I recently decided to upgrade to a larger house, but did not want the hassle of asking a bunch of friends to come over and help me move. So, I needed to find a moving company. Excaliber Moving Group did an awesome job packing everything up and moving it across town to my larger house. Nothing was damaged during the move and they arrived promptly at the promised time. Compared to moving everything myself, Excaliber saved me time, many headaches and backaches and the hassle of moving. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to move. Near or far.
A great moving company!
Sometimes you just need some extra help, and these guys delivered! On time and without any hassle. I thought moving would be a ton of trouble, but they made it super easy and convenient for me. The move wasn't very far, but nothing was broken and they stuck to their timeline. I would definitely recommend this moving company!
Scammer company!
Im going to start my review from
Day 1: we still waiting for the movers that supposed to be in our home from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and it's 6 pm and they didn't show up yet.
Day 2: trust the yelp reviews because they are not lies my husband didn't do it, and I tell him about the reputation of scammers of this company. We are still waiting at least for a call from the "movers" that supposed to arrived yesterday. We already have to take a flight how cool is that.
Day 3: they arrived with a rush, the price increase for a 500 more than the estimate. And the estimate that they send you through email magically disappeared, so you can have your own conclusions.
Day 4: they suppose to be on their way to Texas.
Day5: nothing yet no news from them still early, so we will wait..
Day 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,18,19,20,21
Today 21 day: I will like to know where my staff are because no signs of them, and they didn't know. So at this point many things going to happen, start form calling the police, and hire a lawyer a good one to dealt with these scammer and fake company.
I'm pretty sure all the reviews are paying or the same employees just post them.
I will keep updating the review until this nightmare ends. If ends some day.
Incompetent Moving.
My move should have been extremely simple, moved a studio apartment worth of stuff from a 5 x 10 storage unit needing minimal packing.
Cons: An overall unpleasant experience. Got charged an additional "shuttle" fee that I was assured I would not be charged prior to booking. They subcontract with questionable businesses like Maag Enterprises (Ifram) and Eln Transportation (Oded) that both try really heard to not disclose their business names. Finally, as I type this, I am still missing 2 boxes and vital pieces for my bed as well as have another person's box that Excalibur has not made any effort to come and pick up. Poor customer service from Nicole and Adam.
Pro: They partially refunded $100 of the $300 "shuttle" fee that I never should have been charged.
Good for a quick move.
I had to move apartments recently and I decided to go with Excalibur because they have pretty reasonable prices. It was a local move - I was just relocating to a place across town. I packed all of my stuff really well since I get paranoid about movers not treating furniture and valuables well, but I didn't have to worry. The guys that showed up were decently fast and made sure not to bump anything into walls as they took it out. Overall, I was satisfied with the job and would recommend them.

I hired Excalibur moving company to help me move across country as a result of my new job. I was impressed that their rates were lower than anyone I had previously contacted. During the whole process there was constant communication and I felt very comfortable using their company. All of my goods were taken care of with great care and I can not recommend them enough. Will be using them again for sure.
Great Service.
My family has always preferred to do most moving work by ourselves but we decided to get help from Excalibur and could not be happier with the service. The quote we received was very reasonable and the service we received was great as well. Our items were handled with care and were all delivered safely to our new home. It was a far trip cross state but all of our stuff made it without a scratch. Would use again and recommend to others as well.
Local move from Charlotte, NC to SC.
Moving into a new home can often be a stressful experience. I had to move out and in within a specific time frame and Excalibur Living Group ensured to make the experience as smooth as possible.
The staff and crew were very responsive, their professionalism carried through their work and were very diligent during the moving stage. I was delighted the furniture was intact after moving. I highly recommend the Excalibur Moving Group as they met every one of my moving needs.
Professional and courteous service!
I was under extreme time constraint and pressure after my moving plans with a previous company failed. I was starting a new job and needed to be moved before the following Monday and was completely discouraged with no alternative to replace them.
By a stroke of luck, through my google search I found and called Excalibur Moving Group. I was grateful that they had availability for me that matched my needs and assured me that my fragile furniture items would be handled with care during the move.
I was given an affordable quote and immediately made arrangements to have the guys come to my place to help me pack. They arrived prompt and professional taking over the packing I was rushing to complete and loading up boxes. I got out of their way and was finally able to relax and be confident in their service.
I was put at ease and relieved that they made this move a pleasant experience. I will be using them again for future moves!

A steal!
Moving into or around New York City is expensive and complicated. Excalibur gave me a GREAT price for what I needed (especially compared to the NYC moving services). Highly recommend!
Easy Move.
I had a career change that evolved very quickly and needed to move fast and unexpectedly. My uncle owns a moving company but was already booked. However, I do know what goes into a move and what to expect because of his business. Excalibur Moving Group showed up on time and did a great job with my relocation back to Texas. They took care of my belongings (even though I don't have much stuff..) and were mindful of my expensive electronics. I'd recommend them to any friend or relative. Great job!!
Not a moving company ;BROKERS.
Thieves,They pillage your belongings.Then try to extort money,stating your over weight on the contract,but they don't have a scale or go thru one and get weight. Show up at 1:30 am. Not a moving company. Brokers..liers.You will never recover your loss of everything valuabule,sentimental or meaningfull to you. And they blantfull don't care.Don't be fooled,they know exectly who they are turning your belonging over to.They are very aware of what the Men with trucks will do to your household.Your furniture.
The Oregon Trail went well!
I was nervous about making my first ever big move - across the country from Wisconsin to Oregon. I had never used a moving service before (even for more local moves), and felt uneasy about my stuff being in someone else's hands for so long - but, I didn't have direct access to the right transportation to do it myself. Excalibur Moving Group eased all my worries and did an amazing job at getting my belongings out to Oregon efficiently and safely. I hope I don't have to make another big move for awhile, but if I do -I would definitely hire them again for the job! Highly recommend.
The best moving experience ever!
I had an excellent experience with Excalibur. They were kind and treated all of my belongings with the utmost care. I dread moving almost as much as I dread going to the dentist but Excalibur made my move easy and painless!
