I've heard of movers out there that steal your stuff but company was great. No nonsense and no problems. Easy on the phone, no adjustments with the quotes and they even let me have a couple of extra boxes with no additional charges. These folks are professionals. I’d use them again for sure.

I recently moved from my second floor walk up to my new house in 3rd floor. These guys were punctual, pleasant, and willing to carry everything regardless of whether it was included in the inventory list taken at booking. They managed everything for the move so effortlessly. I am so happy with them.

I am amazed that they received 5 stars on your web site. First of all, they are brokers, not a true moving company. I expected an Alliance truck to show up at my home. Instead it was two men in a rental truck (they did a good job loading the truck). However, they were late showing up at my home, and despite a box-by-box review of goods to be shipped by the Alliance customer service department, after loading, the drivers raised my price 400 dollars as they stated I was overweight I sent three emails and made several calls to try to reach the salesmen who sold us this package .. he never responded. I sent and email to the customer service person who reviewed the load, and she did not respond. I was told our goods would arrive in 3 to 7 days but they could not be specific. My wife was planning to drive with me in our car, a three day trip. I was concerned that we would miss the truck so she flew home to meet the truck. 7 days and a no show, we heard from customer service that it would be another 3 to 10 days. On the 11th day I sent and email .. finally on day 20 day the truck showed up. I asked the drivers to wear masks and they stated they would only take them off after a few minutes, so why wear them. All-in-all .. make sure you check other review sites before booking this company. You will find my experience with Alliance mimics other reviews.

The team of Mike and Michele were professional and efficient. They were very organized and hustled the whole way through. They did not break one item! I was really impressed. They also packaged everything carefully and took extra care with the breakable items. We would highly recommend Alliance Van lines to anyone that is looking for a reliable and professional company!

Not only were they super professional and on time, they had the best attitude and extremely hardworking. They did not STOP for 12 hrs!! Our new house had two flights of stairs and these 3 guys killed it. We had the heaviest boxes, solid marble coffee table, dressers, 9' sofa, large plants, artwork etc.. It was unbelievable watching + nothing damaged! Highly recommended!

Wow! Couldn't have had a better experience. The movers called 45 minutes before arriving and efficiently moved my one bedroom apt furniture and boxes in the rain, without damaging anything! The whole process took less than three hours. The movers were friendly and helped the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The Alliance Van Lines worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the move well within the time they promised. They were very careful with our furniture and wrapped it in protective materials very well.
The never answered back..
This company is a spam! After talking with Chriss and paying them for a moving service from NY to Miami, they sent another company for my stuff "A plus Van lines". They charged me extra 500 dollars. When I called back Chriss to complain, they said he wasn't there and when I explained the situation they answered: "Sorry, we are just the brokers!!" I asked them why they didn't tell me that at the beginning, and the woman answered: You never asked. I ended up receiving half of my stuff and paying extra!

They were very efficient and super careful with all of our belongings. Everything made it to the new apartment in the same shape it left the old one, which is a lot more than I can say of previous moves. They were really nice people too and very helpful with getting furniture in the right places before they left.

I just bought a condo, and had only 1 week to find movers that could move my furniture from GA city NY. Alliance Van Lines were very responsive and patiently answered all my questions. They were very accommodating with my requests and all my last-minute changes and gave me a VERY REASONABLE price quote for my move.

I had Mike and Michele as my movers. They got giant heavy furniture through my glass doors without a bump. Got the furniture back together without a hitch. Constantly checking in with me to make sure things were to my satisfaction.

From the beginning these guys were beyond amazing. They were extremely thorough from the consultation all the way to the follow up call the day after our move. They were on time, extremely friendly considering the fact that it was 7 am on a Sunday, and extremely cautious with our belongings. Everything was totally above board. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I've moved twice with Alliance Van Lines. Both times they were fast, communicative, and reasonably priced. Everyone I interacted with was kind and hard-working. The cost was also reasonable and there were no hidden charges and fees.
