Great experience!
I don't know where to begin but we moved from the CA to a storage facility. Steven and his guys Peter and Larry were professional, friendly and they moved fast and did not charge us for time when they took a break. They were pleasant and fun and made a stressful day easier. They packed all our stuff safely into one storage unit even though no one thought it was possible. The price was fair and I can't say enough about these three men.
Have yet to receive my things
It's been two months and I haven't received my things. I was initially told "10 business days" and when my things didn't arrive, I called and was told my things would now arrive in "30 business days." As I type this review, my stuff is sitting in an "Able and Storage" unit in Arkansas.
Instead of being put on hold for hours and being hung up on, I would hope to speak to a real professional instead of getting the run around.
Worse Company, Service & Lost Goods
Do not use this company. They take your money, sell your job to a 3rd party that is noncredited, they didnt know where my goods were, lost my goods for over a week, then when delivered lost over $1000s of dollars of wine I collected all over the world. No mgr would call, apoligize, or make the situation right. Between cost of move $5k, over50bottles of wine, and then 10days sitting in an empty house where i had to buy a bed to sleep, food, etc... im over $10k in the hole, lost memories, and horrific service. No one has tried to make it right and i followed up via phone/email weekly for 2 months to give them a chance. Dont take the bait, run from this company!! There are much better companies out there than this one.
Best movers in Florida ever!
No one else has come even close. They called before they arrived, which was right on time. They were organized, very polite and friendly. The job was completed quickly and efficiently (way faster than we ever expected). And, they took great care to make sure nothing was damaged. These people were the ultimate professionals and their fee was very reasonable. Very highly recommend!
Reliable Movers!
I just moved to New York and was in a rush to find movers that would work with my unique situation. Alliance Moving & Storage was not only helpful but they worked with me to make my move seamless. The team was friendly and made me feel comfortable during this transitional period which is hard to find that in a big city. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Alliance Moving & Storage showed up promptly around given time. Movers Chris and Lewis were very friendly and efficient. They were both knowledgeable, patient and personable. They took pride in their jobs and wanted to make sure we were happy with the setup of all our furniture Pieces. As first-time movers we were very impressed with the service and will recommend them in the future for any moving needs.

PLEASE -**Do NOT give them your business. If I could have selected a NEGATIVE review that would have been too good.
1. They provided a quote without ever coming to see what was being moved.
2. They took a large deposit, upfront -more than a thousand dollars.
I would not have minded either of these actions if they actually did what they said but they did not follow thourough with the move,refused to make adjustments and would NOT return my deposit.
It took days to get them to pick up the phone and I was kept on hold for hours. The only time they responded was when I sent an email saying I wanted to move to another date at which time they responded telling me my price was even higher than initially quoted. When I finally got service to answer the phone and get me to the person over my move I was sent to a rude unprofessional named [NAME EDIT] ([NAME EDIT]) 248-212-0025 ext #560. He actually hung up on me when I asked him why he wasn't returing my deposit. And he laughed and told me good luck trying to get my money back.
I am seeking the help of a lawyer to recoup what I can get.
Please DO NOT patronize this sham of an operation!
Everything went smoothly!
Alliance Moving & Storage were responsive, professional and overall just great. The bid from Steven was reasonable with very clear explanation of all the charges. They showed up on time and all four movers were outstanding. They worked hard almost nonstop for 6 hours! We were truly impressed. They took great care of all of our stuff and nothing was broken at the end of it. If I had done it myself half of it would broke. Worth every dollar spent.
The WORST company
STAY AWAY. They refuse to answer the phones and can never tell you where your stuff is. They lied to me and told me they weren't a BROKER on the phone.
Currently there is a lawsuits from other "alliance moving" companies against this business because disgruntled customers are leaving reviews thinking they are the same.
Don't take the chance and just find another company.
They were great and quick!
They were good as far as being affordable. In fact, they did more and better work in less time than I have seen in 30 years of moving. The driver and crew were polite, careful, and very interested in making sure I got set up and ready to nose dive into keep at my new habitation. I would use them again in a pulsation for my next motion and wish Alliance Moving & Storage all the success they can have.

Would like to recommend this company, very friendly staff and reasonable cost. Luckily my new house was only 20 proceedings away from my old place so it was managed but otherwise let that be as it was kinda late in shifting. Everything was point apart from that small hustle. What a BS artist and absolute LIAR !! The phone call is recorded. I was told my FRANK JACKSON , they would match ANY price from another company for the same service..Rather than shop around, I decided to go with Alliance since my pal, Frank Jackson, assured me that I wouldn't get a better deal or service..
About 8 days later I found another company, with the same service and everything for 209 dollars cheaper. I submitted that contract and expected Alliance to honor what FRANK JACKSON told me. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income and not able to make this move on my own. 209 dollars is a hell of big deal to me and a huge savings.
I never received the price match and called several times to inquire, only to be told that I had to submit my request via email and they would NOT honor the price match. I submitted my request, asked for a response and to speak with a manager. NO RESPONSE and obviously no return call from a manager.
For about two weeks, I called and left messages and finally got someone on the phone who claimed to be a manager, a lady named HEATHER.
Heather was sorry that Frank told me they would price match and that HE should not have told me they would. I informed her that was not my fault and I just wanted to save as much as I could. HEATHER informed me that she would authorize a refund of 100 dollars and that was the best she could do.
I NEVER received the 100 dollar refund. GO FIGURE ! Another lie.
I requested a full refund for the deposit. No response. Therefore I disputed the charge with my credit card company. As it turns out, there is a no refund policy in writing after 8 to 10 hrs of signing the contract. I submitted plenty of evidence, with dates and times of calls along with quotes as to what I was told, however, a verbal agreement can not be used as evidence unless I have a copy of the recorded call.
I have formally requested that call and as usual, ALLIANCE fails to respond. I have had to hire another company, much more reliable and responsive, and I am out 1226 dollars thanks to the deceitful tactics from ALLIANCE.
I just asked for Alliance to honor what they said they would..price match.. and or the 100 dollar refund. They did nothing but lie and kept my deposit.
If this is how they treat Veterans, they certainly will treat anyone like this.. they certainly do not care and will lie at all costs for the almighty dollar. THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
You would think that the CEO of Alliance might read this and actually take care of situations like this. How can you have employees that do this to customers !!??!!

We have requested full packing and moving to storage from Alliance Moving & Storage. Packers arrived on time and quickly started wrapping fragile items and taking apart furniture. Very good prices for storing my items in secure containers.. I am so happy and grateful for your help and support.
Scam!
Where do I begin? This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. Take your money and no show and no communication. Two days waiting for a truck. Do not trust and do not do any business with this company. Two days no show and customer Representing this company are nice but also make you feel it’s not there fault is yours! They hire other company for out state moving. Scam- Not trustable and unprofessional! Cost me two days of aggravation and lies. I will be do all In my power for this not happen to another individual, not allowed! Not even a manager has reach out after 72 hours and they will hear from my lawyers!
Awful Company.
When I originally booked the service, I was told pick up would be the 13th by someone named Chloe. Later, I was told it was not verified and would be the 13th or 14th by someone else named Kelli. During the week prior to moving, both Kelli and Chloe told me different days of when my day and time would be finalized. Everytime I called or attempted to contact them to finalize the day and time, it was ignored or I was told to try again the next day. On the 12th I attempted again, and was ignored by both. I called in and was told by someone else that my pick up would be the 13th from 8-10am and I would receive a call when they were an hour out.
On September 13th, I made 18 different calls trying to figure out where my drivers were. They did not meet the 8-10 window and I was told 11-2. They did not meet that window either and I was told that no one could get a hold of them. No one knew where the drivers were which made me nervous. I called around 2:30 to cancel, but never received a call back from you or anyone to confirm. That was around the time my number was blocked. I cannot get through to the company. A "user busy" message appears on my phone each time I try. I Googled what it meant, and discovered that my number was blocked.
Around 3PM, drivers showed up without any prior call as promised, which was very suspicious as this was stressed. I asked why I did not receive a call an hour before and they said they did not know they had to call me. They were in a UHaul which I questioned and did not have any company shirts on which I did not question but made me very nervous. I was told that they would be Jewish (which I do not care what background they are, but this is what I was told), and the ones that all showed up spoke Spanish. I questioned this and was told they were from Israel, but they did not speak Hebrew. This made me even more suspicious.
They said my items were going to NJ first and then to another truck. This was never explained to me that my items would be transfered. Hearing all of this made me nervous about who these guys were, especially given everything that already occurred.
I then was told that my price was going to go up by $8000 and I owed them $4000 in cash on the spot. I asked for verification that they work for the moving company, and they said they were a third party. I was never told a third party would be arriving. I asked for verification that they worked for a company, and they said they had no one to contact to confirm. At that point I called my dad who called the police on them because we could not verify employment and determined this was a scam.
The head "mover" said he would call his boss. He called someone on the phone, made fun of the fact that I needed verification, and hung up. He said the guy would call me to confirm. It never came. I asked three more times, and he said he would call, and never did. I am still waiting for that call. I had no choice but to confirm that this had to be a scam
Someone from the company called prior to the police arrival. I told her on the phone I wanted my stuff back in my apartment and my money returned. She said she would make sure that both of those happened. The movers refused to move my items back and threatened to leave them on the side of the road. I told them that I talked to the company who said they would make sure it happened, but the said they didn't know who that person was and did not work for her. At that point, the police and I decided that these people were fraud and did not work for the company.
The police stepped in and the movers agreed to move my items back to my apartment but only if I paid the guy $800 directly in cash (Venmo). They did, but left my apartment a mess with garbage all over the floor such as water bottles, urine on the toilet that I had to clean up, and all of my boxes labeled fragile were crushed during transit or stacked under heavy items. I watched one guy drop my box of pictures down the garage ramp and another load up heavier items on top of labeled fragile boxes which crushed them. Ended up being $3000 worth of damage. They were also talking about me in Spanish in front of my face and calling me names such as "perra" (bitch), "puta" (bitch/whore/slut), and "maldita perra" (fucking bitch) because they probably figured I couldn't understand.
In the end, I did not receive my services. I cannot the company any longer due to being blocked. I claim a violation to the Fair Practices Act since I was not treated fairly, fair dealing did not occur, and duties were not performed. The company blocked my number that day, so I can't even call to get my money back or discuss the issue. It has been over a month and nothing. So many this will get their attention. NEVER HIRE THEM. IT IS A SCAM!
