1. Long Distance Move

   Contracted with David on 5/17/21 for 6/24-6/26. 6/25 receive new contract with 6/26 pu and eta for 2 hr window AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS TO THEM. (Never received ETA within 48 hour window of original scheduled dates.) They never called us. Called an hour after no show and said I'd get a call back. Called back two hours later and after hours answering service picked up. They do not have 24 hour customer service as advertised. The office was closed until Monday 6/28. Stayed up until Midnight on 6/26 and no show. No phone calls, no email, zero communication. 6/27 made other arrangements to move my Mother's things from California to Georgia. Found out on 6/28 Broker cancelled contract with carrier after speaking with carrier. Trying to get my elderly mother's deposit refunded. 7/8 have sent three emails (David blocked my email address) with no response. Filed complaint with BBB and FMCSA.

2. It was moved without a scratch!

   My move was extremely seamless from the get go, from dealing with the office staff to the actual move itself and finally the follow-up with the office staff. I cannot say enough nice things about this company! Would recommend this company to my friends & family.

3. These guys were great!!

   We were moving out of our work space into a new location. Took consideration in the placement of boxes and items into new location in relation to our previous set up which was great. They were all very friendly too! They'll be my movers next time I move. Don't have to even think about that one.

4. 5 stars!

   This was by far the easiest move I've ever experienced. Marry was fabulous with giving me a quote and answering questions. Jeff and the crew were very professional! They were so fast, too. It was unbelievable how fast they moved. I would recommend them, for sure!

5. The moving was efficient

   Overall, compared to the other quotes, this was the best value and had the most straightforward moving conditions. Only took an hour. They also assembled my desk and dining table. Can’t recommend them enough!

6. Worst company ever!

   First of all nobody called to confirm anything. I was told they would call 24-48 hours before my two day window. This never happened I had to call 7 times before someone finally told me at 7pm the night before that they would be here in the afternoon the next day. I asked what that means and they stated between 2-6pm. Ok. Then movers call me at 1:08 the day of move to say they will be here at 6pm. I have spent the last hour and a half trying to figure out where they are because it’s now 7:30 and they aren’t here. I finally get a guy that tells me he will be another 2hrs. That brings us to 9:30 at night. I don’t know about you, but that makes me very uncomfortable to have men in my house that late AND I now have to drive half way across the country straight through to be able to get to new house in order to work. Absolutely unacceptable and the most unprofessional company I have seen. I will update with when they actually do arrive and how the delivery goes, which i can’t even imagine as awful as this is currently going.

7. They are the best movers

   We hired them after speaking with various other moving companies across the states. We felt comfortable explaining our situation with them and listing off all the items we planned on bringing. We found that they were willing to work with us at a reasonable price and make sure we had the dates we needed by all means.

8. Don't Hire Alliance Moving & Storage

   I'll save you the time in reading every detail of our horrific experience and extortion experience by summarizing it in a few sentences.
   
   If you want your quoted price to double on-site while your possessions are already loaded on the truck, your furniture broken and delivered damaged and the senior leaders of the company to scream over the phone and belittle you, then you have found the right company.
   
   Save your time, your money and your energy. Hire someone else.

9. No surprises!

   The day of the move Martin the foreman assessed all the items that were going to be taken in the truck and he was great at making sure his guys were getting it all wrapped up and secured. Move was very fast and efficient. I'm truly grateful to have had their help and I know we will call upon them in the future.

10. Everything with my move went smoothly

    Any time that you're looking to move you need to contact them. Everything that they tell you is very true. I am highly impressed with my movers. Thank you very much for everything that you guys did press during this movie and I will most certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a moving company.

11. Best moving company with efficient crew!

    Mark and his crew moved us this month, and did a great job. The guys were all polite, respectful and hardworking. I did very little to help with the move, but every time I tried to move a box one of them was right there to take it from me and ask me where to put it. Can’t recommend them enough!

12. Great Work!

    Literally the best most professional people I have ever encountered! I had the biggest most stressful move & I was blessed to have Roger & his team of 3 other guys to help me. They were quick, efficient, kind & made sure everything was perfect. I am upper impressed and going to use their services in future too.

13. Unprofessional, rude, conmen!

    These people are crooks! They took a $1500 deposit 2 months before my move from Texas to Georgia. As you can see from their responses they claim to call 48 - 72 hours before the move and give you a 2 day window. We chose the 17th June 21 and 18th June 21. By the 17th of June 21 (after 2 months of expecting a professional company) we had to call the customer care number because we still had no idea what time they would arrive.. it is an 11 hour drive from Georgia to Texas and that takes a little planning. The first call my wife made the customer service rep immediately gave her attitude and said we call 24 hours before your move not 48 to 72hrs as previously claimed. So by the end of the workday on the 17th my wife called again to try to get an idea of when we could expect the movers, again she was met with attitude "You already called this morning.. we told you they'd call today." They still did not call. Now, it's the 18th of June, the final day of the 2 day contracted window and we still have no idea of a moving time. My wife called and was met with more attitude. We had to call just about every phone number we could find.. by 12pm that day we finally got told our move was scheduled between 9am and 3pm. Meaning we would not have to drive through the night after sitting up all day waiting for movers who didn't call, didn't arrive and only had attitude to give.. not information or forewarning. At 2:58pm we finally got a call from the movers and they said they were not coming because the weather is bad. You had 2 months to give us a time of move but instead you only gave attitude with the most simple and expected information that was requested. They did not follow through with anything they said at the initial call and payment. Not a single thing! There is a reason this company has an F with BBB. I highly recommend you do some research before sending them your money. They will not follow through with any of their promises and should you inconvenience them by asking for a time frame you will be subjected to anger and rudeness.

14. Clear and upfront about their charges!

    They moved me last week and I could not have had a better experience. They showed up about a half hour early, which was beyond fine by since I was all packed up and ready to go. Early start, early finish.

15. Will recommend!

    I was recommended this company by a friend of mine who had nothing but nice things to say about them so I decided to use them especially since they were very affordable. They me this last weekend; they were great, even arrived on time. Fast, courteous, and competitively priced.
