Not a thing was missing or broken!
Wow how refreshing my experience was to have movers who actually care as much about our household items as we do! Thanks so much Alliance Moving & Storage and team for a job well done. They handled everything from packing to unloading at our new home professionally and courteously. Communication at all levels was fantastic.

Do NOT Trust this Company!
After an extensive list of items as well as an in-depth video tour of our belongings, we were charged over 40% more than we were quoted. My initial contact out of a Florida office, Robert Lane, assured me that my quote was a "worst case scenario". After researching several moving companies, I finally decided on Alliance because I received the lowest quote, which I was very upfront about when researching with Mr. Lane. Well, he certainly gave me the quote I was looking for in order to obtain my business and then I ended up being out an extra $3,400. I have no problem paying for the items I moved and would have accepted a small additional charge for items, but $3,400 more is just an unethical way to do business. The extra items, things like the parts for our beds, the bed frames, etc. This is just an unacceptable way to conduct a business and of course, no response from "upper management". Don't trust them and don't let this happen to your family.
Such professional people to work with
I highly recommend using Alliance Moving & Storage. My stuff just got picked up and everything went great! The guys – Rick, Gabe and Tony were very professional and friendly. They made my move very easy! They handled my boxes with care and made sure everything was secure and boxed up properly. I am moving to MI from MA and I know my boxes are in good hands. Rick, Gabe and Tony were great guys and did an amazing job! Will for sure work with them again.

This was my first professional move and I was nervous! John talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. When moving day came the crew was quick, thorough, professional, and so kind. Everything arrived safely, with no damage! And the price, fantastic.

Very dissapointed...
Cost me way more than original qoute
I have a dining room table (antique) broken y kitchen oak pedestal is broke, 130 year old rocker broke, two nightstands broke, 1 shelf, not to mention at least 4 boxes I know of that are missing, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 master bedroom with things I will never be able to replace numerous phone calls to Florida and the quality assurance manager and NOONE will return
Yes I would use them again!
5 men arrived on day to pack. They all took great care packing my Mom's items, some of which were very old. The day of the move I requested the truck be packed a certain way so that items I would need would be at the front of the storage center. No problem. The move was great, the men were very professional and helpful. Alliance Moving & Storage you rock.
The two guys were super friendly and helpful
Our family of four moved last fall due my husband's new job! However the Alliance Moving & Storage made everything so smooth that instead of having a traumatic moving everything went well and efficient. I am very grateful with all of them and specially their customer service which were very helpful too! We might move again in a couple of years and we definitely will use this company again!

I am so happy that I choose Alliance Moving & Storage out of so many big moving companies. I was tensed because I have many small things as furniture and decorations in my house and was very tensed about all the packing. Alliance Moving & Storage's team was like a blessing and they took care of everything. Packing, and in reassembling also.
From beginning to end the move was just so easy
The guys from Alliance Moving & Storage were very professional and fun to be around. Movers arrived on time and were very careful with the wall and was careful not to ding or damage and the furniture itself. They got to my new place quickly and once again handled everything with care. They were helpful and polite throughout the whole process. Pricing was also very reasonable and fair! (You can pay via cash or credit card.) Will definitely use them again!
They are affordable and do a quality job
We moved today with the help of Vince, Peter and Tony. We were moving from a 4th floor apartment to a second floor apartment unit. They worked very hard and never complained about the amount of stairs. They came prepared to wrap and protect the furniture and provided us with extra boxes in case we needed them. They never stopped moving. You will not be wasting a single dime using them for your move.I highly recommend Alliance Moving & Storage for your next move.
Unethical dishonest company
This company will lie in order to get you to sign a contract that gives you no rights as a consumer. Steve promised me my estimate would not go up unless I added a rocket ship. 2 days before my move Christopher called me to verify my inventory and my costs went up $2000. When I told him I needed to speak to Steve before moving forward he cancelled my move 2 days prior to my move. The company cancelled on me and refuses to give me my deposit of $1028 back.
My request for a quote produced a return call in less than 10 minutes!
I was desperate to get moved within a very tight time frame and will little notice to the movers. While I reviewed different companies, I felt the best about Alliance Moving & Storage. They worked quickly and efficiently as a well-oiled machine and were very careful and respectful of fragile items. I was thoroughly please with the work, the men, and the price. If I ever have to move again, they will definitely be the ones I will call!
The best moving experience!
Great experience with my move done by Alliance Moving & Storage! Sarah was excellent in planning out our move, some things were going into storage and some were going into our apartment. On the day of the move, Paul and two other movers came out and were awesome! They were fast, professional and at times patient when we needed them to be! Absolutely would use again!

Used Alliance Moving & Storage this past weekend for a local move. Completed the move in 4 hours - all three movers were great! Non-stop the entire time and moving lots of heavy furniture, books, and plants from 2nd floor into a newly renovated house. No damage in either places and no real damage on the furniture either. Hopefully we never have to use movers again, but if we do, we would totally use these guys.
