We contacted Horizon Van Lines for our move based on the reviews we saw here. We could not have been more pleased. Our initial contact was with Ashley who visited our home and was thorough n her estimate and provided tips for packing. She was quick to answer questions as we prepared for our move. Moving day, 4 men from Horizon Van Lines arrived. They worked hard and took the utmost care in packing some of our larger items. Without question, we would recommend them.
They went above and beyond my expectation
They're doing everything right and are very affordable. Needless to say, moving is stressful, but from the moment I was in contact with them, Sarah in the office until the movers Cordell, Mike, and Gary had moved me into my new place I felt my belongings and I were in good hands. All staff were incredibly polite, were on time and got the job done. I would highly recommend these guys and personally will never use anyone else.
They are all hard workers
I booked this company solely based on reviews to move my son within a tight window. Kyle and Austin were so awesome and professional. They went right to work and got the move done in the 2 hours. I would use them again, hopefully not for a couple of years, because I want my son to be settled. If you are on here checking out reviews, look no further, they really are great, from the first phone call to schedule, seamless.

These guys at Horizon Van Lines are just awesome though. Ryan and Mike were on time, worked their butts off and were everything you would want in someone who's moving your stuff. Sarah was great with the communication and I cannot think of anything they could have done better. If you're moving, call them and you can stress a little less knowing you have great movers helping you.
These guys are the best!
Coordinating the move was easy with them at the office was easy. They are very responsive and professional. On moving day, two movers arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and were ready to work. They were efficient and upbeat, and made moving day a breeze! You can't beat the price or the service with this company. I'd use them again in a heartbeat! Can't recommend them enough.

The four guys from Horizon Van Lines, Gary, Kyle, Kevin, and Hunt were all fantastic. They made our move effortless and stress free. Our move was not easy a ton of stairs and lots of heavy furniture and boxes. They were champs and best of all had a great sense of humor. Gary you were a great lead and made sure we were all taken care of. I will refer you to anyone that needs quality movers.

I was moving my things from an apartment to a storage unit and was worried about having enough space. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped my furniture with the blankets I provided and plastic, and carried everything out. At the storage unit, they stacked everything carefully and efficiently, leaving me extra room, and they finished earlier than they estimated. I could not be happier with the service I received. Highly recommended.
Best moving company ever!
We used them to move our 3 bed room furniture. They were amazing from the start to the finish of the job. So efficient, fast, friendly and accommodating. There was not one single thing that could have been improved. I wish they were a national company! If you have any sort of moving needs I cannot recommend Horizon Van Lines highly enough. Just a pleasure to work with at every step during the task of moving.

Horizon Van Lines was absolutely fantastic. They were completely reliable, trustworthy and on-time for all pick-ups and drop-offs. The 4 gentlemen who helped with our move were efficient, hard-working and very easy to get along with.. even when unanticipated challenges arose! I’ve moved home twice in the past few years and had two very different experiences. The first time I thought I’d save money by roping in a few of my friends to help. However after hiring a van, buying all the materials and buying a lunch as a reward I realized that I’d spent more money than I wanted to but with none of the knowledge and security of professionals. The second time I used Horizon Van Lines and I just can’t believe what a mistake I had made the first time, not only was it cheaper but I didn’t have to worry about my possessions as I knew that they were in safe hands.
They were the best help I could ask for!
The booking process was simple and they replied with plenty of options and information. I made an appointment for 9am and they showed up bright and early ready to work with a smile. It's just 3 of us in a 5 bed room home looking to move into a smaller house. But we still had a lot of things that the older children left. Overall they helped make this move stress free.

These guys are the absolute best.
They literally make moving look fun. They are positive, helpful, intuitive, and careful! Not a thing was damaged, everything was in the right room, and they believe that if they take it apart - they should put it back together. Ours was not a small job and we had them from 8am to 8pm. They never slowed down, never got grumpy, and at the end of the day, every bed was assembled and ready for us to collapse into.

These guys sold us on a story that in retrospect was too good to be true. Our stuff would arrive in 3 days, they wouldn’t transfer our stuff onto a semi but keep it in the same truck unlike the big companies — all lies they told us.
The night before our move from CA to WA we got a call from a company we had never heard of to confirm their arrival the next day. Our job had been subcontracted to them and the new time frame was 7-10 days. What followed was three and a half weeks in an empty house, with next to no information about our stuff. The people (one guy who changes his name) at Horizon barely answer their phone and when they do they only have vague answers. We were never given a legitimate reason for our delays besides “a lot of people are moving right now.” That would’ve been understandable had we been warned prior about potential delays. We were told multiple times that our stuff would be arriving on a certain day and it didn’t. No explanation for why. Then we saw online that Leadership Logistics (the subcontracted company) had permanently closed. This was the final straw, we told Horizon we were going to the cops and miraculously our stuff arrived two days later.
This is worst experience we’ve ever had with any company. The lies, lack of communication and general shadiness is beyond belief. They set the bar for unprofessionalism. We were certain we had lost everything and I’m honestly surprised we didn’t. These guys are frauds and are running a major scam. Do not walk, RUN from this company!
They were efficient and respectable!
Our move went so smooth , that I would recommend Horizon Van Lines to anyone. They crowd treated our things as if it were their own. The officer called during every step of the move to see if we had any questions or fears. The men that packed up our belongings were the ones that off load it too. Every step of the process was handled very professionally and with maintenance and concern. Plus one bad thing happened that they broke my table mirror but the manager said that it will taken maintenance of and hopefully in a day or two they will get it done.
