I am grateful to all the movers for a great move
The booking process was very smooth, I submitted an inquiry online and got a callback shortly after on the same Saturday. They visited us the next day and gave an estimate, and we were confirmed for the following weekend. This made things really easy for us. The move went super awesome.
I trusted them once and they did not disappoint
There are no movers who are as expert and careful like Horizon Van Lines. Their pricing is very friendly and the service was worth every penny I paid. They showed great organization and determination and were able to complete the process on schedule. They make it turn out so perfectly well.
Do not use
We were promised the world from this company, told they were not a broker, they'd be with us the whole time. I paid my deposit and thats when everything changed. I wasn't getting the same communication and when I finally did after almost 4 days I expressed my concerns that the negative reviews online were true and that I was being brokered etc... they assured me I wasn't and that they were doing the job...Everything was a lie. We found out they brokered us to a different company 2 days before the move,ourselves. I called every number that text me to try to get a hold of someone and the answering machine lead me to a different company that was the one doing the job. On the day of of move we had issues,when we finally got through to them they threatened my husband that they'd keep our furniture and told us that customers always play the victim. They did nothing but lie to us. The only good thing they did was broker us to an amazing company that did the job they promised they'd be the ones doing. Then after writing my 1st review he threatened me to remove it. Don't do business with them. I feel like I was lucky I got brokered to a good company after reading other reviews horror stories.

These guys were wonderful to deal with, the price was cheaper than 5 of the other companies I called. This company made it a priority to manage this move with diligence and focus. Thanks to their efforts, nothing ended up damaged, lost or unaccounted for.
This move went amazing
There was not a single issue, problem or damage to any of my furniture or my kid’s stuff. They are pickier than I am and they make sure that they inspected everything so there was not a single problem that occurred during the move. I am happy and I will recommend them to everyone.

This was my first time hiring a moving company. This company was able to have my things put into storage safely. The communication was great and i would recommend anyone use them. All of my belongings arrived in great condition and they put everything together the way it was at my old place.

I have known this company for not more than two years and they have been the best years of my life. I was able to move in such a peaceful and lovely way. Contrary to the other moves, this one was more peaceful. It was nice seeing them take charge and handle the entire process with so much diligence. I have never met such a responsible team.

They made the whole process so much less stressful
This company sent us the best of their team to move our house which we were very sad about as we lived our life of 10 years in it and yet we were so emotional. Of course the most important thing is that your furniture and home are well take care of. The movers wrapped up everything to ensure no scratches or damage.

Very happy with the fast and affordable moving service of those guys. They came on time, parked the van in front of the house, loaded all boxes quickly, transported and unloaded at my new place without any damages. The whole team was awesome
Even though I had a lot of changes to my booking, like switched addresses, rescheduled the date of move, forgot to update the number of boxes and large items, etc. But they still manage everything calmly.
