They provided an excellent service
I had a tight time table with my building's elevator access and the movers called me to talk through that and make sure we were all on the same page. They were very fast and efficient. They handled every hurdle and issue very professionally. Thanks guys!

I can't thank Roger and his team enough for helping me with my move. The crew arrived on time and overextended themselves to accommodate us. The initial quote stayed as-is and I made sure to reflect my gratitude by making sure they were tipped respectively. They charge by the hour but they never wasted any time.

They moved 2 studios into our 2 bed in about a day. We are absolutely impressed by the speed, service, and how pleasant all the movers were. I was worried about the likeliness of things being dented on narrow staircases, but we went without any casualties.
They are a moving broker and not a moving company
Quoted out a move in March. They underestimated the move so drastically it resulted in having to rent a ubaul to finish the move. The box count did go up over the orginal count. However it was not so drastic that is should have resulted in having to self move every single piece of furniture sans the mattresses.
So not only did I pay 6900 to move 161 boxes and 5 mattresses but now I have to move the rest of my house hold good myself. And no they will not give you a refund. However the guys they did contract to pick up were awesome.
Truly deserves every penny!
Was quoted for 2 hours: everything was done within 90 minutes. The movers were polite, professional and efficient. Upon arriving to the drop off spot, we faced a few hurdles and they remained pleasant and worked hard during it all.
Rip off
This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF, will add pricing while you are in process of moving so that you can't choose a better company! Ted, Chris and John are a total joke, not willing to help CUSTOMER at all, once they get your money!
Treat Customer Poorly
The party that moved went cross country. I was the agent left in charge of the moving party's belongings. The driver of the moving van was to call me 30 minutes before he arrived to town. He called me one minute before he was to arrive at the meeting place then was visibly upset that he had to wait 20 minutes at the storage unit address as I had to drive cross town to get there with to sign paperwork and open the storage unit top so that they could load the contents. He had the extreme attitude of "time is money."
Two weeks earlier I had opened the storage unit and photographed the contents as they were stacked and E-mailed the pictures to my client. She informed me that she presented the photos to the moving company and I have every reason to believe her. The estimate was padded significantly for the repacking needed that was shown in the photos. Well the driver had a cow and called my client and strong-armed another $1,000 out of her. Furthermore the moving van had no business name on it, nor any identifiable marks on it and had no business card; he wouldn't even give his name. I was instructed to sign the paperwork including the bill of landing by the owner of the contents. I was never given a copy of the paperwork signed nor even given the opportunity to photograph the documents.
It has been two weeks since the company loaded and hauled off my client's belongings. They still have not arrived. The company claims they have no idea where they are. She has no bill of landing to claim the belongings with as none was given to me to mail her IF they even arrive. Rarely in my life have I ever been treated so rudely by anyone. The moving company has stopped taking my client's calls, but no matter things were going nowhere quickly anyhow.
My client is investigating her options, including bait and switch and fraud as there are many more irregularities in this move. My client has been advised to file a report with the FBI as they are the law enforcement agency in charge with interstate commerce. She is livid and no amount of money will buy back her many family heirlooms lost. Never in my life have I seen a move go so poorly or in this case, not at all.
Those of you considering using this company, beware! Read all the comments first. There are about 80 reviews that are very poor, so poor in fact it leads me to question the authenticity of the good reviews. There are only a couple reviews that are mediocre. What are the odds? The website itself states that customer reviews cannot be taken down yet it also said elsewhere 115 of the reviews I asked for were filtered out and I was unable to read them. You draw your own conclusion.
I couldn't be happier with our moving experience
We were honored to have Alliance movers and their super professional and skill movers Roger, Chloe, Peter and Steve be a part of our move to a new home, and they did their jobs with such courteousness, kindness, and a rapidity I had a hard time keeping up with. I'm truly grateful to have had their help and I know we will call upon them in the future.
The customer service was pretty impressive
I called them couple of times and every time they were polite and constructive. They were very fast and did not damage anything. When they arrived they explained everything and let us know what to expect. The price was very reasonable as well. I will use them in future!
Pathetic Movers. More than 50 days waiting for delivery
Allaiance is horrible movers and pathetic service delivery. As per Allaince they gave you dispatcher and who took your home goods. Now do not contact with Allaonce. Dispatcher is not reachable easily and giving excuses and new dates and I am.waiting my goods from Apr 22 (more than 50 days).
Allaiance took 1050 to only finding dispatcher and now allaonce is not supporting customer support. They hanged out your phone if your looking their support. Hotrible company.
I recommend them
They did an outstanding job with my move. I moved from a 1 bedroom 4th floor walk up to a 6th floor 2 bedrooms with a freight elevator. The entire move took exactly time, which is exactly what they quoted me. 5 star customer service and 5 star works.
These guys are beyond amazing!
I have used them multiple times, and all of the times they were superb. They were very fast, professional and just all around nice and kind. They were also very careful and super-efficient. I will definitely use them again and would totally recommend!

The three young men that handled our minimal move were incredibly careful and polite. They arrived early for the pickup. They took great care with a few fragile items. My furniture and boxes got there with no issues - no broken glasses and no new chips that weren't there already.

They were quick and packed all my breakables safely. They had a ton of packing blankets, protective wrap, and extra packing supplies on hand and mostly all included in price. I was honestly dreading the move, and they made in stress free. Not to mention you cannot beat the hourly rate, no hidden fees, and they didn't even charge us for cutting into the 5th hour by 15 minutes.

We just used them a couple days ago and they were the best! They charged us an hourly rate, which was cheaper than other quotes I'd gotten. Stress free moving day, should be their slogan because that's what they did to me from the beginning to the end. Plus, they were so personal yet courteous that it almost felt I am moving with my friends.
