which would have taken me at least a month and the teamwork made everything so fast. Extremely professional and calm movers. I will definitely hire them for my next move again.
They are a scam who will overcharge you!
They gave me a quote of $6,400 after providing a detailed inventory list and on the day of the move increased it to $19,000!!!!! They're a total scam. Never trust their price. They WILL rip you off!!!!

I hired Alliance for direct delivery and then confirmed it with the sub they hired. The day of the move, the sub said it won’t be a direct because of scheduling problems. That’s not my problem, it’s theirs. And it’s NOT what I paid for! The Sub then tried to exploit me as a senior citizen, asking for $1,200 extra when I had EXACTLY what was on their itemized list, and not one thing more. I said, “I know I don’t have extra. Let’s do this. Let’s measure the truck and decide together exactly where 840 cf is (what I paid for); once the truck is at that point, we can stop loading and I’ll deal with anything that might be leftover on my own.” Their response was “measure all you want, you’re still paying $1,200 more.” I protested saying “How? If I paid for 840 cf and that’s all I use, how is it more?” The sub got mad and cancelled, saying “find another truck.” Basically, if I won’t let them exploit me financially, they’re not interested in the job. THEY cancelled, not me. Yet ALLIANCE did NOTHING TO HELP ME and refused my refund, saying “You hired us to provide a truck; we did that, so no refund.” I disagree. I hired them to provide a truck to DELIVER DIRECTLY, and they didn’t do that. I hired them to send a reputable company, and they sent a company intent on exploiting seniors. I was going to report Alliance to the Better Business Bureau, but then I discovered that their BBB rating is already an “F” so they probably wouldn’t care.
On a side note, my son said, “let’s just rent a truck and move it ourselves” (650 miles). We rented a 16’ Budget truck, with a maximum cubic feet of 640. ALL of my things fit into that truck, when Alliance said my things totaled 840 cf, and then as soon as they saw my things, the sub wanted to charge $1,200 more saying I had over 840 cf. When I wanted to measure out the space in the truck so I’ll get what I paid for, they flipped their lids and quit. THEY QUIT, NOT ME! And as I said, Alliance refuses to return the $1,000 taken (stolen!) from my retirement savings. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
5 star service!
The manager, was very friendly and made the entire process a breeze. I was most impressed by their willingness to work past 6 pm to get my complicated bed frame built and set up. They did everything efficiently and professionally and took great care to explain what they were doing and why.

They gave me a last second appointment with no hassle and my moving went smoothly. They were very friendly and quick. They showed up on time and packed everything in the boxes carefully. Will definitely recommend these amazing and energetic guys!

Roger is a con artist …The management says they will call you back - after 7 calls and 2 emails no call back ..Just AWFUL people to deal with . Roger promised - I will be with you each step - when they showed up to my house - they wanted and extra $1200 - Roger never returned my call .. Roger said a 4.5 moving company would pick up my items -a 1.9 review company did ..I was supposed to get a rebate - it never happened..I do not know how they can live with themselves by lying ..

They were careful, conscientious, professional and just plain nice guys. They worked thru the summer heat and even accommodated for changes in our request. No hidden fees! Couldn’t be happier with move!
This company and crew are surely amazing
They were very quick. They came in and wasted no time getting started. It took them about 2 hours to wrap all my things in blankets and plastic and got it on the truck. I would highly recommend them. Easy to book, good price and wonderful service.
I recommend using these movers to all
I had just a one bedroom place but it is pretty well furnished. With a very heavy king size bed and a partly concrete dining table. Most of my furnishings are also kind of expensive so I was worried about them being taken care of but these movers were the best choice for the move.
