Excellency in work throughout
Getting a quote and scheduling the move was easy. The crew that helped me was terrific. They were very nice, very helpful, and very professional on both ends. They were all friendly and moved fast. All of my items were checked. They made it to the destination in desired time.
Amazing service by this group of guys
They were all incredibly fast and efficient in loading and unloading. I knew there would be challenges with size and weight of furniture, steepness of driveway, and narrow stairs, but the guys always remained upbeat and jovial. Great teamwork and professionalism. These are the kind of guys you would want to move you all the time.
I like their team management
The team was super professional and friendly to help me. They were super helpful they help me a lot with all my needs and help me to make sure I’m ready for Moving Cross country and he and I will prevent all unexpected obstacles. I am going to use them in future too and would love to recommend them to everyone.
I pay them above minimum wage for these qualities
This is my second time with them as there are always day workers nearby. They are great movers in the town. I have never had a problem with any crew member or anything. In these years, I experienced no theft, no damage, and no attitude and no we don’t do this.
The crew was professional
They moved me last week and the experience was excellent. The movers on the front end were top notch and obviously have done this many times. They gave me a quote and set my expectations very high. I’m happy to say they exceeded them at every turn.
My experience with this company is good
I have used their moving service and now I used their storage service to keep my belongings safe. They have controlled temperature room for temperature sensitive stuff. One I went 2 in the morning and they cater me with complete respect and didn’t rush for anything. They did everything in careful manner.
Great process from start to finish
They are very professional and responsive team. The movers were outstanding. Took good care of our old and new house and carefully wrapped all of the furniture. The initial estimate was a bit lower than final hours so make sure to have a detailed list for a more accurate estimate. Will hiring these guys for our next move.
They were very careful with my stuff
The move took 2 days in total. At the end of just two days he felt more like family. I cannot express my gratitude towards the team. They also were amazing calling to check on us and showing up on the day of the move. I would highly recommend these people so when you book your move ask for them.
They did everything by themselves
Moving day is difficult, but it was very quick for the Horizon Van Lines team, who came to prepare and transfer our things in storage. Everyone remained upbeat and helpful despite the heat and the long steps. It was a fast, professional move.
I use your storage service very often
I just moved here recently and took their movers services for support. To move the glass things I tell them to be careful because the things were expensive I was so worried about all my stuff but they did it amazingly, thanks to the Horizon Van Lines for safely moving my stuff.
Dishonest clumsy gangsters
They pretend to be a small, family-owned business but they're actually just a terrible corporation.
They hire subcontractors that are clumsy, incompetent and when it comes to payment, act like total gangsters. They barely spoke English.
The cost of the move doubled from the estimate.
They lost one major piece of furniture, broke many glasses and dishes. Damaged one piece of furniture.
They never found the lost item and never compensated us for the broken item.
We didn't even have time to assess the damage before they left.
We couldn't inspect anything when the truck arrived because they demanded the remainder of the payment immediately, or they said they would drive away.
They were clearly annoyed that we asked for compensation and never gave us anything.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
They are a very good company
The interaction I had with the moving coordinator on the phone was very nice. The moving consultant didn’t really talk much, but he came in and did his job. The moving crew they sent was also good. They did everything professionally and made sure we get everything in perfect condition. Highly recommended movers from our opinion.
Great job done by the team
Felt completely supported by this team at Horizon Van Lines. The communication was good and the mover was professional. They packed my entire household so carefully. They kept me updated throughout the transference from AZ to PA. Everyone was professional and everything was done professionally.
Recommend them to everyone
The squad was not only the least expensive by far, yet remarkably flexible they did all they could to get us moved quickly and efficiently from the quotation to the last package. Although not all things were as smoothly on my side as planned, everyone had a great attitude. The squad was just running and supporting.
