Wonderful packers! My movers were professionals. They were courteous and polite. All 3 were great at their jobs and are an asset to the company. They made sure to ask questions and were very polite with our questions and requests. They made packing day go smoothly!
Not stressing.
Most of my moves have been stressful. This time Tim helped me calm my nerves reassuring me that everything would be fine. When the move was completed, yes he was so right. Thank you Tim and staff!
Finally.
Finally found our self a great moving company. First call relocations did everything they said they would and more. Most importantly they didn’t show up and load the furniture and ask for any more money than we spoke about. The move took place exactly how the representative said it would and actually even better than that. Everything we spoke about on the phone was prepared and there were no last-minute changes on move day. We got a Fabulous price and a whole lot of extra discounts. They save me and my family a lot of money and I could not have come at a better time. The school year just started and were in a new town so every penny counts. They were respectful and courteous and did no damage to my home or the furniture I was sending on the truck. There was no bumps in the road at any point and it was a smooth experience.

First call moving and the whole staff we have nothing but words of high praise for you. The way you were able to coordinate my move and my additional pick ups and deliveries was nothing less than spectacular. It would’ve been so expensive to have done this on our own. During all of this changing schools, mailing address and everything else that comes with moving was on our mind. You guys did clean work and did not damage a single item that we sent. This was our first time using a full-service mover and I would happily do it again. In the past we have done these type of things ourselves and we have always regretted it now it’s nice to know we have an alternative way of doing it. Phenomenal.
First Call Relocations helped me move recently from Iowa to Pennsylvania. Being in HR I know full well how important a good comsybis. Sentry was incredibly thorough, incredibly organized and did their absolute best--almost to the point of exhaustion--everything they could to make sure they had every detail looked over more than 3, 4, even 5 times..and then a FINAL check. I mean, they were thorough, and when you're moving, you don't want even ONE surprise.
I really was overwhelmed with my move as it was a company relocation and I knew I had a budget to work within, so when I found First Call and began working with them, I didn't want to even shop around because going through inventory is exhausting. Lucky for me, they were perfect from the beginning. Because I didn't have the time or energy to try and shop around, I was putting my move in their hands and they delivered..literally. I'd recommend them as they do everything they can to keep you calm, protected, and incredibly informed so there are no surprises. Job well done!

First call relocations was the best mover we used in years. From the first phone we fell in love with this company. Everybody treated us so well and were patient enough to explain everything in detail and sometimes more than once. Other moving companies assume just because we requested information that we were knowledgeable about the process but we weren’t. First call relocations is a standup company that has the credentials to back it. It’s obvious why they been doing such good business for many years. Just the fact that we were able to be in contact with somebody at anytime showed us they valued us. And of course more importantly they saved us a lot of money and we got an excellent price. They even offered to price match any other company that we got quotes from but in the end but they were the best price. Now we are happy and settled in our new home and could not be more satisfied.

First call movers are a first class company. Responded immediately to our request to start getting moving estimates. Together we put together an itemized list as I walked through the house. We spoke about fragile items as well as any electronics that needed special packing. Once we had the total list and all the items that needed special packing we got our final price. Not only was the price in our budget but it was actually cheaper then we anticipated. First call relocations helped us focus on our more important issues and they took care of everything. They did an amazing job wrapping and protecting our furniture so once it was on the truck it would not be damaged in any way. We were careful to select a moving company who’s licenses were up to date and we were impressed with all the positive feedback we saw. It’s our pleasure to leave our experience. .
Monster Movers!
I was searching the internet high and low for a mover to complete my upcoming move from south Florida to New Jersey. One of the first companies that reached out to me was this one, First Call Relocations.
The salesperson that initially touched base with me was very friendly and informative. He told me everything I needed to know about the moving process and about the industry in general. He was able to provide me with a free, binding quote based on the inventory I gave him over the phone. The price was extremely reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. I decided to book with gateway moving and storage, and I was not disappointed! They showed up at my house when they guaranteed they would be there, and they disassembled, moved, packed, strapped and fastened in all of my most important possessions very carefully and with a lot of love, as if it was their own belongings.
They made the big trip from south Florida to New Jersey in a timely manner, within the delivery window they promised. When they got to our new house, they unloaded, reassembled and carefully placed all of our belongings in the new house without so much as a scratch on anything! The dispatch and customer service team were in touch with my family and I throughout the entire process from beginning to end and made this all work like a charm. I recommend anyone use gateway moving and storage! Especially my friends and family and/or anyone with a difficult or long distance move!
P.S. My move date was not firm and First Call Relocations provided me with storage in their state of the art storage facility, which gave us ample time to finalize our move date. Thanks First Call Relocations!
Stress Free.
I had a lot of fun working with your company. First call relocations took a lot of stress off me during a very hectic time. The sales person I work with made me laugh and really lightened up the situation. I’m sorry if I stressed you out in the beginning but I had a lot going on. I sent over my list of items to you and you quickly emailed me back a price. We spent a few days adjusting the list and ultimately finalize the move with my reservation deposit. The moving men were able to show up at my home with only a few days notice. I packed all the boxes and your movers took care of the larger pieces. Everything was blanket wrapped in shrink wrapped and carefully placed in the truck. I was in constant contact with many people from your company and got updates as I needed them. I would get calls at each phase of the process which made me very comfortable knowing that people were on top of my goods. You were by far the best moving company that I spoke with and now I know why. You guys took care of business and I have a good sense of how to go about it the next time around. When their next time comes I assure you I will be using you again.

I was pretty impressed with First Call Relocations. Excellent and quick communication from Tim throughout the process.
The truck (much bigger than I needed but better too big than too small) and movers arrived right on time, like, to the minute. They gave me an 8-10am window but I requested 9 am due to my storage hours and they showed up right at 9. I also had three pickup locations (storage unit, friend's garage, OfferUp purchase location) and received no fuss about it.
There were a couple times Shawn and his teammate carried heavy things solo and made me kind of nervous, but they took good care of my stuff. Nothing was broken or dinged. Packed it well inside the truck. Dropped everything off where I told them to put it and helped re-assemble a couple things too.
Can't recommend these guys enough. Will definitely go back to them for my next move.
Yes they did it.
In mid-August me and my girlfriend were moving for the first time. Since it was our first time ever doing something like this, we had apprehensions about the price we were quoted and weren't sure if it would be too much. Well I can say without a doubt that these guys earned so much more than they charged. Here's a few reasons why:
1. They took our business without question, despite the fact that we were a lot farther away than their usual customers (We hired them specifically because of a family member's great experience with them)
2. They were polite as could be. Seriously, very socially accommodating. We have a pitbull (she's harmless) that frightens almost every stranger we have in our house, yet they were not only comfortable around her but I even caught them petting her head a few times.
3. They were very fast. After a quick 2-3 minute walk through the house, they somehow managed to remember every single thing we asked them to put in their truck (some stuff was going in our cars) and within the hour had our entire house loaded onto their truck. They showed up at 8:30 AM and in two hours they managed to move our entire lives from Southside Chicago to Florida, as well as unload everything exactly where we wanted it in our new house.
4. They took it upon themselves to do EVERYTHING, regardless of my offers to help carry things.
5. They might not be human (That's an inside joke between me and my girlfriend after seeing them carry both of our sofas like it was nothing)
6. Absolutely NOTHING was damaged in the slightest. Although the only reference I have is from TV where the movers always damage stuff haha. I feel the need to make that known anyway.
7.They proudly support our troops!
All in all, I will never recommend ANYONE except these guys. They have my lifelong patronage and I'll be sure to inform everyone I know about First Call Relocations.

The moving crew of First Call Relocations were excellent and even more! We hired them to store our personal belongings and furniture from the old house for 5 months until we move to our new house. All the movers showed up at our old house at the day of the move and it was confirmed with Donna from the office. The items were stored at their warehouse and after the 5 months…we called to Donna once again to schedule another moving from the storage to our new house. Donna was very nice to me and extremely helpful. All the items arrived to my house safe and in good condition. Donna made sure that we are very happy and that there are no problems or issues during and after they completed the work. The movers came over to the new house and they unloaded everything with extra causes and if there was ever a piece or some boxes that they didn't understand where to put them, they would come ask for clarification. We would highly recommend them for a move!

First Call helped me move my stuff from D.C. to New York last week and they did an amazing job. Peter and Justin were very accommodating with the special items I had and paid special attention so that everything was moved with care. My stuff arrived well in time and the off-loading was careful and fast as well. I would highly recommend using this service and if I ever move again, I will be sure to use them again.
