1. They are BAD.

   This company is the worse!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They never showed up to move our stuff . we moved a week later using another company. They cost us a ton of money and they won't return my $ 600+ deposit. They are thieves!! If you think you will get good service- YOU ARE WRONG!! The company has not ever reached out to me and when I call they put me on hold and disconnect. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges but after a while they said they cannot reverse the charges because the merchant will not release it and need to take it up with the merchant that does not want to talk to me since day 1!! Consider yourself luck if you read this and move on to the next moving company!!

2. Moving? Call Excalibur!

   I have had my fair share of dealing with all the details needed to make sure the moving process goes completely smooth, and let me tell you they never went well. That is, until I contacted Excalibur Moving Group, whose top notch customer experience provided all the details necessary to make sure everything goes smoothly. Hands down offered a great customer experience and would recommend to give them a call!

3. Disgusting.

   I wouldn’t trust this company they will pair you with the worse moving company and when you call for information they don’t have any. All they say is we are sorry and give you the dispatchers numbers and dot info so you can file a complaint. Completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This is a scary movie theme nightmare dealing with them.

4. Excalibur move..

   I contracted for a storage move from CA to my new home in NH. Very smooth talking.. but in the end they contracted my move with Logistics Leadership, something I didn't learned until somebody called me for the pick up, and a company that is not BBB accredited and has on the BBB site an "F".. They were subpar to say the least from day one - giving me a picking date and time frame they knew (I learned via the driver) they couldn't keep, while I had to take a day to wait for their non-arrival, and then at pick up the next day the driver was alone, so for a pick up that should have taken an hour it was more than 3 hours.. - and in the end when the boxes arrived in NH they were broken, stained, and 6 of them were missing. The driver and his aids were in such a hurry to unload and leave that they didn't even want to do a double check.. And so far (3 weeks later) no news from my boxes.. Which are books, very valuable to me or to some specialized collector, but wouldn't be to anybody else.. So I can't imagine somebody would steal them.. It's pure negligence and disorganization. It tells me that they don't keep shipments together, they don't take the time to double check when they unload (so my boxes are probably at somebody else's place.. ). When contacted, they give me the usual run around.. (as they did the day they didn't show up: the secretary told me to call her back after 5.. On a Friday night.. of course when I did she was gone and a recording informed me that they would reopen the following Monday).. And the only thing I could get from Excalibur is "it's not us it's them.. " If you contract with Excalibur I highly recommend that you get the name of their subcontractor for your move and inform yourself before signing anything.. that could spare you some nightmares..

   Was recommended this company and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Would definitely refer others to the use in their moving needs!

6. Horrible Experience.

   My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience with Excalibur moving group with our long distance move from Florida to Texas.
   1) The sales team misled us in saying that the SAME TRUCK would load up our things, go to Texas, and unload. The sales team said it would take 3-5 days, until we actually started the move and then they switched that number to 10 business days.
   2) The movers that picked up our things in Florida came ONE DAY LATE, and then FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the inventory sheet, claiming that we had to pay an extra $900 to cover what they said were additional items. We never signed off on this. Our original quote was by weight and this mover decided to switch this to cubic feet and charge us. He tells us this AFTER HE HAS LEFT our home, and says we will not get out possessions delivered unless we pay the additional amount to the unloading truck driver in Texas.
   3) When our possessions arrive in Texas (a full week after we had planned for it to arrive), it looks like all of our stuff had been sent through a trash compactor. They stack all of your boxes over 10 feet high, and pay no attention to boxes that say fragile on them. We have many items broken (chairs, coffee table, wooden chest, countless dishes)
   4) Because our move involved multiple movers, truck drivers, Excalibur representatives, etc, NO ONE TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY for their failures. They simply point the fingers at the others and say we need to take it up with them.
   
   This experience could not have been any worse. To anyone doing a long distance move, here is my advice:
   Rent your own U-haul truck, hire a team to load it, drive it yourself to your new home, and then hire a different team to unload it. This is how I did my first move and it was cheaper, faster, and so much less stressful.

7. Great Moving Crew.

   Moving is always a stressful thing. I'm so happy I was able to find the Excalibur Moving Group. Moving by myself was so stressful and it took forever. I have used other moving companies that were okay but the customer service was abysmal.
   
   A friend of mine recommended the company to me and it was such a good decision. The crew at Excalibur made me have a whole new take on hiring a moving crew. Rob and Walt helped me so much in organizing the move. They made sure everything was covered and done in a timely manner. You could tell the movers had a lot of experience. I thought I was going to be in a emotional rollercoaster, and pull my hair out again. But it went so smoothly I am so freaking glad.
   
   One of my main concern were that some of my bigger pieces of furniture might get damaged but they all arrived in perfect condition. They gave me a great price. I would totally recommend this moving service to anyone.

8. Excalibur Moving Group Review.

   I needed a trusted company who can move my household items without hassle. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Excalibur Moving Group and my experience with them was fantastic. They have an excellent customer service who were willing to help me out with every information I asked and the overall moving process from Minnesota to San Diego, California was smooth and right on the budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone who's planning to move.

9. Interstate Move.

   My experience with Excalibur Moving Group was simple and easy. I had to move from Tampa, Florida to Louisville, Kentucky and decided to try Excalibur Moving Group. They made the process easy, simple, and stress free. Their employees were also just very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I'm definitely going through them again the next time I move.

10. Great company made my move easy!

    I found Excalibur Moving Group through a simple Google search, and I'm so glad I chose them to help me out during my first big move! They were very helpful and understanding of my basically zero knowledge and the amount of stress I was under. The customer service and professionalism of the workers made my move so much easier than it would have been had I gone with another company!

11. Quick and Easy Move.

    I had to make the move to Brooklyn, New York and quickly too. So I contacted Excalibur Moving Group after searching on Google. I’m glad I did because they made the move pain and headache free. It was easy to talk to their friendly customer service, which made it easy to communicate what I wanted.
    
    They gave me a fair price considering all the things I had to move. They were also very honest about any other fees and made sure I wasn’t kept in the dark. The movers came and packed my things efficiently and carefully. I was glad to see nothing was damaged when I arrived in New York. They even helped me place everything where I wanted when I got home! I felt a bit overwhelmed with the move, but Excalibur Moving Group made things stress-free. I definitely recommend this group of guys to anyone!

12. Read your contract.

    Read the terms and conditions of your estimate/contract and see www.protectyourmove.com. Excalibur moving group hits all the red flags. Shame on us for not being diligent as it's all there in black and white. This company is a moving broker, they do not move your stuff directly, they subcontract it to someone else. They make no commitment to delivery date. Coverage for damage is minimal unless you pay for full replacement value. We requested our stuff be released from storage on May 4, 2018 and are still waiting on June 13, 2018. We have requested status updates when we can get a hold of them and have been told our stuff will be loaded for several weeks. Each week there has been a new excuse for why it was not loaded and each week there's no commitment to when we will see our stuff. Again, just read the terms and conditions and decide if you can accept the risk. We would never use this company again and we hope you will not have the same experience.

13. Excalibur Moving Group.

    I have never used a transportation company before, so I had a lot of questions and skepticism over price and security of my belongings. After doing some research and reading positive reviews, I gave Excalibur a chance. I had a move nearly 1000 miles away- Their pricing was fair and delivered everything that was promised. My furniture was moved without any additional damage or dirt. Most importantly, they arrived ON TIME! I've heard too many horror stories of people waiting day's to weeks for their belongings to be transported.
    
    Also, their staff stayed hard-working from the first piece to last and treated my stuff like their own.

14. Best Movers in Town!

    Excalibur Moving Group made my move from Lake Worth, FL to Boynton Beach, FL incredibly easy. The customer service representatives were incredibly easy to work with & the movers were friendly and did their jobs well. I was a little nervous, as this was my first move, but everything turned out perfect in the long run! Nothing as broken, scratched, dirtied, or dented. I would definitely recommend them for your move!

15. One of the TOP movers.

    Excalibur moving moved our furniture and personal belongs from our old 2,700 sq ft house to our new 4,000 sq ft house less than 2000 mile away.
    Initially, I had planned to only have my furniture moved and not lighter or personal items. I explained to Thomas (the owner) that our dining and living rooms were both heavy and fragile at the same time. Our white modern leather furniture are stark white and heavy as bricks. As heavy as the pieces were, they moved them as though on the tips of their fingers. They were washing their hands frequently throughout the move to ensure that no dirt would be engrained on the pieces as they were moved. I planned for the move to last between 14 hours and only for the main furniture to be moved. When I saw how well they were doing, we extended the whole day until late evening and practically moved the entire house. They did great and worked at the same pace in their last couple of hours as they did when they arrived. Another thing I noticed is that they don't get irritated by picky customers (like myself) following them around and stating remarks of caution. I found Excalibur online and hired them based on the immaculate reviews I read, which only turned out to be exactly what was written. Thank you Brian and the crew!!
